Friendly helpful staff. The accommodation is very new and offers generous sized units. The swimming pool and sauna looked to be good quality althougth we did not use them on this stay. We would certainly book the Acacia Residence again. |

Location was excellent, only a 25 minute walk to the old city and the views of the ocean magical The breakfast was average, however we do appreciate it is the end of the season and sometime attention to detail starts to mellow |

The apartments were clean and modern and the receptionist and owner could not do enough to help us. The breakfast was 6euros but just at the bottom of the road is a most wonderful bakers were you could buy breakfast for a fraction of the cost. The apartment was near but a little walk away from the santuary all downhill there but uphill on way back.it was nice to be close enough but away from the hussle and bussle of Lourdes which can be quite in yourface. Lourdes is the most wonderful place and I would certainly recommend these lovely apartments for your stay. The pool was lovely and the jacuzzi so warm! It would be ideal if you had a mixed party of those who wanted to do the whole Lourdes experience and those who did not. |

Bunk bed for kids, very happy, recepcionist very nice and helpfull, easy acces with puschair, lift, swiming pool, jaccuzi, sauna all free! We was few hours early and the room was ready with out any charge To far from the Sanctuary, as you can't cross the river its about 25min!!walk. There was sofa bed unusual ( not for couple!!) unfolded ,sleep up,there is storage under sofa for husband..You have to clean after your self, bed linen etc. In toilet no basin you have to go around the studio to bathroom and the basin is to high! For children and me. No internet in hotel must bring own laptop, no phone. |

The apartment was large and spacious. The equipment was all brand new. The apartments were very clean. The pool was lovely and cold on the hot days and the sauna very relaxing. Good parking facilities. Getting back to the residence at the end of the night was hard work. A lot of steps to go up. The residence was very accessible to disabled guests but the location of the apartments slightly out of town would make it hard work for disables guests and their families. |

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Swimming pool and jacuzzi.Friendly staff, and very clean. Lovely place, and well positioned for the town. Parking is limited for the size of the apartments. Lourdes is a place you need to be dedicated to spend any time there. We were very dissapointed at how over commercialised it was. |

Good location for the Lourdes Grotto. We had an apartment for 4-6 people. There was enough space and full kitchen facilities. Quite new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. They do not provide towels. And you have to make the beds up when you arrive with the linen they provide in a cupboard. |

Yes, we would like to come back to this place.. Our kids were very happy with swimming pool and the place. The washbasin in the batheroom is too high and cannot reach for washing the faces!!!! ,The curtains(Sleeping room & salon are not enough darker! At night lights comes through the windows because parking light are very strong and "on" at all the night! The breakfast is not valuable for the price and it's not a breakfast! They serve only bread, croissants with butter and confiture..... Nothing else.. No charcuterie, cheese, céréales etc.... |

Very nice and quite . Staff are helpful. We could check in early without charges and with a smile. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are the plus point.Overall enjoyed our stay . Hotel address is confusing, Its not located in Chemin de Lannedarre as stated but a little further in "Rue de l Ukraine" ,No signboard.May be because its not finished yet. No Sauna either. Those were not too big of problems anyway. Otherwise a nice place to stay. |

we enjoyed our stay there, comfortable, close to the Churches, shops, staff were helpful too. The only problem was the bathroom (wet room). The water kept collecting in the middle of the room throughout the stay as the floor was not leveled. You need to keep the reception open late @ night and open earlier in the morning. |
