Location Friendly Staff
Room Service and cleaning
The room was a perfect pied a terre for our ten days in Paris. Centrally located in St, Germaine, not the prettiest street but close to metro and RER and of course, the magical Luxembourg Gardens. The room had a small kitchen and frig as well as a utilitarian washing machine- staff was helpful and most courteous. The rooms face a garden so they are quiet (altho' we did suffer some construction next door, but not too bad). We would stay here again for an extended stay.
Market is close. The cafes and restraunts are close. It is nice place and safe with children
I stayed in 3 bedroom suite it was cold . And 3.bedroom was open. I was dissapointed about that the rest everything very good.
Don't waste your money. This is just a bed and breakfast accommodation no more.
Clean, spacious, modern, and quiet.
Had a washing machine, but no dryer but there is a laundromat very close by.
Good size room, quiet. Great, helpful staff. Good kitchen facilities.
Location, staff, cozy, confortable
small room, not their fault, it's just Paris, need to adapt to history..
Loved the welcome we received even though our host wasn't that well informed about the spa facilities on offer. She made us think we had to book to use the pool when in fact it was just the spa treatments we needed to ore book!
The food the hotel ordered in was appalling! A four star hotel should be attached to a far better catering facility!!!! Nothing that arrived looked or tasted anything like it was described in the room service menu apart from the hefty price tag!!!!
We stayed at the suite sensual, the room is excellent, renovated, clean, beautiful.
It's more a Appartment with services then a Hotel, we were looking for it. But I saw other people a little annoyed. The stairs need some renovation and the elevator is very small. (Not a big problem)
Fantastic location. Probably best area of Paris. Metro 2 mins. Countless quality restaurants and cafes on doorstep. Boutiques galore. Make sure plenty credit on card for shopping! Could not fault hotel and helpful staff. Spa a luxury and a bonus.
All the staff here were great to deal with, very welcoming and very helpful. Great location. Modern, clean, rooms facing quiet courtyard. Easy to get to. Sauna and pool icing on cake. Kitchen facilities great and having washing machine fantastic.
Cosy Quartier Latin Big rooms Excellent staff
Spa extremely expensive. Could not get a date for massage in 3 days. This destroys the whole image. The hotel is rather too expensive especially that breakfast is not included.
The 2 bedroom spacious appartment was just fabulous. We just can't say enough about this place. Perfect location, excellant staff. Beautiful spa. We just loved it!!!!
i do like the location , the team worker
The facilty was quiet and in a great central location. It was wonderful to find an apartment to stay in while traveling with family
Some parts of the apartment were a bit shabby . For the price there should be more kitchen amenities at no extra cost . Fruit basket , coffee tea milk. Better instructions for washer and tv .
Very spacious apartment, with all facilities and appliances you would ever beed! It felt like we were staying at home. Staff wrre very friendly and helpful. Location and access to transportation was excellent, with a grocery shop right across the street and restaurants all over. As i frequently travel to paris, i would definitely have this as my preferred place to stay in the future.
staff was polite and very helpful- location was great ,very nice and comfortable room
Location was perfect - extremely near the Seine and Notre Dame. I'd advise anyone to walk down the Le Prince street and turn right onto Racine… you'll reach a vast array of shops! There's a mini market directly opposite the hotel (always convenient) but there's also a Marks & Spencer Food Hall five minutes' walk away! The nearest metro station I used was Odeon and it was easily accessible. The street is on a slight incline. Not a major hill, but there is a little upward walk if that's any concern of yours. The kitchenette contained a microwave, stove, oven, freezer, refrigerator, espresso maker, kettle, and a washing machine! There is no tea or instant coffee provided, and the espresso capsules are available at a surcharge. The kitchenette with its little table and chairs proved to be incredibly convenient. I travelled with my parents (in their 60s) and they're not fans of a continental breakfast. It was extremely favourable for us to boil eggs or make hearty sandwiches. Toiletries provided were quite good. They were Spa 28, which I assumed was the hotel's own brand. Turndown was tremendous. Always fresh towels and bed linens. The pull-out couch was huge! I'd wager it to be a king size and it was extraordinarily comfortable. The bedroom was spacious with a wardrobe, chair and side tables.
A mouse crept into the kitchen late at night and ate my gouda and brazilian nuts. It's a negative, but I understand that pests are difficult to control. There was no full length mirror. Again, not a big deal - I'm just a slight diva.
location, cleanness, price
Bathroom is too small. The apartment could be designed better, instead of a long and narrow structure. The wall, ceiling, and floor are all painted white, which could make one feel uncomfortable.
Location/ decoration/ very confortable
It could have a bigger rest room
Nice lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms small but plenty of storage and comfortable beds.
No aircon in bedrooms and only a small portable unit in lounge that needed the window to be open when it was operating.
staff was kind and helpfull.
staff friendliness and efficiency; location; facilities; cleanliness
Inconsiderate and noisy co-holiday makers! Kids stomping around at 2am????
Helpful staff warm welcome but this apartment was not up to a four star grading. holes in the walls needs re decorating very noisy whilst deliveries are going on.
Expensive continental breakfast so we declined. Be aware that the spa does not allow under 16 yrs old nor the pool we had a 14 yr old and 8 yr old so had disappointed children too.
