Hôtel-Résidence La Cour du Bailli  

We booked two nights and checked out after the first. Our room was freezing and it felt like we were camping. It must have been 40-50 degrees fahrenheit(10C). We checked in at 5:30, the receptionist showed us to our freezing room. We went to the hot tub(which was luke warm and very dissapointing) and when we came back 2 hours later our room was still freezing. By this time however(7:30pm) the desk was closed and there was no one to tell and no number to call about our cold room. So we went to dinner and when we came back at 10pm our room was still freezing. Around midnight, one of the heaters started making a loud sound so we had to turn it off. Now we are down to one heater in a huge room. To make matters worse, the curtains weren't big enough for the windows so the street lights lit up our room all night. In the morning, we told the desk staff who weren't helpful. No refund, no partial refund, not even a refund for the parking that we didn't use. It appears as though we got the "special room" if you know what I mean. All of the rooms should be great.

We had studio apartment with well equipped kitchen in this lovely and cozy hotel owned by the Halbeisen family which are also winegrowers. Hotel guests get also ticket for free wine tasting at their wine cellar which is very interesting. The food at the restaurant is very good and so was the service. Bergheim is a beautiful small village

A very very nice location! Nice little Spa attached for free for visitors of the hotel. Bergheim is very pretty And so is the hotel. I recommend it to anyone.

The location is splendid. The kichenette is well furnished for family and near the hotel is located a market and bakery. The restaurant is good and the price is reasonable. We spent a really fantastic holyday is this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this lovely little hotel. The ambiance is wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub. It's comfortable and the morning breakfast is great. The owners also have their own vinyards.

Wonderful quirky old building with spacious appartment style rooms. Each appartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette & small dining table. The room, bathroom & bed linen were spotlessly clean. The Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

The restaurant serves enormous portions of very bland overcooked food. Check out at the reception is only possible from 09:00 hours & an early get away is not possible.

Set centrally within the beautiful small town of Bergheim. Idyllic (slow) pace of life, and a good restaurant.

Extremely small bathroom for a 'family' room

The hotel and the town are amazing. Absolutely beautiful. The spa was a very welcome addition to our stay. The breakfast was very good.

We arrived on Easter Sunday and although there were good cooking facilities, there was nowhere to buy provisions. The hotel restaurant looked amazing but not really what is needed for a young family. Otherwise we cannot fault the hotel and really enjoyed our stay there.

What a great place to stay...charming and cozy. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect in a beautiful and historic village just along the Route de Vin and not too far of a drive from Colmar. We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The pool was small, but perfect for the children who enjoyed it as well as the jacuzzi. The hotel restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent.

The hotel is a little dated, but overall very nice.

staff and other guests were very freindly and did not mind us having our 3 boys and grandparents for a famliy vacation, breakfast buffet was very good and the dinner excellent- the little village of Bergheim was absolutely adorable- good location for short trips to other shopping and site seeing.

the king size bed was great but the mattresses on it and the extra beds could be a little softer-
