I liked the apartment layout and the fact that it was close to local amenities. I was expecting a two bed apartment - I think I misunderstood the web description also the hotel facilities were not open e.g. bar - it appears the hotel was excellent when first launched now is a little "let go". |

the convenience of the location.the room was also spacious with an additional kitchenette. Some of the staff were very unhelpful and quite unpleasant however there were also certain staff which were particularly helpful. |

big room and living room, comfortable beds, very good value for money, nice staff we need to do beds by our self and clean all appartament after our stay or pay for cleaning, but for that value for money was no bad |

yes, it is not acceptable to have just an old couch to sleep on instead of a bed. then it is not acceptable that between 12:00 and 3:00pm the hotel desk is closed. we had to check out before 12:00 and needed to keep our luggage. but the nice part is that we can not take them till 3:00 because there is nobody to give them back to us and the door has to be closed. this is simply not acceptable. |

not a great deal- i appreciate that it may have been "off season" however i expected more- there was not any restaurant - cafe - bar or communal public area available- as a result the place was very bleak- the bed room was confortable however there was no cleaning service of the room - we had to clean and make up the bed ourselves- |

j'ai aimé avoir une vue sur les montagne même si l'hôtel est à proximité de la ville.Le personnel a répondu a toutes nos demandes (serviettes en plus, appel de taxi, frigo qui a coulé , lit bébé).Et surtout ce côté petit appartement(kitchenette , chambre très spacieuse) |

Ho apprezzato la posizione e la semplicità di accesso. L'albergo l'ho trovato complessivamente poco pulito e trascurato e non trovo adeguata la pulizia a carico degli ospiti. Inoltre non ritengo accettabile l'irreperibilità del personale in caso di arrivo fuori orario. Dovrebbe cmq essere predisposto un servizio di accoglienza fuori orario, specialmente considerato il target al quale questa location si rivolge che è principalmente quello delle famiglie che hanno esigenze e necessità non derogabili. |

Dicht bij het bedevaartsoord en rustig gelegen.Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.Ruine parkingI Zetelbed in het appartement 202 is zeer slecht voor de rug.Ieder moment was er een lift defect. De aanduiding om het hotel te vinden kan beter. Het huisnr. is zelfs niet te vinden op de gps. |

le personnel de l'hotel nous a informe des visites a faire et expliquer comment s'y rendre c'est important quand on arrive dans une ville que l'on ne connait pas. il nous a reserve une place de parking et cela aussi c'est important c'est tres appreciable la poussiere n'a pas etait faite c'est dommage car l'hygiène est important et je pense que le matelas serait bon a changer |
