Good quality hotel, excellent rooms, good position on tram route between Euroexpo centre where I was attending exhibition and city centre.

Very calm and quiet situation. Dimension of the room (suite) is Ok for a family of 4. The location of the hotel is good; not in the city center, but with a fast and easy connection, either by metro or car

The room furniture is a bit old and below 4* standards. The hot water is supplied by a individual electrical system (each room has their own system); if the 4 people get a shower in a row, it's very likely that the last one don't get hot water

Nice apartments in Lyon, on the way from lys to centre. Free parking near hotel, clean and well-equipped rooms. Few restaurants not far from hotel.

View from the windows was depressive - industrial blocks and abandoned building ruins.

- The worst "aparthotel" in world - very dirty. - no standard in kitchen was only one cup - toilet was dirty - sheets were dirty - walls were dirty - carpet was dirty - staff was very rude and not helpful - problems with bill and invoice i spend 40 minutes becouse thay can not find that is alreadypayed

We have stayed here a few times now. This is much better than most Lyon hotels, where to be honest the standard amongst the budget chains is pretty abysmal. If you are staying a couple of nights in Lyon, this one is great!!

Efficient staff

Location was definitely the worst side of my experience. While there was a subway station within walking distance, the walk itself in a completely deserted area was anything but pleasant.

nice appearance, clean

small, the bed was not king size as they had indicated and the pull out sofa was uncomfortable. removed from the center of town and not much activity, local markets or restaurants nearby making it inconvenient.

excellent location for a walk into town. Being able to use the facilities to make our own breakfast.

Fixtures and fittings were not of a very good standard

Good if you have a car free parking Management organised a fruit basket and room with a nice prospect over to city to celebrate our honeymoon - this has been only recognition of our marriage from any hotel we have stayed at! thankyou odalys!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment, complex and staff were all excellent - the staff, in particular, were extremely helpful and professional, with someone always available, 24 hours a day.

The only reason we would not stay at Odalys Bioparc again is because the surrounding area/suburb (Bron) was really dirty - the streets were littered with garbage and there was graffiti everywhere.

The room is comfortable and exceptionally quiet. Great air conditioning which is essential in the summer and very unusually for Lyon there is free off-street parking. I would definitely stay here again!

Only down side is that its a little too far from the city centre to walk but its a 2 minute walk to catch an interesting (and almost free!) tram ride into the town.

It's a little bit far from the center, but we found it nice to be not in tourist place. We had a kitchen in our room. Delicious breakfast.

Two metro or train stations to the closest grocery store.

The apartment was new, clean and effective. There we found all we needed, it is located in a nice and quite area, very close to the metro station.

We did not have breakfast as we used the kitchen. It costs 10 EUR, we did not feel very hungry and we preferred to save money.

Staff very friendly, clean and nice hotel. Very good value for money.The location is good, near to the centre, very good public transportation.

There is not a single cafeteria nearby. It is impossible to have a lunch.

Close to the academic setting of the conference and in a very secluded but accessible area.

There should be no separate charge for breakfast!

The room was clean and functional with excellent air conditioning. The bed linen was very high quality cotton which made for a comfortable night.

The rooom was a little noisy at night due to building work being carried out nearby but this must just be a temporary problem.

It comfortably accommodated a family of 4, (including twin beds for teenage children), for a transit stop. Room included a kitchenette. Separate main bedroom, separate WC. Good parking, 5min walk to metro. 20 min drive to airport with easy access. Free wifi.

Location is close to outskirts of town, so easy to get in and out of Lyon, bypassing some of the traffic jams. Accessible to a local neighborhood with all facilities Room is more spacious than other budget hotels, and air con works. mini kitchen facilities

For that price, nothing really.

Kitchen, everyday cleaning the room, free wifi in the room (not cable as mentioned in the hotel's description), the location is fine, the city has many metro lines, trams and buses, moving is not the problem. The reception very nice and friendly, able to leave after 12pm, not free of course, they fixed immediately a problem with the sofa bed

The women who take vare of the doesn't speak any english at all, maybe the kitchen could have a little more equipment, you don't pay the total amount on the check-out but in the half days they demant the half money, the bad was that they didn't ask it politely, but they just blocked our access cards, also almost everyday we had to go to the reception to fix the magnetic cards
