I chose that hotel for Internet so that I can keep working and connected to my office but somehow that night they told me that there is some problem with Internet and it is not working. Ok it may happen but the way the female receptionist reacted was not good. Already a guy was arguing with her. However hotel is good with its Big Studio ... and heating facilities. Location is good.. 100 meters away from the Metro Station line D.

Close to metro station, availability of public parking, cleanliness, free internet access at room.

There is no personal staff after 9pm. A little hard to find when you are international traveler.

Good location, enough space for a family, well equipped if a little tired. An unpretentious hotel apartment.

We had a special rate and I probably wouldn't pay the rack rate.

good sized room with kitchette, roller shutters on windows to black out room. double bed was welcomed surprise seeing how just room for one booked. grocery store just around corner, close to metro and one stop from old town.

shower curtain too short over bath, caused water to run off onto floor that flowed into bedroom. tip; don't leave anything on floor when having shower that you don't want wet. also breakfast, might have been bad day, but milk was off.

The apartment was very spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, etc and the hotel offered many services (including free internet, photocopying, and a little cafe area in the lobby).

It was a bit far (a walk and two metro stops) away from central Lyon.

It had a kitchen and bathroom. They have got the left luggage room.

It was a hot day and there was not an aircon. The room was so hot and we hardly sleep!

It is only a metro stop away from the historic city center and two stops away from Bellecour square.

Really poor quality of all services. They clean the room only once a week and never change the towels. The room was not even clean when we got there (hair in the shower and much more...). There was not even a knife for bread in the room, and when we asked for one, they said they did not have any!

hôtel confortable et bien situé avec metro à proximité, malheureusement l'odeur de tabac froid a été très pénible. La literie était tellement imbibée qu'un shampoing était necessaire au réveil! Pourtant la preference non fumeur avait ete demandee

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, le coin cuisine était bien pratique, la chambre donnait sur la rue qui n'était pas trop bruyante. L'hotel se trouve tout prêt d'une station de métro ligne d, on est à qques minutes du vieux Lyon.

Toute la vaisselle n'était pas très nette.

Pratique car station métro proche. Quartier calme. Personnel courtois. Studio confortable

Le lavabo de la salle de bain était totalement bouché. Ce n'est pas vraiment pratique d'allé se laver les dents au lavabo de la cuisine...

Accueil toujours aussi agréable, je conseillerai cette résidence hotelière à des visiteurs pour un confort mieux adapté qu'une simple chambre. Malheureusement, les chambres sont très différentes au niveau propreté,équipement...au sein de cette structure
