The sole member of staff on duty was very helpful and professional Room rather cold and dark. One light fitting did not function. Noise all night of a generator or airconditioning unit outside but within the hotel complex. Had to wait 2 hours for premises to be opened in the afternoon when I arrived with my wife. |

Ideal location. V close to both train station and to city centre(both short walking distance). Friendly and helpful staff and clean. Perfect if travelling on a budget and/or with kids. Recommended |

Good value appartment style hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast seemed overpriced for what was available. However, kitchen facilities in room would allow guest to cater for themselves if they chose to. |

Very convenient to the train station and multiple restaurants and parks and sights. The decor was very modern and appealing and the kitchen was well-stocked. Mold in the shower. |

The lady that checked us in was amazing - had wonderful english and gave the best recommendations for dinner and was more than helpful (just sorry that I dont have her name to note down) pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable and had to go through main bedroom to get to bathroom but overall a great little hotel |

The staff was very gracious and accommodating. Having Internet space, laundry facilities, parking, and security were helpful to our family. The bathroom was large and the kitchen proved adequate for our needs. Air conditioning was not turned on until several days into our stay; consequently our room was very hot during the day. We had to open the windows at night and early in the morning to cool it off. Also, the bathroom didn't have enough light - only one light bulb and it was low light. Parts of the neighborhood near the hotel were intimidating but not to the point of being dangerous. |

The room was very clean I like it and there were enough kitchen stuff to cook a delicious dinner! It was worthy but when I used Promotional rate! There was nobody in reception when I arrived! You have to check with them if you would arrive after 21:00 |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goed gelegen ten opzichte van het station. Ruim en goed ingericht appartement. Het hotel ligt in een nogal louche buurt; hoeren en dealers voor de deur. |

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel : exceptionnel! Le parking sur place où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture toute la journée pendant que nous visitions la ville! Nous avons également apprécié le calme de la résidence et la salle de sport! |

Неплохое расположение неподалеку от железнодорожного вокзала. У нас бы номер с кухней, небольшой гостиной и спальней. Есть плита, посудомоечная машина, микроволновка, холодильник, кофеварка, чайник. Мы все готовили сами. Надо обновить сантехнику. |

部屋が広くキッチン設備も整っていた。トイレと洗面室が別なので使いやすい。毎朝（土、日除く）、清掃が行- われている。駅、スーパーに近く便利。値段はホテルと変わりないが、部屋の広さで比べるとこちらの方が断然- お得である。 門扉が閉まっていると入れない。事前にコード番号を教えてもらう必要あり。週末は清掃されないので気をつけ- ること。タオルはフロントまで持っていけば交換してもらえる |

L'amabilité des réceptionnistes. Il était prévu deux passages des femmes de chambre par semaine. Nous sommes restés 5 jours, et nous n'avons eu droit à aucune visite! Nous avons réussi, néanmoins à nous faire changer les serviettes, mais pas les draps. D'autre part, aucun produit d'entretien n'a été prévu, dans l'appartement pour que nous puissions faire nous même le ménage. |

ホテルの目の前に専用駐車場（有料）があり、セキュリティーもきちんとされていて安心でした。ホテルのスタ- ッフも丁寧な対応でよかったです。朝食（有料）は果物やゆで卵もあり、子供づれには助かりました。 駅に近かったけれど、街中のようなきちんとしたレストランが少なかったです。ＢＡＲのような軽食と酒場とい- った感じのお店がほとんどでした。 |

De kamers zijn ruim met goede bedden. Het hotel is zeer dicht tegen het station en tegen het centrum van de stad gelegen. Heel erg handig. Geen lawaai van één of andere straat tijdens de nacht. Proper. De schimmel in de badkamer was niet echt aangenaam om op te kijken maar uiteindelijk was de properheid er van best wel OK. Schimmel kwam er doordat de badkamer niet echt verlucht kon worden denk ik. |
