Easy check-in, lots of space for 6 people, easy parking, good for an overnight stop, which is what this was. Not enough pillows for all of the beds; we had six people and enough pillows for four. The desk was unstaffed the entire time we were there, so there was no way to address the situation. |

We used the hotel for an overnight stop on the way from the UK to Italy. It was excellent value for money as most French accommodation will only allow 3 people per room which puts up the cost. The apartment was easy to find, easy to access and we liked the gated car parking. It would have been useful to have a kettle and toaster in the kitchen. |

Prima appartement om op doorreis in te overnachten vanwege de twee slaapkamers zoals wij hebben gedaan, minder geschikt om meer dan twee nachten te verblijven. Appartement was niet erg proper (plakkende tafel, vieze kapotte keuken, vlekken op vloerbedekking en nagels van vorige bewoners in de dekens...). Met name de woonkamer ook erg sober ingericht (één niet lekker zittende slaapbank en that's it). |

spacieux, parking intérieur gratuit, proche centre commercial; calme à l'extérieur, petite terasse privative, batiment neuf, super literie 1/ manque d'information importante : avoir un code et pour l'avoir téléphoner avant 16h30 uniquement jusqu'au vendredi !!! attention week end il n'y a personne mais vous avez un tel portable à appeler, mais ca vous ne le savez qu'en arrivant ; 2/ équipement pour nettoyer torchon eponge produits ne sont pas fournis ; sinon c super en famille si on a prévu ces détails 3/ pas de clim pour l'été 4/... |

confort suffisant pour une famille de 4 personnes, aménagement pratique, accès facile, dégagements extérieurs utiles avec des enfants, calme et proximité du centre ville de Dijon il manquait quelques petites choses qui auraient été utiles : paire de ciseaux, petit couteau de cuisine, prise électrique supplémentaire dans les chambres |

après des consignes paraissant contraignantes, l'accueil est bien plus sympathique et la réalité plus souple pas de chauffage allumé avant notre arrivée, puisque chauffage électrique on doit garder les manteaux toute la première soirée d'autant plus que le compteur n'accepte pas la mise en service de tous les radiateurs simultanément. Bien que sur les listes, des équipements cuisines étaient absents -micro-onde, bouilloire, cafetière.... |

Le principe de l'appart'hôtel nous convient parfaitement, surtout avec un enfant de 13 mois. Nous avons également apprécié que chaque appartement est suffisamment insonorisé pour que chacun puisse avoir son intimité et ne pas être dérangé par le bruit des voisins. |

L'espace, la situation, l'equipement La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer, l'absence du personnel encore plus!!!, Bref rien de terrible et en plus il faut faire le menage avec aucun equipement et produit sinon c'est 80 euros, on se moque des clients... |

Aangezien we pas de zaterdag aankwamen was er niemand aan het onthaal. We hadden op voorhand even gebeld om de code van de kluis te bemachtigen waarin een enveloppe zou zitten met onze sleutel en een afstandsbediening voor het automatisch hekken voor de privéparking. Dat was allemaal dik in orde qua info, maar toen ik de kluis opende vond ik minstens tien dergelijke enveloppes...toch wel risicovol Het betreft appartementen, niet echt een 'hotel'... We moesten zelf afwasproduct halen dus, een schotelvod en handdoeken waren er niet, ook bestek was nogal 'basic' (slechts 3 vorken O.A.). De badranden waren zwart, beschimmeld of zo! Ook de info over afval E.D. liet te wensen over, niks gevonden om onze vuilniszak in te gooien... Wat we met het beddenlinnen aan moesten wisten we ook niet echt... |

We hadden 2 kamers geboekt, bij aankomst was er maar 1 kamer beschikbaar voor ons, de dame heeft in een kwartier tijd een tweede kamer geregeld, zonder problemen. |
