This hotel is very clean. They have comfortable beds. It is an excellent place if you are traveling with family. It is 10 minuts of bus ride to down town Lyon. They need to work on breakfast serives. There were a lot of missing items that needed to refil and it seemed no one was there to take care of that. |

Very spacious, clean, fully equipped. Very comfortable for business travellers. Has (free) outside parking, and in event it is full, you can request the underground parking, albeit for a fee of 7 Euro (fair in my opinion). Overall, the place was clean and spacious, very much in contrast to many other hotels I've tried in Lyon. The price was perhaps a tad higher, maybe 10 or 15 Euros more a night, but definitely worth that. The kitchenette and refigerator was also a very useful feature. Full size bathroom, unlike those dog-house size bathrooms I've seen in other hotels, in which you need to squeeze with a shoe horn. Overall my opinion is best value for your money. The only disadvantage I've seen is the relative distance to city center. |

The quiet location, convenience to the Metro, decent, clean, modern facilities, unobtrusiveness of staff, totally compatible with what the city of Lyon represents today. On arrival, the staff at reception hadn't any record of our booking, despite the fact that it had been made over a fortnight in advance and online. Your website didn't make it clear that access to the mini-kitchen within the apartment (locked behind an awning when we arrived) attracted an additional fee. Fortunately, because I could plead a special dispensation in French, they allowed me free access to this faciity. |

Clean and quiet hotel. Double bed found although I booked for twin bed room. The hotel did not change that even though they agreed that my reservation was for twin beds, stating that the error was made by booking.com. The internet was very bad and not even allowing us to visit certain websites. Inconvenient room (bathroom was in 2 seperate rooms!!). |

Very good price for clean, new hotel with extra space for my young son. Quiet and safe neighborhood, easy to take public transport into Lyon and easy parking for free, which is not possible in the city. The rooms are apartment but you pay extra to use the dishes and stove. The rooms are small relative to other apart. Hotels that we have stayed at. It is a little bit of a walk to the metro, tram is closer but only goes to train station not centre ville and vieux Lyon. It is a trade off with the great price and convenient parking! |

Staff was nice, room very clean and comfy. Very quiet in the weekend.Hotel is close enough to a subway station which is all you need in Lyon. Only detail was the bathtub tap not fixed properly to bathtub, making it difficult to adjust temperature. |

I rented an apartment, and it was completely equipped: LCD TV, internet connection, a small kitchen, clean bed sheets, etc. The night receptionist was kind enough to let us in even after the reception was closed. There is only one keycard, and it is the only means to both enter the building and to keep the electricity on in the room, so it is difficult when there several people staying in the room. |

Hotel with very efficient solution. There is all You really need. There is nothing more then You need indeed. WiFi !!! ... there is free wifi ... but You CANNOT use it to wirk vie VPN (...etc...). So it is more dummy then useful service. There is only a thinny blanket and an additional sheet on the bed.... it is bad to not to have a warm rug in normal slip. |

The room (or rather studio) was large, practical, well designed, quiet and absolutely clean. It was a nice touch to find internet access by cable in the room itself; it worked very well and was free. The staff were welcoming and helpful... And smiling -- a rare combination in the service industry these days! Lyon town centre is only 7 stops away by underground which takes about 10 mins to get to the heart of this beautiful town. Loved the hotel so much that I would have stayed longer had it not been for important matters to attend to back in the uk. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice and availability as replenishment didn't keep pace with consumption. |

It was clean and quiet. The facilities were modern and in good repair. The cleaning staff should wait for the guests to get ready to leave their room in the morning istead of pestering them. The entire washroom floor gets wet when somebody takes a shower. There are practically no services, such as restarants, cafes, convenience stores, close to the hotel. |

Brand new hotel with all the mod cons including dish washer. We had a 1 bedroom not just a studio which was great for a couple plus single. Fee internet in the breakfast room. If you don't stay more tha 2 nights you can't use the kitchenette without paying. |

The hotel is really value for money! As we found out during the stay, the hotel opened only this year, so you get the feeling that everything is "like brand new" in the room. In the "studio" room you have a kitchenette where you can boil water and cook something on the stove (of course, bring your own pans/kettles/dishes), you can use the fridge and the washing machine. Internet access could be easier to use, but - it's free. |

location is convenient. Apartment is fine but rooms are rather small. Brandnew premises in quiet neighborhood. apartment for 4 persons, towels for two persons, bedsheets for 3 blankets for 3, pillows for 3, three times request resulted in bedsheets for 4, towels for 4, but nothing more than that. Hotel didn't have [pillows of blankets....? next day, towels for 4 became towels for 2......?Seems like the hotel needs to get its logistics supply and staff training correct. |
