they kindly upgraded us as available and this was very pleasant; kitchen excellent. washing machine not very clean; you have to pay for room servicing up to ? days, however you can clean the room with supplied vacuum. Would prefer if all nonsmoking rooms though as better atmosphere. |

Location was wonderful, set off in a local neighborhood of St. Germain de pres. The place was very clean and our apartment was beautiful, looking exactly like the photos on the website. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted us in getting us where we needed to go. |

We loved this hotel. Our one-room studio with kitchen had everything we could want in a hotel in Paris. The room was beautifully yet simply decorated with functional and comfortable modern furnishings and very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything you could want, including oven and laundry. Hands-down the most spacious hotel room I've seen in Paris - very comfortable for 2 people even long-term. We had limited dealings with staff, but our experiences were all excellent, courteous and professional. Excellent location surrounded by some wonderful and affordable restaurants, groceries right across the road, and 2 levels of security. Rooms are off a quiet courtyard so no street noise and building was generally very quiet. Returning to our room at night, the walkway from the front gate to the entrance of our building was pitch-black so it was a little unnerving, not to mention very difficult to punch in security codes. Likewise inside the foyer, stairs and hallways - it was difficult to find our way up and down the stairs or elevator in the darkness and none of the light switches worked. That being said, there were workmen there on our last day there who appeared to be installing or fixing the lighting system, so we assume this was just a temporary problem. |

They seem very thoughtful and well organized including providing slippers in the right size for the kids, Very helpful and friendly staff. The TV reception wasn't great but that is a minor quibble as we were in the rooms that much. |

The location is excellent right in the middle of the 5th and 6th with easy access to several Metro stations, shopping, and cafes. The decor is modern and apartments are tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The two bedroom/two bathroom duplex only had one toilet which was not clear in the information provided on the hotel's website. There are a few bars on the same street, so be sure your windows are closed at night or you might be kept up until the wee hours of the night! |

Very spacious apartment for central paris. Good location near sorbonne and park. Short walk to metro and rer. Good food shops and cafes nearby. Receptionist very helpful and let us stay while 6pm on last day with no chargeas the room wasn't booked. Greatly appreciated.Good standard of decor and fittings- modern. Only 1 slight negative- the shower isn't at head height in the bath. |

Location is excellent - lots of life right outside the door. Quality of hotel room is also excellent - very new and clean. The central location can cause a bit of noise Thursday-Saturday nights. |

Residence Le Prince Regent is in a great location in Paris. Very close to all the major attractions and the great cafe's in the Latin Quarter. The staff was helpfull and professional. My family (wife and 2 young children) enjoyed our stay and felt very safe in this location. The fold out bed was a little uncomfortable and noisy. Could also benefit from darker blinds in the main area for person's sleeping in the fold out bed. Bedroom mattress and blinds were perfect! |

Very nice design appartments. Great location to visit Paris. Good with kids, only 5 min walk from Parc de Luxembourg. We have seen pictures of a marvelous Spa with swimming pool that will be opened in October 09. Looks really great ! Price was good since booked last minute (50% reduction). Otherwise would be rather expensive |

This may be an 18 century residence on the surface, but the facility has been totally renovated in the last 3 years. The location is very convenient...right in the Latin quarter. There are lots of restaurants and a small market across the street if you want to eat in. Having access to a kitchen was very helpful, allowing us to cook and store meals as needed. Low ceilings on the top floor. I bange my head at least a couple of times on the low hanging beams. Local phone calls are an additional charge. |

great space, good location, comfortable, kitchen great but lacking few basic things - bread board, tray, towels. bath plug did not work and we could not let out the bathwater! they said that they knew about the problem but did not tell us - annoying that we could not have a bath on sunday morning as it was full of cold water from the children's bath on saturday night! both bath plugs were broken! |

Very nice room, with modern furniture and a large living room. The heater worked very well. The upgrade we received for a larger room was very good. The weekly room clean up is a problem if you will stay for more than 3 days. Shower is not located above your head, so you need to use the hand shower. |

silnezio e clima confortevole in camera il fatto che si spacci per residence e Spa sul'insegna quando si parla di servizio totalmente a pagamento extra. In più non era chiarissimo il fatto che la SPA fosse chiusa domenica e lunedì penalizzandoci molto sulal breve vacanza. |
