the convenience of the location.the room was also spacious with an additional kitchenette. Some of the staff were very unhelpful and quite unpleasant however there were also certain staff which were particularly helpful. |

big room and living room, comfortable beds, very good value for money, nice staff we need to do beds by our self and clean all appartament after our stay or pay for cleaning, but for that value for money was no bad |

yes, it is not acceptable to have just an old couch to sleep on instead of a bed. then it is not acceptable that between 12:00 and 3:00pm the hotel desk is closed. we had to check out before 12:00 and needed to keep our luggage. but the nice part is that we can not take them till 3:00 because there is nobody to give them back to us and the door has to be closed. this is simply not acceptable. |

not a great deal- i appreciate that it may have been "off season" however i expected more- there was not any restaurant - cafe - bar or communal public area available- as a result the place was very bleak- the bed room was confortable however there was no cleaning service of the room - we had to clean and make up the bed ourselves- |

Our stay was fine, as the hotel is very quiet . The studio was far too small especially once the bed was opened.we did not realized when we booked that there were no proper beds ,only a fold up sofa.the bath had not been cleaned and in the kitchen corner, although it looked clean, the plates, cups and cutlery were dirty.to add to this there were no cleaning products and therefore had to buy cleaning materials. |

It was in a convenient place Lack of space, no towels, no room service.Generally not very clean. Unable to get into room until 14.00 - we arrived at 10.45 after travelling overnight. |

Privicy. Internet access was good and reasonable priced. Double sofa bed could have been replaced by normal bed without detracting from the room's facitilities and comfort |

The receptionists spoke English and were helpful with information I asked for, giving me an electrical adapter, calling for a taxi The hotel was nice and I liked the location as well |
