Convenient location, large room, nice kitchen. We enjoyed having so many restaurants nearby. Convenient to the bus stop.

The bed was hard as a rock; we've never before seen a mattress ANYWHERE where there was absolutely NO give in the mattress. The sofabed had a big dip in the center, so that was uncomfortable, as well. Cleaning staff left a different number of towels every day; sometimes there were not enough.

It's an exellent hotel. It was very quiet. The room was cleen and have minimalistic design. The view from the window is on the park. Staff is friendly and can help us in every way. We were able to check out after 11. Bus station and bike rent is near. In last there is the billiards!!!

The cleaners do not speak English.

A very disappointing stay! We paid over 200 euros (fete de lumiere) and found a large and clean room but no hot water, no shampoo, only one large towel and the drink glass broken. When we mentioned this to reception there was no empathy shown, not even a mild apology, she just noted the room number in a disinterested and cold manner. We spent a huge amount of money and could not even have a shower! We overheard another guest complaining of no heat and the same lack of interest was shown at reception. A pity as a lovely visit to a great city and wonderful festival was tarnished not so much by the cold water and solitary towel but the lack of friendliness and customer care. In this day and age of feedback it amazed me that they were so unconcerned and unwilling to even express some words of regret or apology. Ps We speak French fluently so it was not down to language or misunderstanding.

Need to ask for a parking tichet in reception desk every time you leave parking.

A bit far from the city centre...

Lovely, new facility. Laundry very convenient. Rooms well equipped. Reception staff very helpful.

There are wonderful restaurants near the hotel, but we could not find a grocery store.

Good location for a conference held at Cité Internationale. Cheaper than Hilton. Wifi included in room price.

The room had a slight scent of tobacco. The selection of food at breakfast was unhealthy and scrambled eggs at breakfast weren’t kept properly heated.

Right next to the conference centre. Free internet. Room was actually a one-room apartment, with kitchen, bed+sofa bed, and en-suite shower.

Slow internet. Minor point, but all the cupboards were made from plywood, and looked a little cheap.

The modern style of the accommodation is excellent. Facilities to cook are very good but at week end not much in the way of local grocery shopping. Washing and drying facilities are easyto use inexpensive, clean and efficient. City bus stops very close for buses to city and Part-Dieu railway. Cinemas located in complex. Velo stations nearby with easy access to picturesque bike lanes alongside the river which make riding to and from the city speedy and most enjoyable.

1. There is no stand to put your soap or the shampoo in the shower area 2. The safe is on the cupboard ground. This means you have to sit down and bend to use it, which is very strange. 3. There is no area for inviting someone or having a drink somewhere in the hotel 4. The TV channels are all in French, which means management does not think about foreigners comfort, or they would like to receive French people only!!!!! 5. Bed is only 140 cms width - should be 160 cms

Problems with the parking... The exit card did not work. All else was fine.

The location, is not in Lyon.

It was close to the office. Rooms were neat. Bed was ok. Price was ok.

Breakfast was bad. Even the croissants were not good. In France!! The whole atmosphere is a bit too much "McDonalds" for me.
