The hotel is situated in the Red Light district of Toulouse which is a very sadand depressed area. Protitutes work outside the hotel most of the day. Drunks live in the streets nearby. The streets are covered in vomit. Breakfast is supplied to the room but is not fresh and of low quality. Geometry of the appartment is very poor, no space between furniture, doors open wrong way. No ventilation and so whole complex smells of cooking.

Dés que l'on est arrive à l'établisement Privilège Appart-hôtel Saint Exupery était super tout était facil à comprendre et dés qu'on monte dans la chambre tout était préparer pour notre confort ! Si je pouvais noter cette hôtel sur 10 je donnerais 10 l'hotel est vraiment super !!

Es muy comodo y limpio. Encuentro que la recepción esta mucho tiempo cerrada por si pasa algo, y no cambian las toallas. Todo lo demás fenomenal, estoy muy contenta.

très bon accueil ,literie correcte pas de personnel entre 12h et 14h et dès 19h30 (accueil ou étage) que des codes!!! le sachant on s'organise… mais quand il n'y a pas de papier toilette dans les wc c'est pas génial…les apparts sont spacieux mais vieillots et la place de parking trop chère

フロントが6時までで、夜9時に到着する旨伝えておいたので、玄関の暗証番号を事前にメールで教えてもらい- 入ることができた。部屋の広さはまぁまぁ。お風呂はバスタブもあってお湯が途中で水に変わることもなく。レ- ンジ、冷蔵庫、湯沸しポット、食洗機（使わなかった）、食器も一通り揃っていたし、さすがフランス、小さい- ワイングラスとオープナーがあった。タオルは毎日替えてはくれないシステムだけど、料金を考えると特に不満- はない。マタビオ駅から近くて便利だけど、地域的にはあまり良くないところらしいので、夜中の外出にはちょ- っと注意が必要かも。時期的に暗くなるのが9時過ぎだったので、10時頃までの外出には特に不安は感じなか- った。 到着日は夜9時、出発日は朝8時前で、フロントの人には1度しか会わなかったけど感じのいい女性でした。

grand appartement propre, bien équipé et à 10min à pieds du centre ville. Petits commerces, bar et fast food à proximité. absence de personnel le weekend. Sauna fermé le dimanche. hotel aml indiqué et situé dans un quartier proche de la gare...

Appartement spatieux La température est trop chaude dans les chambres. Impoosible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car aucune ouverture naturel ( Fenêtre donnant dans le hall d'entré) . Le quartier de l'hôtel est très mal fréquanté et pas rassurant pour une personne seule.

La proximité du centre ville et de tous les transports, les chambres étaient grandes... Appart pour 6 personnes = 3 grands lits.. Le calme de l'hotel La peinture aurait besoin d'être refaite dans les pièces d'eau (elle s'écaille de facon importante)

Propreté, chambre spacieuse (appart pour 4 avec kitchinette, et wc séparés de la salle de bain, grands placards), parking privé sécurisé (sur réservation) pratique pour circuler ensuite à pied. Fenêtres trop hautes ne pouvant pas être ouvertes (sensation d'étouffement) mais ce n'est pas trop gênant si on ne compte pas y rester en journée. Anecdote : l'hotel n'a pas ni de réception ni de personnel de service en we et ils avaient oublié de mettre à disposition du papier toilette alors que le distributeur de la chambre était vide ou presque ! pas top quand on est 4 !!!

El personal de la recepción es muy amable. El apartamento está bien equipado, el hotel cuenta con gimnasio y sauna. Está cerca de la estación pero hay muchos marginales en esa zona. Mi cuarto daba justo a la terraza y a pesar de tener una ventana amplia tuve que mantener las cortinas cerradas porque sino se veia todo cuando alguien pasaba lo cual no es muy agradable.

Érem un grup i ens va agradar la situació bastant cèntrica. Està situat en un barri bastant marginal, i això et pot fer sentir una mica insegur quan surts de l'hotel. A dins no.

El hotel estaba muy céntrico y nuestra habitación (T2) aunque era pequeña era muy acojedora y suficientemente equipada para 4 personas. La unica pega es que alrededor estan todos los locales eróticos de la zona (aunque no nos pareció peligroso en ningún momento). La gente del hotel fue amable en todo momento pero no hay nadie en fin de semana ni por la noche.

La facilité d'accès (2 mn du canal du midi et 10 mn du centre ville), la salle de remise en forme. Etablissement et parking sécurisés : indispensables dans ce quartier plutôt agité. - Manque d'insonorisation dans un quartier bruyant la nuit et mal fréquenté. Le fait qu'il n'y ait personne à la réception pour vous accueillir et que l'on arrive devant un rideau de fer tiré ??? Curieuse façon d'accueillir les clients. Personne non plus le week- end. Du coup, tous les services (salon TV,petit déjeuners, salle de billard et salle informatique) également fermés.
