The hotel was very good. Big, clean and quiet rooms. Even the rooms towards the street are very quiet during the night! Staff was very friendly and helpfull! Breakfast was very good! No complain!

Wij kwamen om een wedstrijd te fietsen (les 3 ballons). We hadden de gelegenheid om vanaf 05.00 een uitgebreid ontbijt ifv de wedstrijd te nuttigen.

Le personnel, trés arrangeant pour les horaires de départ .... c'est une des principales raisons pour laquelles nous reviendrons.. Nous étions au premier étage, sur la rue princial... Gros inconvéniant : le bruit de la circulation

Freundlicher Empfang in der Reception. Lift. Möglichkeit einen Tee zu brauen. Preis zu Leistung i.O. . as Wetter war sehr stürmisch un damit die Zimmertemperatur etwas knapp.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil personnalisé et la propreté des chambres. Ces dernières sont spacieuses et particulièrement bien équipée (kitchenette avec plateau d'accueil) l'environnement semble neuf alors que selon les dires de l'accueil l'établissement a été repris il y a 5 ans...et surtout très calme je recommande l'endroit

Personnel sympa, serviable et souriant Hotel très calme, bien situé, en face des bains, proche des restos, du casino, et du centre ville, grande chambre-studio avec cuisinette, salle de bain avec wc séparés et grande douche, chambre simple, propre et claire avec vue sur un parc magnifique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le lit 2 places avait un matelas un peu usé avec le creux au milieu.

wir waren im Studio im obersten Stock Richtung Park der Therme,wir genossen die Ruhe im Hotel und die Abendsonne auf dem Fenstersims!das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und wir spührten eine grosse Freundlichkeit! das Thermalbad in Luxeil (macht einen veralteten Eindruck) haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wetter toll war; wir sind auch sehr verwöhnt in der Schweiz betreff Wellness! das Studio ist sehr durchdacht und schön renorviert, richtig zum wohlfühlen,bravo! auch genossen wir das tolle Frühstückbuffet, was an fast nichts fehlte!( leider zu kleine Auswahl an gesundem Brot!sehr sauber und immer aufgefüllt! leider war das Studio ohne Balkon.Es gibt Zimmer mit einem französischem Balkon: sehr klein, knapp zum begehen,vielleicht darauf aufmerksam machen" französicher Balkon." im Studio hätte ein kleines Sofa Platz, zum relaxen, Buch lesen...

Zeer aangenaam hotel. Ruime, zeer propere kamer met alle comfort. Rustig gelegen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijt. Wel haardroger meenemen, niet voorzien. We gaan zeker nog eens terug.

Le cadre est agréable face au parc. Le centre ville est très proche. Un seul stick de café instantané ou de thé dans la chambre alors que l'accueil est prévu pour 2 personnes.
