The vicinity to the docks, where the Transat Jacques Vabre yacht race started from was great! The hotel was clean. The hotel is right next to McDonalds! Checking in to the hotel next door as La Fregate has no reception. Need more signs to the entrance as it is right around the back of the hotel. The stairwell needs a lick of paint! |

Not much, it was in the same center as a Mcdonalds The hotel does not have it's own front desk, you must check in at the Kiriad which is on the opposite side. You need a special code to enter the building, no carpet, it was frshly painted and lcean, but small beds, hallway lights shut off via a timer, you would need to turn back on but the switches are like 12 to 15 feet apart. Was not given a code of the free wifi, it was connected to the Kiriad room so not sure my room number meant anything, I was not able to log on. The front desk is at the Kiriad, not easy to get to. |

it is excellent for the value, have our own working kitchenette so we can make our own meal or coffee, but they do not provide any cooking utensils the entry is quite confusing need more clear direction; you have to turn on the light before you can walk on the hall;, the room was a little dusty; and I don't understand why they have a German MTV channel on the tv |

The hotel is very clean and well maintained There is no message outside the hotel that the room key has to be picked up from the reception of Kyriad hotel (next to it). |

It is nessesary to mention that if you arrivw after 6 p.m. you have to go to the reception of the hotel Kyriad nearby. When we arrived there was problem with the keys - i was traveling between reception and the room door 4 times because key didn't match the door (each ime i was given another key)! |

De badkamer was ruim en voorzien van een prima douche. De prijs is redelijk. De kamer is voorzien van een keukentje met frigo, lavabo, microgolf en elektrisch fornuis (wel geen keukengerei aanwezig). Er ging een verfgeur in de gang, het was niet mogelijk om de wifi te connecteren, hulplijn gebeld en daar konden ze me ook niet verder helpen. Op de kussenslopen lagen haren en er zat een vervelende (vrouwen)parfum op... De verluchtingsrooster van de badkamer komt uit in de slaapkamer en maakt een irriterend geluid dat niet af te zetten is, verder is er nog lawaaihinder van auto's, generatoren (MC donalds) en treinen... |

le lit etait asser confrtable je n ais pas grand chose a dire on nous previens pas à l arriver , que la residence appartient en faite à l hotel kyriad, on nous marque qu il y a une kichnette mais on oublie de metionner, qu il y a aucune vaisselles; odeur pestitentiel dans le couloir ca ressemble plus a un foyer d ebergement de plus l endroit , voitures depouiller,je ne returnerais pas et le conseille à personne |

betaalbaar, goed bereikbaar, redelijk grote kamer met kitchenette (echter zonder pannen, borden, bestek etc.) met oven en koelkast slecht vindbare ingang (inchecken via ingang Kyriad hotel in zelfde gebouw). Altijd lawaai: aan drukke straal, spoorweg, en MacDonalds waarbij het lawaai van de airco's alleen met gesloten ramen (geen airco) goed gedempt werd |

Le calme, la qualité du lit (très important un bon matelas) Le sol de la chambre est à refaire, l'hygiène peut-être n'était pas top- top, manquait des crochets dans la salle de bains et des porte- serviettes. Sinon le reste était parfait. |
