Nice & quiet area

First, the WC was in a seperated room from the toilet. Second, we found 2 big spiders in 1 night stay!!

The room was big enough for the families that have two childeren, and you can find enough tools for cooking.

Close to Geneve, apartment had a microvawe and small kitchinette which is usefull when you travell with kids

weird smell in whole hotel, apartment floor and bathroom was not very clean, bed was falling apart

Location close to Geneva Switzerland with prices much more affordable than Switzerland.

This hotel proclaims it is completely non-smoking. We tried two different rooms and both were very smoky. Even down to the bedding and towels smelled like smoke.

Locate in the Divonne nice small town. Reasolable price and free parling and wifi (despite quite slow)

I though that the room was better than the Zenitude la Divonne, but it was not the case. It seems older and less equipped. In the toiler just over the wc there is a big water thank. There is only a very low intensity central light very unconfortable when laying on the bed

The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful. For me the location was ideal as I was working in Geneva.

Kitchen was poorly equipped ie no oven. Fridge door would not close properly and there was not enough crockery. only two small cups and no cereal bowls.Apartment was very tired and could do with redecorating. Underground parking was very difficult to get in and out as the spaces were too small and access very very tight. The wi fi was not very good as you had to keep logging on,also a lot of contractors were staying at the apartments so it was noisy late at night.

It was a relatively cheap hotel to visit Geneve compared to others. That is why we choose it. Location to visit Laussane and Geneve is good only if you have a car.

Room didn't have any carpets and the floor felt cold. Room wasn't cleaned. Hydraulics weren't very good. Breakfast was too expensive. Internet was REALLY slow!

Wheelchair accessibility, rooms were spacious, very close to Geneva, good price.

Some rooms don't have beds, you need to sleep on the sleeping couch.

very bad bad place

This was a friendly, reasonably priced hotel in a good location close to the amenities of Divonne. The apartment was perfect for a family of four. We were only there one night but could easily have stayed for the full week in comfort. Wouldn't have been the same without the balcony though.

We found it difficult to find by car as there was no sign on the road and the hotel is around the back of a housing estate.

We were checking in after hours and I found the staff to be very accommodating, however when we called them the day before to get the night pin code for getting in, they didn't have a room assigned to us, but they were very prompt in calling back with the information. It is right next to some wonderful hikes and close to the main part of town (only a mile or so walk)

Whenever we came in at the end of the day, including the first night we were there, we discovered a funny smell, but never found the source. It would go away, but it was always there when we returned. It smelt sort of like mildew, but after opening the windows it was fine. After booking this place we put in the notes that we needed a late check in, but we never heard from them until we called them, and they replied it wasn't a problem to check in late.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, friendly staff, good breakfest, quite ok to stay there with a young child.

It had an odor that we could not figure out where it is coming from. Also did not like the separate toilet with no basin in it.

Though basic the facilities were every thing we needed and were clean.

Appartement avec un équipement rudimentaire (3 fourchettes pour 4, Couteaux cassés,...). Beaucoup beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Pas de ménage intermédiaire (Passage tous les 3 jours)

L'appartement était tout à fait satisfaisant du point de vue confort et grandeur. Nous avons aprécié le fait de pouvoir manger dedans (kitchenet) ainsi que l'emplacement de la résidence (proche du lac à pied) et jolie ville.

Manque de couverts en arrivant. Bruit des voisins, appartement mal insonorisé. Réveil aux aurores car il n'y a pas de volets !
