Beautiful apartments, clean, well appointed, comfortable. Friendly, efficient staff, very helpful. Pools great (warm indoor and cold outdoor). Lovely setting, within easy driving/ cycling distance to shops etc. Use of tennis courts expensive (>10 euros per hour!!) This should be free or at minimal charge for residents! |

Nice quiet location...clean. Great for golfers. Not a Hotel...No restaurant or room service. No internet. No language options for the TV...only 5 channels all in French |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is lovely and very peaceful - only about 5 to 10 mins drive to Lake Annecy. The Games room is good and The daily bread delivery is a plus. This website is terrible - as didn't give enough details - the sheets/ towels are not included in the price, that should be made clearer. Also the tennis court on site is not free - 10 euros a time. And you have to wear speedos in the pools. Also the directions to the Residence are non- existant - just follow the signs to Giez Golf (9 holes). One oddity to be aware of - there are no mugs/decent sized cups for tea - you have to use bowls. There are only tiny cups for expresso coffee. All this information would have helped us before we came. But the apartment is clean and spacious though the kitchen area is tiny and very limited. |

The level of accomodation was great at the hotel for the price. Lovely quiet area of Giez set near the mountains with great views. You need a car to get anywhere - or at least rent bikes to get to any shops. |

The cycle path which runs nearby Its not a hotel. It is a series ofblocks of single rooms.It is for D.I.Y. people. It has a cooker fridge,sink,etc. We had to supply our own toilet paper clean our room and we were left in no doubt that if we did not strip the beds and leave the place clean(a Hoover was supplied)my credit card would be charged. Needless to say we had to make our own beds on arrival. It is not a Hotel. |

Our apartment overlooked the golf course with views of the mountains - quite spectacular. Also we were impressed with the reception staff - most welcoming and helpful. |

Excellent countryside in either night/day.beautiful views to the mountains in either sunset or sunrise. I think management office can do better dealing with guests. We had little incident we believed it was their right to reject our request but the way they rejected it was not professional at all. |

Le calme, la piscine intérieur / extérieur, la proximité au lac. La distance pour aller à annecy environ 25 km. L'appartement pour 4 personnes comprends un lit 2 places et un clic clac (2 lit serait nettement mieux) deplus les deux couchages sont dans la même pièce. |

Rustige omgeving, mooi om te fietsen tijdens de Tour de France. Zeer slechte ontvangst van de tv.Konden daardoor geen tourverslagen volgen!Als we dat van te voren hadden geweten, hadden we niet voor deze locatie gekozen.Geen satelietontvangst.Klacht bij hotel ingediend. |

La situation géographique et le cadre sont très agréable. En studio, le clic clac déplié en lit n'est pas de tout confortable et il manque une salle de restauration pour prendre un petit déjeuner ou un repas de temps à autre. |

Zeer vriendelijke en goed Engels sprekende receptioniste.Appartement lag heerlijk rustig (wel een beetje moeilijk te vinden.) Zwembad (binnen )en sauna prima. Zeer ruime badkamer voor 5 personen was de rest wel een beetje krap. met 2 personen uitstekend. mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon (oost) Heerlijke plek voor rust en uitstapjes. |

Tres calme et confortable, situation magnifique et facile a trouver. Personel acceuillant Bien que la description sur l'internet indiquait la possibilite de petit dejeuner, ils ne font pas de petit dejeuner. Ils font aussi payer pour les draps et serviettes, a nouveau non indique sur l' internet. Nous venions tard de l' aeroport pour un sejour de 4 nuits. Il n'y avait ni savon, ni filtre pour cafe, ni eponge etc. |

Nous avons aimé notre emplacement en rez-de-jardin n°A3, la sdb, la piscine intérieure, la salle de jeux et la proximité du Golf de Giez. Résidence un petit peu loin d' Annecy (environ 25km), et le manque de souplesse (rdv à heure fixe) pour rendre les clés lors du départ. |

le calme, les activités de soirée avec les enfants(piscine, billard, ping pong), la gentillesse de l'accueil. Malgré la jeunesse des locaux, une dégradation importante du faux plafond de la piscine, une piscine extérieure(fermée) mais insalubre, pas de chambres séparées dans l'appartement, les abords non faits. |

l'endroit est joli,près d'un golf, pleine campagne mais isolé env.25 min d'annecy Dommage qu'un tel endroit qui aurait pu être bien soit si mal géré!appart.spacieux mais négligence au niveau de l'entretien.Service minimum.C'est une résidence pas résidence-hotelière.Il faut juste le savoir.Nous étions là pour 2 nuits et avons du payer 5.80 euros pour leur acheter un kit prod.d'entretiens pour nettoyer notre chambre,sinon ça coûte 50 euros. |
