The room is a good size, is comfortable, and is pretty well equipped. Not that hard to find, if you have a map from this website. Don't get a taxi from the airport - 30 Euros! Instead, get the no. 7 bus into La Rochelle, get off at Place Du Verdun, and then get the Ilica bus to Technoforum. Use the map from there to find the accommodation - 5 mins walk.

It is in need of redecoration - it's nothing fancy, and the bathroom wasn't very thoroughly cleaned. Though it's not very cheap, in comparison to the rest of La Rochelle, it is 'budget'. I think it's ok if expectations are not too high!

Underground parking facilities.

The rooms are very basic, aimed at students. We were not aware of this at the time of booking. However, there was nothing else available in the town due to a political conference taking place. First room we were shown was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony, which we felt was not suitable for our youg child. 2nd room we saw was better. Fortunately the weather was not too hot as the rooms don't have aircon. Beds are of the folding type and not comfortable. Top shelves in wardrobe had not been dusted for months. Wardrobe doors keep coming off rollers. No kettle. Expected to be provided with dishcloth and washingup liquid, so had to buy. Building door release button and entry key were tempramental and took many attempts to work.

Good location in the town: walking distance from city center and from the Les Minimes Beach.

Very impersonnal/minimalistic accomodation. Cooking/kitchen facilities poor and too small. Bathroom condition poor, needed redecorating. Felt like a student flat and was of a similar standard. Carpet stained. No balcony. Surrounding area felt like a deserted, unfriendly modern university campus. Should be advertised as student accomodation, so we know what to expect. No free wifi. Disappointing apart from the good location within the town. Poor value for the rate charged.

The location was great. It was very near the beach and the centre of town.

The decor was very dated and very basic. The room didn't look like anything we looked at online. The walls needed to be painted. The shower was not working properly. It was noisy some nights.

Our team went there to sail at a regatta. Accommodation was perfect, near the port and all we need it. Price was good for La Rochelle.

Praticité, proximité du centre-ville, ambiance décontractée.

Trés bonne semaine avec le bus illico qui permet de faire le tour de la rochelle et qui permet un acces a la plage en 3minutes. Ile de ré est a environ 30min en bus.

Les studio sont pas mal mais l'espace cuisine est infussiant pour se faire de bons repas. Rapport qualité prix correct

J'ai loué pour 6 nuits un studio 2+1,(lit d'appoint pas tout neuf),l'endroit est bien placé,bus à proximité,cela évite de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la rochelle CENTRE,ainsi que la mer à 800m à pied ,un petit centre commercial à 500m

Manque un peu de propreté à l'arrivée,au niveau de la salle de bain,reste de cheveux derrière la porte et robinetterie pas trop nettoyée.manque au moins un balai car au bout d'une semaine surtout vu l'environnement,plage,sable,un balai et une pelle seraient nécessaire

Localisation, même si environment c'est plutôt désert-béton.

La salle de bain a été loin d'être propre.

Cet hotel est très calme

La propreté de la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer. on a trouvé des mégots écrasés de cigarettes sur le balcon, la moquette était sale et avait une odeur de pied, les toilettes étaient noirs de calcaire. Il y avait du moisi sur les parois de la douche, etc......

Dommage qu avec un personnel sympathique et souriant, l état de la literie et des oreillers est déplorable propreté moyenne cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé qui est en plus de 10 euros par rapport au prix direct une arnaque salutations

Le coté pratique, dans un quartier calme, à mi distance entre le cœur de ville, et la plage du port des minimes, près des sorties sud de la Rochelle, Aytré, Chatellaillon. Réservé pour 4 nuits, et sur place avons pu rester 3 nuits.de plus
