The staff at the reception desk was very kind and helpful and took the time to help us arrange our flights and train tickets to our next destinations in France. Excellent service!!

Good location. Clean and nicely done out.

We have previously stayed at the hotel in one of their 2 room apartments. We were really impressed with this and so booked to come back again as a couple hence booked the studio apartment. What a disappointment. The room was far smaller than we had expected compared to the 2 bed apartment. It was like staying in a cupboard. To make matters worse to make the room feel more spacious the bed was a foot shorter than it should be. My husband who is 6 foot 2 therefore had to sleep each night with his legs hanging off the end of the bed!! Wouldn't recommend for tall guests.

We were ther 3 nights. On arrival just managed to use spa before it closed at 5. Next day it closed at 5 again, so as out during the day unable to use and last day it had flooded so unable to use. All in all not good value for money

Apartment is really noisy, lots of noise from guests upstairs. Unattractive located breakfast room in basement - we went out to have breakfast each time. Construction going on. No private parking. Expensive for what you get

Not good value for money. We decided to splash out on staying here hoping for a relaxing spa break, but our experience did not match the price. The hotel was a lot shabbier than in the photos, and we arrived to find a lot of building work going on. Although I understood the need to make the spa appointment only (it's very small) it made using those facilities very prohibitive. Definitely book more than a few days in advance, which is annoying because you have to plan your day around having a swim and a sauna. A builder walked through and stared at us whilst we were in the spa and we were asked not to talk whilst we were in the pool because someone was having a massage nearby and even very quiet talking was too disturbing. It was also disappointing that breakfast wasn't included given the price, and we only discovered that fact after booking. All in all, we didn't really get the relaxing getaway we had been hoping for, and would encourage others to choose elsewhere if they were looking for a spa hotel in Paris.

Great location Clean. Apartment was well appointed - a bit more expensive than others we have stayed at but not excessively so for the additional facilities. For a special occasion worth the extra cost

Access to Spa only upon reservation ... and pool access forbidden to kids!!! Do I know on Friday the exact time on Saturday when I want to enjoy the spa & pool facilities???!!! Don't go there if you have kids and if you hate time constraints ...

Wow!! We loved our stay at the Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent. We arrived quite late and the gentleman on reception greeted us by name and was very helpful and professional. He told us that we had been upgraded as the guest before us had smoked in our room. We were taken up to our room and were given lots of really helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area. The place was beautiful, we were given a 2 (double) bedroom suite, with a kitchen and large living area. Both bedrooms had good sized TV's on the walls and the beds were comfy. We had all the amenities we needed and were very happy to be staying here. We were also very kindly offered a late check- out which came in very handy. Our gentleman was very helpful and recommended some good places to go for drinks. The next day we used the spa, it has a lovely pool with jacuzzi and a steam room. Unfortunately we didnt have enough time for a massage but the ladies were very friendly. We had the spa to ourselves! We checked out about 2pm and the process was very easy. The only thing was, when I checked in I handed over my passport for id purposes and the receptionist forgot to give it back to me (I also forgot), the next morning came and I thought I had lost it, I was panicking like mad and we phoned reception and they said they had it! Phew! Would like to thank the guy that looked after us, he was very kind.

Absolutly nothing, it was perfect!

Excellent location in a small street in a nice neighbourhood, with the various apartments located around a courtyard. The apartment was very practical with tasteful interior decoration and really good beds. Only thing to consider is which floor to stay on, I.E. we were on the ground floor and it was a bit too close for comfort with people walking by in the courtyard if we had the door open. Otherwise a great place!

Our room was fantastic-beautiful and spacious. The location was great! My only regret is our stay was too short. Next time I'll book several more days.

The only thing I did not like very much was the continental breakfast - coffee good but everything else was pretty blah! Won't do the breakfast again.

The service from Karla was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to make our stay extremely comfortable.

We were there for 3 days and the spa was not available!!!! First day because they were cleaning , second day beacause the swimming pool was cold and the Hammam had tecnichal problems !!!! I was really disappointed !!!!

The location was very convenient and the room was clean and functional. The air conditioning was a bonus.

The reception staff were rather unhelpful and seemed to be caretakers rather than front of house staff. Cleaning staff were good. No luggage carts was a real issue and the lift was so small you could not even get a pram in it. The parking was a long way from the hotel which was a pain but accept that the hotel is in the middle of Paris. The spar facilities were all out of bounds for the kids which was a significant issue and if we had wanted to reserve the spar for the family for a private session it would have cost more than the hotel..... All in all not worth the premium price tag and generally a disappontment.

Actually I have chosen the residence because of the spa. ):unfortunately the spa was closed no stuff, and opening time for the spa is from 10: AM to 2:PM. Very disappointing
