Размер номера и ванной комнаты явно не соответствует цене - она должна бы быть примерно на 50 - 60 евро в сутки ниже, даже не смотря на наличие полноценной кухни. Неплохо бы иметь круглосуточный ресепшн и бар.

Всё! Отличное место для поездки в Париж!!! Самое главное - ощущение того, что ты живёшь не в отеле, а в собственной квартире!

Прибейте пожалуйста крючки на стену при входе, куда можно вешать верхнюю одежду зимой!!!

they kindly upgraded us as available and this was very pleasant; kitchen excellent.

washing machine not very clean; you have to pay for room servicing up to ? days, however you can clean the room with supplied vacuum. Would prefer if all nonsmoking rooms though as better atmosphere.

Location was wonderful, set off in a local neighborhood of St. Germain de pres. The place was very clean and our apartment was beautiful, looking exactly like the photos on the website. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted us in getting us where we needed to go.

We loved this hotel. Our one-room studio with kitchen had everything we could want in a hotel in Paris. The room was beautifully yet simply decorated with functional and comfortable modern furnishings and very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything you could want, including oven and laundry. Hands-down the most spacious hotel room I've seen in Paris - very comfortable for 2 people even long-term. We had limited dealings with staff, but our experiences were all excellent, courteous and professional. Excellent location surrounded by some wonderful and affordable restaurants, groceries right across the road, and 2 levels of security. Rooms are off a quiet courtyard so no street noise and building was generally very quiet.

Returning to our room at night, the walkway from the front gate to the entrance of our building was pitch-black so it was a little unnerving, not to mention very difficult to punch in security codes. Likewise inside the foyer, stairs and hallways - it was difficult to find our way up and down the stairs or elevator in the darkness and none of the light switches worked. That being said, there were workmen there on our last day there who appeared to be installing or fixing the lighting system, so we assume this was just a temporary problem.

The location is excellent right in the middle of the 5th and 6th with easy access to several Metro stations, shopping, and cafes. The decor is modern and apartments are tastefully decorated and well-equipped.

The two bedroom/two bathroom duplex only had one toilet which was not clear in the information provided on the hotel's website. There are a few bars on the same street, so be sure your windows are closed at night or you might be kept up until the wee hours of the night!

Location is excellent - lots of life right outside the door. Quality of hotel room is also excellent - very new and clean.

The central location can cause a bit of noise Thursday-Saturday nights.

Residence Le Prince Regent is in a great location in Paris. Very close to all the major attractions and the great cafe's in the Latin Quarter. The staff was helpfull and professional. My family (wife and 2 young children) enjoyed our stay and felt very safe in this location.

The fold out bed was a little uncomfortable and noisy. Could also benefit from darker blinds in the main area for person's sleeping in the fold out bed. Bedroom mattress and blinds were perfect!
