We felt safe.
Wi fi doesn't work.
Friendly staff, clean room, colours in the Hall, breakfast,
Friendly staff, good price, good conditions.
everything was good for the price I paid
Price! And it was close to the office. 10 minutes away from metro. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. Sheets and towels clean.
No WiFi at all (not working even if you want to pay). No soap/shampoo in shower tab...when mentioning there is no shower tab too. No hair dryer. Tiles and bathroom floor could be kept cleaner. Only one power outlet in the whole room and that one is close to the entrance, so I charged my phone and kept it on the floor during night (away from bed). And have had to charge my laptop in the bathroom. Metal bed with springs, not too bad, but can be squeaky.
Every thing we're accept
The bathroom facilities ( shampoo bath Showr ...) were not found The Showr was not comfortable
Good price Staff was nice
20th arrondissement is like a ghetto, a kind of dangerous hood - only a crossaint and a bun for breakfest, ridiculous - ugly, molded room
There was always someone on duty in reception and all staff were very friendly & helpful. Accommodation was spartan but perfectly adequate - room was clean, beds were clean, room had ensuite and small TV, plus view over sports ground for added entertainment. There was no noise when we were there and we slept well, with effective blackout curtains. Reviews & map of local eating spots on noticeboard reflected real experiences of guests & was very helpful. Metro nearby and not too far from city centre. Internet facilities at small extra cost. Very good value for money!
Breakfast was very basic. Orange juice turned out to be squash. Cornflakes, bread & croissants - lots of carbohydrate! Some mornings there was no butter.
Great personnel. Great price and breakfast included. The location in Paris is very close to Pierre Lachese Cimitiere. Well comunicated.
It's not very clean. The bathroom smelled pretty bad and the toilet was dirty. The carpet also smelled like humid.
spacy room, friendly staff, value f money.
seemed more like a hostel than hotel in many ways, heartless breakfast, very dark and "off" area at night (no restaurants, pubs a.s.o.)
The staff is very gentle and very careful to your request. The zone is very quiet and the metro is very near to residence. The room is very large and the bed is very comfortable, to breakfast there are croissant, pan au lait, corn flakes and a lot of drink (milk, orange juice, coffee express or cappuccino).
The room isn't very clean and the wall is small so you can listen many rumor of the other rooms. the breakfast isn't continental (you not find cheese or other salt thing).
No double bed in our room, high and low two uncomfortable beds:( You can witness out of wifi stock, running out of internet??how is this possible... It doesnt worth to have breakfast there...
Rather friendly staff, nothing else
Terrible breakfast, room, smell, location
I had no change....the restarant was self service but was shut. There was no bar and the reception had no change a note so that I could buy a drink of water. I had to walk for a mile to find a building with a doorman who managed to change a €5 note which bought me two cans of fanta a snack size of biscuits and a bag a crisps. The were floor tiles missing directly under the shower and the loo stank.
The hotel was the right value for the price. Clean, safe, and friendly staff. Minimalist room, desk bed and closet.
The hotel was a little difficult to find at first, it is on a side street. It is a pretty short walk from the three line, which is at least a twenty minute or so ride from central Paris. Finding places to eat in the surrounding area was difficult, especially in the evening.
the condition of the room is great
the hotel is quite far and the location seems quite dangerous
close to metro station friendly staff
not much choice for breakfast
Great value for money. Not fancy, but rooms were spacious and clean. All staff were fine but it obviously was more helpful to me if they spoke English . There were a couple of young men in particular who went out of their way to help me. Sorry I don't know names but one grew up in Italy , so was fluent in at least 3 languages. I am 68 and saw people my age, young people and families w children. I liked that. I was entirely satisfied with my stay there.
location was a little off the main lines, but you can't have cheap And perfect location.
Please this in not a hotel or something like that, ugly, dirty, please don't use this thing like hotel or hostel. Please thank you
the personnel is ultra nice the quality/price ratio is excellent
I liked being able to leave there as quickly as possible.
-This place was a joke! It was not a hotel, but actually a dorm of sorts which has been converted into a hotel. -The bathrooms and especially the showers were completely disgusting! (I have pictures if you'd like me to share!) -They were "out of" soap! How does a hotel run out of soap!? -The receptionist's and housekeeper's English were very poor, and neither could communicate with us even though it stated that the staff speaks English. -The walls are paper thin, and we felt like we were sharing our rooms with several rooms next to ours. I even had to get up at around 1:30 A.M. 2 nights in a row to ask the person next to us to turn his tv down and to quiet his voice while on his phone call. -The employees (cleaning/maintenance) were very loud early in the morning each morning when my kids were still asleep -- carrying on and joking around. -They advertise a free breakfast buffet. However, their breakfast consisted of a single croissant and a single very small yogurt and a cup of milk. -They advertise "free parking," but there were only enough spots for several cars, way too few for the number of guests/employees they have. And there was no available parking within miles of the hotel. -It was not in a 'nice' area of town. -The hotel had our rental car towed when we mistakenly & unknowingly blocked one of their drive-ways (the first night we arrived) in a very dim and not well-marked area. This cost us a couple hundred dollars and a half day of our vacation. Had they simply contacted us, we would have gladly moved it immediately. Instead they had it towed, causing us to run around in a city foreign to us trying to figure out how to retrieve it. -They had no ice machine and no way for us to get any ice. -The sheets on one of our (5) mattresses was dirty. -Their pictures on-line are deceiving.
It's a nice room to stay for a night or few nights if you only are looking for a place where to sleep and it be cheap. The breakfast is nice, but you don't expect a buffet full of differents food from this price, enough to have a normal breakfast .
The only soap on the bathrooms is the hand soap so if you want to wash your hair you need to bring a shampoo. The location it's not good, the neighborhood doesn't seem nice to go alone during the night... I was in car I didn't have any problem.
located in an unsafe area
Breakfast - poor and always the same
