good value for money There was party above us almost every night!!!! We couldn't sleep properly!!! There was a lot of information in the hotel about how to behave , but even staff didn't do anything about this!!!! So if you are going there with family I don't recommend this hotel is too noisy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly hotel and lovely pool. Not good chalet for beginners as ski back to the chalet very hard and not good for novice skiers. Toilet flush was faulty n needs looking at. Needs a shower curtain in ensuite bathroom as water went every where.

I would not classify this as a hotel. You have to make your own beds and clean the apartment when you leave, to call this a hotel is mis-leading. However as an unserviced apartment it was reasonable.

Location was fantastic... the challet was great value for money and all 10 of us had a great time. I recomend this for anyone who is booking on a budget as you will be supprised for the money. This is our second trip to these appartments as its great to ski to your front door.

L'espace dans l'appartement avec une sublime vue Val Thorens. L'accès à la piscine, le sauna et la salle de fitness est un réel plus. Nous la recommandons car son positionnement, ses services (Spa) et son personnel nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances. La résidence est vieillissante et mériterait une cure de rajeunissement.

La situation de l'hôtel au calme Les informations du site web ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Les photos montrent un très bon état des appartements. En réalité ils sont assez usagés et les abords du châlet 5 pas très propres (ils ont été nettoyé 48h avant notre départ suite à plusieurs plaintes). Dommage

отель прекрасно расположен- не в центре, но все близко: магазин, спа, автобусная остановка, ресторан, склоны. благодаря тому, что отель находится на краю городка в нем тихо и спокойно ! наше пребывание в отеле началось с неприятностей : нам достался номер абсолютно не соответствующий тому, что мы заказывали ! вместо вида на горы мы получили вид на крышу первого этажа заваленую окурками, объедками и пр.номер темный- в самом углу... при бронировании мы выбрали апартаменты на 6\8 человек улучшенный вариант ! цена выбранного нами номера существенно отличалась от простых апартаментов на тоже количество человек. в самом номере было грязно : валялись чужые носки, на диване лежала сломанная лыжная палка,унитаз был забит грязной бумагой. постельное белье в пакетах лежало почему-то на столе. такой прием за такие деньги ? никакие наши попытки выяснить почему уровень апартаментов не соответствует заявленному не увенчались успехом.

Ik heb genoten van het mooie weer en de prachtige pistes. Personeel is niet attent. Appartementen zijn hopeloos verouderd. De kamers zijn klein en slecht verzorgd. De bedden zijn van een dermate slecht niveau dat je van ellende maar op de bank gaat slapen. Het is super gehorig. De douches functioneren niet (water komt overal uit behalve de douchekop of de putten zijn verstopt.)

snelle inchecken met z'n 3en 1 rol toiletpapier!!!! de rest bijbetalen.. geen afzuigkap die het deed in de keuken. (was stuk) T.V. met alleen franse ontvangst (Geen Hollandse zenders. douche ruimte waar je niet kon douchen want er is geen aansluiting voor de douche kop, wat weer een enorm waterballet en een zeiknatte vloer gaf. Als je weet dat er hollanders komen geef dan niet in het frans de route naar de piste (Start)

Резиденции-шале, новые, некоторые домики ещё строятся. Отдыхали компанией 7 человек, ездили на 4 дня, открывали горнолыжный сезон. Брали номер с 2-мя спальнями и гостиной (в гостиной большой раскладной диван). Кухня маленькая, но очень толковая. Обе ванные в отличном состоянии. Расположение хорошее (бывает и лучше - т.е. ближе к центру городка), вид из окна и с балкона - отличный! Приятная возможность посещать спа-центр при отеле без доп.платы (бассейн, сауна, хаммам, джакузи). Спа-центр очень хороший! В ванной не было ни кусочка мыла, ни мини-баночки геля - как-то неожиданно. Ресепшн работает с большим дневным перерывом, впрочем, так везде в Валь Торане. На парковке отеля не было свободных мест (если есть потребность, обязательно забронируйте место заранее и учтите, что парковка там дорогая). В шале отсутствуют сушилки для ботинок и специально отведенные места для размещения лыж/сноубордов, придётся всё держать в коридоре или на балконе. Но это мелочи. Существенных минусов нет :)

Semplice accogliente, senza tanti fronzoli, la pulizia è da migliorare, la spa chiusa al sabato è quasi patetico, non si capisce che orari fanno, chiudono alle 17, ma a che serve? Di solito uno va in una spa verso sera a rilassarsi dopo una giornata di sci..... La pulizia scarsa, la spa chiusa al sabato e con orari da "ufficio statale"

La verdad...poco más que aceptable. Hace frio, las habitaciones son superpequeñas, no hay dvd, no hay papel higiénico ni pastillas para el lavabajillas, ni bayeta, ni jabon para los platos...basicamente no hay nada. Bueno sí 3 mantas hipercutres. Está alejado del centro del pueblo, no puedes salir esquiando hasta las pistas (la policia dice que es peligroso...).

“The fact that we could check in upon arrival (earlier than guaranteed beforehand) was nice. Staff speak proficient English, and at least try to. They (and all procedures) did a good job at making you feel that your experience as a guest is central, and not the staff's comfort and / or hotel's profit. This is unlike most accommodations in (mainly French) ski-resorts that I've experienced. I've overheard other guests talking about being positively surprised (as well). The room was well-maintained, clean and properly stocked (in terms of available pots, pans, plates, utensils, linens). Other things necessary for a short stay were provided for as well (ie. garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, cleaning cloth). The information regarding the whereabouts of the facilities, entry codes to these facilities (parking garage, ski-lockers) was clear and provided without having to ask for it.
