Staff were efficient and pleasant. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant has good reputation although we did not get a chance to try it.

The fac the restaurant was closed two days of our stay (Sunday and Monday). This was not made clear on booking.

I have liked hotels staff, really helpful and kind. Two big rooms, excellent for family. I' ve liked design of the hotel, new and simple. Good value for many.

Reception is open till 7pm! Breakfast wasn't really special.

Well designed hotel with modern interior housed in architecturally interesting exterior. Good facilities particularly the on suite kitchen arrangement. Good value lunches in the restaurant. The staff are always friendly and remember us on our return visits. We look forwards to our next stay.

Electrical items kept tripping the fuse switches. Otherwise spacious and clean. Better suited to business travellers.

The hotel was superb, we will come again and certainly recommend it to others.

Excellent,friendly service at reception. Spacious rooms with excellent beds and bathroom. Relaxed (and plentiful!) breakfast. Beats any other hotel in this price range which we have stayed in on any French holiday. We would definitely stay at the Duguesclin on future trips.

Big rooms, kitchen available, separate toilet, clean, close to Dinan, restaurant breakfast very nice, free parking.

Not enough hangers for the clothe, the bed were too hard.

The hotel was very nice and close to the city center. Excellent and spacious apartment (for 6 persons). This is however not a hotel in the classical sense of the term in that you need to take the breakfast outside the building but we took it in Dinan which is very cosy to do so.

It was a clean and new facility. The restaurant associated with the hotel was very good and friendly. Rooms and bathroom were a good size.

This is a residence hotel for short term inhabitants. The ONLY bed in the room was a small sofa bed which is very confusing on the websites; it should be made more clear. Rooms were not cleaned for 2 days, then when i asked she says they don't do the main room garbage. Then it was not clear whether we paid the extra amount needed for cleaning. Many people i talked to had problems with the expectations of the room and type of rooms available. Pool is ONLY open from 9-7 when the admin staff is there. In the summer time, this is too short. This hotel is in an old warehouse facility at the outside of town with lots of security. Homeless people were living nearby which was a bit of a concern.

The rooms were a very good size. We were a family of five in an apartment that could be used for up to six people which was extremely spacious. The pool was a good facility to have but where it is located seems a bit strange, right beside the car park and entrance. The hotel is bright spacious and modern and cleanliness is of a very high standard.

There is alot of building work going on around it at the moment which could put some people off. The reception is only open for a few hours a day which makes it difficult to check in or out if you arrive or leave outside these hours.

The absence of any english language channels on the TV

Sofabed covers were not very stable, became loose and looked untidy

Hotel was clean well run had nice Restaurant and was well located to either go into town or drive to beaches and country. Good parking. nice pool. Room was nice modern and bright and airy if a little sparse.
