Very near the Geneva airport. Large rooms. The free internet worked. 4 star hotel, no! Slow at reception, phone calls are definitely more important than customers. Tv set had to be changed, otherwise no english channels could be seen. The bed is slooping. The cleaning personel has given written infomation that if you don't bring out your personal garbage, a bill will be sent to you, Do you expect that in a 4 star hotel? The café does not serve anything else than drinks after 12am, not even a small sandwich. The traffic outside is heavy and the balcony door can not be closed becasue it is bended. The noise is coming in. The aircon is running at full capcity, it doesn't matter how you set the temperature. This hotel should definitely not be higher rated than a 3 stars.,

The hotel is right next to the border to Switzerland so you are ten minutes from Geneva and also the airport. Buses stop outside the hotel for an easy transfer There is an Irish pub, a massive Carrefour and a couple of restaurants nearby so for us it was a great place to stay. The hotel also had a restaurant and this appeared to have a good ambiance although we did not try the food The whole hotel is very modern and looks recently refurbished. The staff were excellent and most helpful. We stayed in an apartment which was fairly spacious for two adults and two teenagers and well equipped. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good.A big supermarket is close to the hotel.The bus stop to Geneva is near the hotel too.Our suit was very nice-2 rooms with good furniture. No coffeemaker in the room.

The staff are unusually interested and helpful, more than compensating for some of the well- used aspects of the facility. It's nice to be so close to the Carrefours also!

Size of apartment was OK The hotel showed pictures on Booking.com of 2 big fitness rooms. One room I was told was a picture of 4 years ago and actually was the same room as the othe rpicture, but with a green coloured floor and the other room was 2 square meters and there were childfren running in and out to th eoutside swimming pool. Besides the running belt was in bad shape, causing danger when running. The room I had was with an airco unit just outside the sleeping room on the balcony, which made a hell of noise, apart from lots of airplanes flying over. Personnel did not really take care of the customers or did not bother to say good morning or so. The diner facilities and food quality are very poor, considering the 4 stars ranking. Breakfast without brown bread and yoghurt and muesli of less than average quality made me all together feel very unsatisfied about this hotel.

Very close to the airport which is convenient for taking outbound flights in the morning (more sleep). The hotel is new/recently renowated, very clean. A minor downside is that the hotel is facing a road, so there is some traffic noise in the morning. The road is note very busy, but the noise can still be disturbing.

An average place. Catering is below my understanding. Nothing to eat for breakfast, and you have to ask for a clean spoon, a plate, or for a coffee-machine refill... Weird...

Staff were really accommodating. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was limited but fine. Garden facing rooms are much nicer than the rooms facing the carkpark. Internet is great.We had a dog and it was perfect. Close to Geneva. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Was great value for money. Would stay here again.

Le personnel est agréable et de bons conseils concernant les alentours. L'hotel se trouve à 300m de la douane Suisse avec accès à Genève par bus, qui s'arrête juste devant la résidence. La carte du restaurant est courte mais les plats sont bons. La piscine et espace sauna/jaccuzzi gratuit. Le bruit de la rue si vous choisiez une chambre donnant sur le devant.

Se si vuole soggiornare a Ginevra e si ha la macchina è l Ideale perché essendo in Francia è più economico ed è a 1 km da Ginevra.. Se non sia ha la macchina il taxi per Ginevra costa più di 50 euro...( Per un km)... Carenza nel personale..

близко от аэропорта. просторный двухкомнатный номер с кухонькой для семьи из 2 взрослых и 2-х детей. на этом премущества заканчиваются. останавливались по пути в альпы. в следующий раз остановимся в аннеси, как наши друзья. в два раза дешевле и вид на озеро. для отеля 4* выносить за собой мусор из отеля - это что-то. максимум на что нужен этот отель - перед ранним самолетом или переночевать после позднего прилета. но в данном случае лучше отъехать до аннеси.

Ruime en verzorgde suite met twee balkons en een apart keukentje. Kleine badkamer, maar voldoende voor twee personen. Correct personeel. Parkeren voor (en naast) het hotel. Carrefour op loopafstand. Prima pizzeria (Azzurra) vlakbij. Men dient de eigen afvalzakjes af te voeren.
