Everything is good! Definitely will recommend to my friends.
The cleanliness and the ability to spread out - it is a good space - worked for us. We wanted access to Part Dieu station so this worked well and it was soooo much better than a cramped ibis hotel room - never again!!!!! No frills - no phone or hairdryer but plenty of room and the option to cook - in addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
some kitchen items were missing, if you want to explore the old city it is quite a walk - that's it!!
adequate price, very central, friendly staff
basic room decor
The hotel is located within easy walking distance from the Lyon Gare Part Dieu.
We booked this hotel based on the photos posted on the Bookings. com website but were disappointed on arrival with the appearance of the hotel and the room which overlooked the street and street noise prevented us from opening the window. Although the room was clean it had a musty smell and was not as large as we had expected for a superior room. There were limited cooking facilities despite the website saying it had a complete kitchenette. The breakfast options were limited and not good value compared to other hotels we had stayed in recently.
The room was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable.
WLAN was very slow, you had to sign in again everytime. The windowcoverings didn't cover the entire Window and the window is facing a schoolyard which is very, very loud starting early in the morning - and since you can't cover the windows you have the feeling everybody can look in your room. (If I had a kid in that school i wouldn't be thrilled either that people can just watch them from their hotel room!) Some of the lightbulbs didn't work.
Location was excellent to station. Staff member, David spoke good English and helped us with a few things in the apartment.
Wifi connection poor, our kitchette and toilet/bathroom lack cleaning. No tea bags or coffee sachets for second or third day.
No kettle or toaster in self contained apartment
very adequate for our purpose and stay
wifi speed was not good
kichenette electronic door lock
bit far from main station. no supermarket and restaurant nearby
The entrance lobby and lift shafts smelt like gone off fish. The apartment was dusty and smelt damp, the dishwasher flooded all over the kitchen floor. There was no toilet paper and they had run out! Overall it was worse than a hostel. Check in was complicated and took about half an hour, purely because of inefficiency! Avoid this apartment chain as it is very disappointing and the staff simply don't care when told.
parking available, decent Wi-Fi and reasonable room, but...
What they pompously call superior 1 bedroom apartment it's just a figure of speech. There is no bedroom, just a studio room (not even very large) with one double bed and an extensible couch. Lights didn't work on the entry hallway and if I rember correctly not all in the kitchen either.
Kitchen facilities allow self-catering.
A basic place to stay if you're just passing through Lyon as we were. Not in a good part of the city.
Comfort Kitchen Clean
nothing during my stay
Closeness of the hotel to the railway station, metro and the shopping mall. The apartment was laid out well. The area was very quite at night.
Nothing not to like.
Reception was excellent and always ready to help
Cleaning staff forgot to replace towels so had to check with the desk to have enough for 2 people.....should have 2 towels replaced by 2,
Room was large and clean. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. Quiet area with a few great bakeries nearby. Airconditioning is handy in the summer months. Secure parking available.
No restaurants in the immediate area.
near the rail station quiet clean price perfect for a family in transit
wifi with code
Good facilities Helpful staff Breakfast available Clean and quiet Air conditioning Confortable
We didn't enjoy the location...but we did not explore very much as only a one night stay.
location, location, location!
Good curtain helps with sleep quality. Improve that.
- The friendly reception by the staff, welcoming feeling. - The nice appartments make you feel like having a home in Lyon. - The bus to the centre works perfectly
- don't use the breakfast service, it is ok but go to a bakery - more english tv channels
Location was very close to the main station, staff were friendly enough. Apartment was very spacious.
There was nowhere at all in the apartment to hang clothes, which was a bit of a pain as I was in Lyon to attend a conference. The internet speed was terrible, worst I have experienced in Europe for some time. The blinds did not reach to the bottom of the windows which meant you couldn't shut out all the light. Finally, I was woken each night by a really loud vibrating/humming noise which seemed to come from the air conditioning unit (which was not on at the time). Really annoying. I'd say this place is fine if you are visiting Lyon for leisure, but not ideal for business travellers.
The room was huge! For 5 people, we had 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. Clean, cosy, full of light, quiet.
Wifi was slow, and I wish we could have a hair dryer.
A nice midrange apartment, in good shape, with air-conditioning, in decent neighborhood.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.
The rooms were very modern, secure, tidy, blankets and towels provided, aircon, kitchen stocked with all modcons and cutlery. Great accommodation and very nice staff. 2 of 3 spoke reasonable English.
No breakfast facilities available, although food could be purchased closeby.
Nothing I like I not re commanded to any one
