Room was very clean and had everything that you needed. The location was excellent, in walking distance to the town. The restaurant next to the hotel was very good.

Spacious mini-suite well worth the extra (upgraded from studio at modest cost). Comfortable bed, very quiet, plenty of free parking. Close to town centre. Good breakfast at Au Coin du Feu next door if you don't want to diy. Would happily come back.

Needs a paint, a few marks on walls, but very clean. No kettle in kitchen.

We had a very nice meal in the restaurant.

If you want a friendly, homey place I would not stay here, Although there is a kitchenette, there is no kettle, no washing up supplies at all. Very stark accomodation. We had to strip the beds after our two night stay and take out the garbage, or would be charged an exhorbitant fee.

Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool on site. Not too far to walk into Dinan.

Room had several maintenance faults, eg missing light bulb, door handle broken. Restaurant was expensive when open.

Too far from the town of Dinan to walk. There was no kettle, a very small kitchenette, a very small dish washer that is not at all suitable for more than two people (we were five, in a two bedroom). The plates and cutlery were quite dirty.

Nice rooms, plenty space very clean and comfortable.

Cancelled at the last minute having booked six months previously not offered an alternative hotel nearby had to book our own which was very in convenient and disappointing. Were then sent email saying we did not need to pay cancellation fee......... what was that all about. Poor treatment.

There is no doubt, the hotel was clean and the bathroom facilities were very modern. We were in a 2 room apartment (sleeps 1-6)

Soul-less and sparse are the best description I can conjure for the hotel. Very rude, unhelpful welcoming by restaurant owner. Once inside, the kitchenette was useless, "Dishwasher" was for 2 settings and didn't fit a dinner plate. With 2 adults and 2 children, there was no lounge as kids slept on 2 sofabeds in that area. So nowhere to sit as a family. The main room was high ceilinged, bland and had no atmosphere. Pool not clean and located in car park. 15 min walk to town, best take the car - bit of an uphill hike home. And hotel is located amongst modern apartments, unkempt, beds all weedy - just didn't look as smart as it could. Thankfully it was clean, otherwise, we would have left. More Travelodge than I'd wanted.

It's quite a long way from the historic centre.

The suite was very spacious and clean. The area was quiet, although not too far from the heart of the town.

For a self catering suite, it could do with an oven. Take your own washing up liquid etc, otherwise you'll have to buy new products for only a short trip. Ok if you are able to take them home with you though!

Apartment Hotel was ideal for a family stop off on the way from Le Havre to Brittany. Easy ten minute walk to the town where there are plenty of restaurants. Pool was good to use on arrival.

Rooms were a little spartan but had everything needed for an overnight stay. Some additional comfortable chairs and an additional mirror or two would be good. Would be interesting to have some information sheets about the history of the building which is apparently a former military barracks. Wifi wasn't working though.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and airy and the location convenient for Dinan

The spice of the room !!!The badroom has not light and there was not soap and shampoo.

Our Hotel apartment was in a separate building with a key-coded door. It was beautifully decorated and really really quiet.

Reception *closes* at 7pm. We had trouble finding the hotel and very nearly missed it altogether. Take note also that breakfast must be booked the day before. The fire doors (we went through three to get to our rooms) were very heavy and we remarked that our children would not have been able to get out without us.
