Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Cannes a good place to spend a week. Lots to do nearby. Quite a long walk from the centre.Also many of the other apartments we have rented have had basic cleaning stuffs in them.There was nothing in the flat. A sponge and detergent would have been useful! |

the kitchen and the leisure parking... free for the period the bed is sofa bed which is really not acceptable for any residence.... for any amount more than 30 Euro..... never provide sofa bed to customer |

Very comfortable and nice people at the reception desk I booked a studio in this hotel, only problem was we should used the sofa as the bed. Therefor, the room was a twin-bed not a double-bed |

清潔で、食器類等もそろっており、暖かいお茶が飲めて、落ち着いた時間をとることができた。 レセプションが朝早くまたは夜遅くまであいていてほしかった。展示会の業務で朝早く、夜遅く帰ることた多く- 、支払いの機会を設けるのが難しかった。 |

Hotel byl čistý, voňavý, moderně a vkusně zařízený. Do centra pěšky tak 10-15 minut. Paní na recepci vstřícná přestože angličtinu moc neovládala, ale snažila se. Parkovat se dá v ulici před hotelem bez poplatku nebo v uzavřených garážích hotelu za 5 nebo 6 Eur dle sezóny. |
