Résidence Éco Le Ruitor    

This was our second stay and despite booking late and not being able to have the larger apartment than we had last time we were really impressed. The smaller apartment for 4-6 persons was well designed and beautifully decorated with all necessary good quality appliances. The spa area/ pool and bar were excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We really appreciated the minibus service to the slopes which saved us the hard walk up the hill that we had to make on our first visit. The L'Occitane products were gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Internet Wifi drops out all the time, especially in the evenings when you want to use it the most.

its a real shame that the reception, and more importantly, the pool etc is only open at odd times, and closes at 8 pm, which is not convenient at all.

Everything! Very good hotel, bargain price when we stayed there but have looked to book again & it's quite pricey.

All modern and high standard facilities with a rustic finish in complete keeping with the local style. Great views over the mountains and valleys Easy walking distance to the ski slopes Spa and pool facilities were great.

Internet speeds are far too slow and unreliable which was v frustrating for adults and teens. Couldn't get up last 50m of road to the hotel on the arrival day as road had not been gritted. Wait for ski passes was 1 to 1.5 hrs on the first day for most of the day.....while this is not specifically the Hotels fault they are part of the tourist business for the resort and it was totally inadequate, they need to sort this out as it caused significant anger.

Nice view from all the rooms, clean, you have everithing you need in the apartment.

Rooms are small, our apartment was for 4 to 6 persons, but with 4 persons was already crowded.

A fab hotel which we chose because we had to go Monday -Mon on our trip.( we were part of a larger party staying in the resort). We were not disappointed. Not many staying and more or less had the place to ourselves ( 2 families). Pool area/sauna/ steam room etc were lovely.

Slightly out of the main area about a 5 min walk. A bus was available o take you up in the morning between 8-12pm but if you were just going up for the afternoon it was not available. Ski lockers were available in the hotel but we hired our skis with ski set at the beginning of the village and we were able to leave our skis and boots there free of charge which was great at the end of the day we didn't have to walk down in our boots. Bar and pool close at 8pm.

A superb place - the staff are incredibly helpful and the accommodation and facilities are really first rate. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Apartments aren't bad, everything you need, clean and tidy I use them as you don't have to book a full week from Saturday to Saturday

The views are being spoiled by the ongoing development Not the most convenient location but not too far to walk to the slopes, Fairly steep road up though Unless you want to pay more you do have to leave the place pretty clean, empty bins, clean the kitchen etc, and they like to check up on you before you leave - not really what you want on your hols.. The walls and ceilings are pretty thin, so you know when your neighbours are walking around, or showering etc.. Fairly small apartments typical for the alps, only 1 wc for 2 bed apartment

We had a great break at these hotel/ apartments, it was clean and had every facility we wanted and more, the heated boot room, underground parking were great. The pool and steam rooms were an added bonus that both children and adults enjoyed. The apartment was very well planned, a constant supply of hot water and even a good bath to soak in. We could ski to within 50 ms of the door and the morning shuttle bus was really good to save a walk up the hill in boots. the view from the rooms was just beautiful.

Staff a little lacking in knowledge of where things were in the village!

This was our third year staying with this Hotel and the reason for our return was reinforced once more with its fantastic facilities, location, service and staff. We booked a 6 person apartment and the team were able to supply us 2 fantastic rooms next to each other with stunning valley views. The rooms are finished to a very high standard with an attention to detail that is second to none. The pool and Spa facilities provide the perfect end to a long day on the snow. The skiers took full advantage of the lift service which transports you the small distance to the base of the slopes and we all benefitted from the heated boot and locker room! Residence Eco Le Ruitor has not let us down in 3 years of us staying with them and I would reccomend it highly to anyone looking to get away to the slopes of Ste Foy- summer or winter.

You must leave your apartment in a clean state when checking out, which is fair enough, you can opt to pay a cleaning fee if you prefer. I think this may lead to a little inconsistency in cleanliness as our room had quite a dusty floor (you wouldn't want to walk round in socks for example) having mopped the floor on our exit, I would hope the next inhabitants would be much more satisfied. This is really splitting hairs though, its a great place, stop looking about and get it booked you won't regret it!

Great modern ski hotel with good facilities at a fair price.

Location is not the most convenient for evenings out or getting to the piste. Reception (and all facilities) hours are strange, 8h-12h then 16h-20h, really should be 7h-21h.

It was a well presented complex, with everything you could possible want. Swimming pool, steam room, sauna, secure parking, amazing views and was extremely clean throughout!

Comforthotel-personeel- Indeling van de appartementen, Broodservice. Knap maar klein skigebied maar met prachtige lange rode en zwarte pistes....en buiten pistes. Weinig volk op de pistes... Ligging station op 9 Km bergop hoofdweg naar Tignes Les Brevières met gratis parking

Geen ontbijt mogelijk op zaterdagmorgen bij aankomst. Geen hoteltransfert naar piste op zaterdag. Weinig horica in St-Foy - skistation. Niets te beleven. Steile weg naar Ski-station van 6 km - zeker kettingen bij sneeuwval...

pas exactement au pied des pistes mais 200 m à pied

.- La ubicación muy cerca de pistas. .- El entorno de montaña facilitaba paseos por sendas, etc. y muy buenas vistas. .- Había transporte cada 20 minutos que te acercaba a pistas desde la puerta del Hotel. .- La dotación del Apartamento y el estado general de muebles, elementos de menaje, guardaesquies, etc. era muy bueno.

.- La limpieza de los pasillos comunes era insuficiente; en 7 dias no se pasó ninguna vez el aspirador en la moqueta del pasillo de la tercera planta (el último día vimos las mismas pelusas que encontramos el primero). .- El acceso al Hotel requeria cadenas de forma casi permanente al no ser retirada la nieve en unos 200 m de la carretera que llega al Hotel. Esta situación suponia tener que poner y quitarlas tantas veces como quisieras utilizar el coche. .- Te asignaban (pagando) un número de plaza de parking, que la ocupaba el primero que llegaba y que finalmente suponia que tenias que buscar aparcamiento por las dos plantas del inmueble, logicamente ocupando una plaza de otra persona que ya la tenia asignada. El personal del Hotel era consciente del hecho y no tomaba medidas. .- No se hablaba español (el año anterior todo el personal de Recepción si lo hablaba), solo inglés y lógicamente francés.

приятная обстановка, интерьер, недалеко от небольшой, но интересной сети подъемников

номер не прибирала горничная. в соседнем лез арке сеть лыжных трасс гораздо развитее по сравнению с тарентезом. в окрестности нет магазинов, довольно уединенное место, необходимо пользоваться машиной, при этом дороги обледенелые, приходилось пользоваться цепями на колесах.

Appartement très joli et très bien équipé, tout est fourni c'est super pratique. Très calme. La résidence est magnifique et le personnel très agréable. Accès direct aux pistes, piste pour les luges avec tapis roulant, en bref superbe petite station

Les horires d'ouverture de la piscine (fermée de 12 à 16h) pas pratique cr le soir tous les skieurs rentrent et il y a beaucoup de monde en meme temps...

le personnel est tres disponible et agreable !! la vue dans les chambres! le coins spa
