Séjours & Affaires La Rochelle Les Minimes  

Very quiet, perfect if you are happy to look after yourselves. Easy walks to all facilities including beach, railway station and old town. Alternatively very good local bus services.

As we were attending the French Nationals saling competition it was close to the venue. The secure underground carpark (4.5 Euro/day) with direct access to the lifts was good and you slept soundly because of it. It was a relatively short (15 minutes walk) into La Rochelle town, nearest beach about 20 Minute walk.

You cannot complain about what you get for what you paid, but its very basic, its in an area that is difficult to find as its in the University district. Walking back to the appartment in the evenening can make you feel isolated. They need to provide a local map of the are showing the food / shops, resturants and best route into La Rochelle. If your the exploring type this probably wouldn't be required but it may be daunting for those who aren't. Dont rely on your sat nav to get you there!

It was really great having such a large outside area to use. The bed was very comfortable and it was very reasonably priced.Staff were courteous and helpful.It was also nice and quiet.

It was very hard to find !! The kitchen facilities were very basic.

L'unico neo è che si dorme su di un divano letto e non mi sembra che sia specificato. Programmando il soggiorno avevo già scartato una soluzione di alloggio che prevedeva tale sistemazione in favore di questo residence che sembrava avere il letto. Peccato, altrimenti il giudizio sarebbe stato completamente positivo. Ad essere pignoli una ventola di aspirazione, alquanto rumorosa, ha ronzato giorno e notte senza possibilità di spegnerla.

Recepce ( a tedy možnost ubytovat se) je obsazena omezeně. Nelze se ubytovat mimo stanovený čas ( např. v neděli).

Dommage qu avec un personnel sympathique et souriant, l état de la literie et des oreillers est déplorable propreté moyenne cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé qui est en plus de 10 euros par rapport au prix direct une arnaque salutations

Une trés bonne situation, proches du centre ville à pied ( 15 minutes ) de la plage ( idem )

Le probléme réside dans la difficulté à localiser l'immeuble, nous pensons qu'il serait judicieux de mentionner : Université de la Rochelle

Accueil très agréable, disposition des chambres (2 chambres avec chacune kitchenette. Sdb-wc, terrasse, réunies dans une suite (3ème étage à gche de l'ascenseur)), le calme (quartier universitaire), places disponibles dans la rue pour se garer. Equipement adéquat pour un appart/hôtel: linge de toilette, savon douche, éponge et produit vaisselle, frigos, micro onde et vaisselle, chaises et tables à l'intérieur mais aussi sur terrasse.

Peu de critiques négatives à faire, l'appartement était propre, même si la cabine de douche mériterait d'être rafraichie car usée.

relativement loin du centre-ville ; pas de service de consigne ; tv ne fonctionne pas très bien ; absence de stores ou volets sur fenetre au-dessus du lit
