Friendly and helpful staff, clean and very warm room - the temperature outside was minus 11 degrees so it was really welcoming and much appreciated. Suggest that you provide a tea towel / paper towels for kitchen use. The welcome tea / coffee pack was only sufficient for one person and the room was booked for two.

Grosses, helles Zimmer mit Kochnische. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Etwas ringhörig. Im Thermalbad sind Kinder erst ab 12 Jahren erlaubt.

bel immeuble très bien décoré, chambre chaleureuse et agréable à vivre. tout l’équipement nécessaire est sur place un manque cruel de personnel. je n'ai vu qu'une seule personne qui était censé partir a 21H mais qui n’était déjà plus la à 20H30 lorsque je suis descendu. Tout est fait pour forcer à dépenser plus. kit vaisselle à louer pour 2€ (pour ma part, une vieille éponge et un fond de liquide vaisselle) un toblerone, 2 canettes de coca, 2 bières, une bouteille de 25cl d'eau et une bouteille de 50cl de lait était déjà dans le frigo. on ma facturé 23€ le tout car la seule petite chose offerte du séjour était une madeleine et un morceaux de sucre.

Accueil sympathique, personnel attentif et dévoué, chambre-studio spacieux, confortable, propre, bien équipé, parking au pied de l'hôtel, proximité du centre ville et donnant sur le parc. Insonorisation à améliorer. Accès Wi-fi par intermittence.

Cet hôtel est tenu de mains de maître. Nous y séjournons pour notre halte sur la route des vacances. Les chambres et les sanitaires sont spacieux et très propres, le coin cuisine est impeccable et bien pratique. Le personnel est aux petits soins et veille à tout. Sincèrement, c'est une expérience à vivre.

Un hotel tres bien équipé, meme si je n ai pu profiter a mon grand regret de ma chambre du fait de mon emploi du temps tres chargé lors de ce week end. Le personnel est d une grande serviabilité et amabilité. je conseillerai aux personnes que je connais de venir dans cet établissement lors de leur passage dans votre région.

Freundlicher Empfang in der Reception. Lift. Möglichkeit einen Tee zu brauen. Preis zu Leistung i.O. . as Wetter war sehr stürmisch un damit die Zimmertemperatur etwas knapp.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil personnalisé et la propreté des chambres. Ces dernières sont spacieuses et particulièrement bien équipée (kitchenette avec plateau d'accueil) l'environnement semble neuf alors que selon les dires de l'accueil l'établissement a été repris il y a 5 ans...et surtout très calme je recommande l'endroit

Sa petite cuisine dans la chambre et juste sa.... Aceuil: alors a notre arriver le personnel a été un peu lent pour nous acceuillir chambre: ensuite la chambre 22, pour un hotel 3 etoile, est tres vraiment limite avec des fissures nombreuses, et des finitions pas super car, les portes de placard de travers ainsi qu'une partie des joins de ces portes qui pendent. Spa: je trouve que ne pas avoir d'acces direct au spa n'est pas tres bien, et surtout il faut preciser que le spa est ouvert a la commune et a 100 metre a pied donc, inutile de vous dire que l'on se marchais dessus ce qui est pas super pour la detente et la propretée est un peu juste aussi dans ce spa avec d'enormes taches jaunes qui deguouline sur les mur autour de la piscine.

Personnel sympa, serviable et souriant Hotel très calme, bien situé, en face des bains, proche des restos, du casino, et du centre ville, grande chambre-studio avec cuisinette, salle de bain avec wc séparés et grande douche, chambre simple, propre et claire avec vue sur un parc magnifique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le lit 2 places avait un matelas un peu usé avec le creux au milieu.
