Staff were excellent and spoke English.

The day staff was very nice, well-mannered and courteous. They were very helpful in arranging a late departure for me at no cost.They were also keen to assist with directions and places of interest.

Internet was not working in my room during the whole duration of my stay, 4 days - I had to use my computer at the bar if I wanted to use internet and that was awful. It is during my first night that I realized I could not access internet in my room and reported it to the night staff but he was almost arrogant claiming that was not their fault because all the rooms on my floor had internet. Nobody could help resolve that issue or nobody simply didnt care.

As a family of four, we chose an apartment as we were staying for five nights. On checking-in, they included breakfast for us every morning! Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Facilities were ideal. Value for money for a family it was ideal and we would highly recommend it.

Good location (for my office access and metro), nice size of the room (much bigger than usual Paris tiny one), clean, all amenities. Very good price.

Service: my room was located in another building than reception, round the corner of the street and I would expect some help with my hell of a suitcase on a cobblestone pavement in a pouring rain instead of just being escorted. The pool and stuff were in the other buidling, so no convenient access.

Friendly reception from first arrival.My 7 year old son was given an hotel card to keep in his pocket in the event that we were separated it was explained to him that he should get a taxi to the hotel use the card for the driver the hotel would pay the fare and contact me .I travel a lot with my son and this is the first time ever I've come across such an idea.BRILLIANT!!!! Location was outside hustle and bustle of central Paris but easily accessible by rer and metro.Pool was great Breakfast was adequate

value of money for this hotel was good. the sona and jacuzy also was very nice. the staff were polite and helpful.

the hotel was far from the city center and the attractions of city. also the metro station had very distance from the hotel. the size of room was a little small for a double room.

We were thoroughly pleased with the helpful staff. They were all very accommodating and willing to go out of their way to be of assistance. Considering the location of the hotel, it was very quiet when the windows were closed.

THe room was dirty, especially the toilet. The hotel staff should intensify cleaning.

The hotel in general term was good. I enjoyed staying there for the five night I spend. It was clean and tide. Everything was just new; the kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms were as well. I liked the big windows.

The hotel welcomes children but I had a complain from a neighbour that my children were a bit noisy. I expected the hotel and the guests as well to realize that children can be noisy, in my opinion tme. I was embarrassed. In another occasion, the cleaning staff just entered the room without telling us.

I find the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and I felt very safe and relax staying there. The room was very light and airy the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so soft and comfortable. The sauna, swimming and jacuzzi were fanstatic. I am back in London I am still feeling the positive effects of the jacuzzi.

I think they could improve the buffet breakfast by giving us more choices of cheese etc etc.

Good and clean rooms. Good TV and its programs. Good breakfast. In first night our safety box was not programmed and till morning anybody were not there to fix it.

Small pool and out of repaired gym instruments. Out of order with bad water load shower bath. Far from metro station line 13 ( about 10 min by walking).

The staff and solving problems , as well as you menation to them that u have any problems they respones immeditly which they let u fell that u are the real guest , and they let sty in very confortable way.

Just we need u to make avery good conection with taxi company , this is which it very heard for me . Or you make deal with others driver privtes , to be with ur guest with very good chargeble . Reg MAEEN .M . BASHER.

We stayed in one of the apartments, which was very clean and nice, with excellent communication facilities: free Wi-Fi, free phone calls throughout France, Europe, USA and Canada. Hotel apartments are excellent for a family stay in Paris. Worth the money paid for stay. Highly recommended.
