Great location, near the slopes and easy access to all the bars/restaurants. Apartment had plenty of space and it was warm and clean. Poor correspondence from staff prior to arrival

Emplacement idéal aux pieds des pistes Cette résidence mériterait d'être rénovée compte tenu des prix pratiqués. Les sanitaires sont vieillissants et les appartements mal insonorisés.

Splnil očakávania, výborná poloha, dobré vybavenie apartmánu, najmä kuchynky( mikrovlnka, umývačka riadu, kávovar...),dostatočne priestranný.

“The fact that we could check in upon arrival (earlier than guaranteed beforehand) was nice. Staff speak proficient English, and at least try to. They (and all procedures) did a good job at making you feel that your experience as a guest is central, and not the staff's comfort and / or hotel's profit. This is unlike most accommodations in (mainly French) ski-resorts that I've experienced. I've overheard other guests talking about being positively surprised (as well). The room was well-maintained, clean and properly stocked (in terms of available pots, pans, plates, utensils, linens). Other things necessary for a short stay were provided for as well (ie. garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, cleaning cloth). The information regarding the whereabouts of the facilities, entry codes to these facilities (parking garage, ski-lockers) was clear and provided without having to ask for it. Free (reasonably fast) wi-fi was another big plus.” Niels, Den Haag |
