Location to great alpine walks; value for money; well equipped for self catering and great view from the balcony. Only - minor - comment was that a kettle would have been good. Also free access to wi-fi would have been appreciated. |

Friendly staff and a very clean and spacious appartment. The views out over the Isere valley were stunning and although this was a summer trip access to the ski slopes would be fantastic. A shame there was no balcony furniture to sit out and enjoy the summer evenings. The area around the appartments will be much improved when the grass grows! |

Fantastic apartments right on the piste. We went in July and it was great for walking and mountain biking. Excellent value for money in summer at eur 45 per night. Secure underground car parking and full cooking facilities. We'd definetly stay again. Important to be aware that you will have to clean the apartment and have it inspected prior to your departure. We had to go and buy cleaning products, so best to take some with you. |

Closeness to other facilities such as restaurants and shops They are still finishing the grounds around the buildings so it is a bit of a mess and the balcony (ground floor apartment) needed a good cleaning. |

Great Location and view.......could have spent another week here! Everything was really great, but there was no Wi-Fi access available in your room/apartment. If Wi-Fi was available, this hotel would be absolutely perfect! |

Appartamenti veramente spaziosi, difficile da trovare nei residences in Francia. Rapporto qualità prezzo in estate veramente buono. Il paesino della Rosière non offre molto in estate se non delle grandi passeggiate. I diversi residences presenti sono utilizzati in prevalenza per la stagione invernale |

Nous avons aimé le calme, le bon équipement de la cuisine et des chambres, une vue magnifique sur la vallée et les montagnes. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix en été. Le parking en été est gratuit. |

J'ai aimé le confort de l'appartement, très spacieux, la cuisine très complète, la luminosité, les chambres très agréables, la grande table de séjour, les nombreux rangements dans chaque pièce. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas ou n'avait apparemment jamais fonctionné (ce qui expliquait probablement le prix très intéressant mais on aurait préféré être prévenus) donc dur dur quand on arrive avec plein de grosses valises très lourdes et qu'on doit monter 2 étages depuis le parking. La baignoire balnéo n'est pas très hygiénique car pleins de saletés sortent des buses quand on déclenche la balnéo et finalement on ne peut l'utiliser que comme une baignoire normale. |

La Résidence Les Balcons de La Rosière est bien située, très confortable et bien équipée en électroménager (Tv écran plat, four, plaque cuisson induction, lave vaisselle...). En été manque une table et des chaises sur le balcon... |

Appartement was zeer ruim en een prachtige ligging. Complex is vrij nieuw en gedeeltelijk nog in aanleg. Prijs in de zomerperiode is zeer gunstig. |

Skvělá, prostorná obývací část, vše fungovalo v pořádku. Nejvíce se mi líbil výhled na Svojské alpy přímo z balkonu našeho apartmánu...Mimochodem balkon velice prostorný |

Les Balcons offre une vue incroyable sure les Alpes et est un endroit reve pour les sport d'hiver (ski) autant qu'ete (velo). Nous y etions pour l'etape 16 du Tour de France et y avons reste une nuit additionel. Le personnel etait super et l'ambiance ... incroyable. A++ |

Uns hat besonders die Lage mit der tollen Aussicht auf die Berge und die Einrichtung sehr gut gefallen, die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hätte nicht besser sein können. Das einzige, was wir nicht so gut fanden, war, dass man nur über die Tiefgarage ins Haus kam, aber vielleicht gibt es nach Abschluss der Baumaßnahmen, die wohl noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen waren, noch andere Zugänge. |

Mooie ligging in Alpenlandschap, op de berg Petit Saint Bernard. Zeer geschikte locatie voor fietsliefhebbers die een stevige klim niet uit de weg gaan. Het was van tevoren aangegeven maar het blijft een beetje raar dat je je eigen appartement moet schoonmaken aan het einde van je verblijf. Ik vraag me mede daarom ook af hoe het is gesteld met de hygiëne; wordt het ook nog door iemand anders schoongemaakt dan de gasten...??? |

le calme en été,la disponibilité de l'équipe plein de petites choses défectueuses qui n'ont pas été signalées à notre arrivée, bien qu'on nous ait demandé une caution de 460 € et qu'il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux d'arrivée de fait. robinet démonté, lattes de canapé qui trainait parterre,plus de barillet dans la serrure, pas d'ascenseur, pas d'éponge ni produits pour le ménage du départ, aspirateur qui n'aspirait pas sur la moquette, les vitrocéramiques abîmées .... |
