location close to stations and city centre were very good. space in the room was good and furnishings modern, facilities in room were all that was needed and dvd player in tv was very handy would have preferred single beds in living room as teenagers do not like to share,also bed was very hard. found it difficult to open room door the first time and receptionist was not very helpful |

The location was ideal, very convenient to many city attractions. Also, the space and accomodations were quite nice We arrived on a saturday and there was nobody working. Also, the 10 am check-out was a bit early (especially for a sunday) |

Proximity to the Lille Europe train station. Ease of access to the room late at night was well arranged. Instructions were very clear with regard topicking up and dropping off the rrom keys. |

It's location near the Station and the City Centre The fact that we reserved a parking place which was not reserved for us. However the manager was kind enough to pay us back the difference and also that it is extremely hard to find this hotel since they use another name outside the hotel than the name we saw on the website |

I did not like the hotel. It was dirty and nothing like explained on the website. There were a number of faults with the room - our "two bedroom" apartment was actually one big room with a sliding wall in the middle and one of the beds was a sofa bed. The sheets were dirty and we found blood on one of the sheets! It was a tiny apartment. The "kitchen" didnt even have cutlery. The room smelt. Overall it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in & the staff were rude to top it off. I have stayed in countless backpacker hostels which were much better than this. I would definitely not reccommend this hotel. |

Everything. Soulless building and equally soulless cell-like room with holes in the linoleum floor and awkward ill-placed drawer where cutlery was hidden. Dirty toilet. One of 2 elevators out of order for entire stay. |

`The relaxation of having a very comfortable smoking permitted apartment within walking distance to all amenities. Cooking space was cramped. Would suggust a removable cover over the sink to put plates , hot saucepan etc when cooking.. |

Easy check-in 24/7. It was great to have a little apartment with fridge, stove and microwave rather than just a hotel room. Very convenient and central location situated between the two train stations, right at the shopping center. My room was a bit loud as it faced the top of the shopping center with very loud ventilation. However, the windows were very good and took away lots of the noise. |

Very good location, next to station in Euralille building, next to supermarket Carrefour. Hard matras. I have problem with back and had to sleep with our daughter on extra bed (which was softer). Too many extra furnitures in front room (3 tables, 1 small shelf and 2 chairs???) compare to size of room. If extra bed is open - you must jump over tables to move to kitchenette or to bathroom. Bath is too small. |

The closeness of the hotel to the eurostar was a big plus and the locality of very good restaurants,all in all a very good experience. I was not thrilled with the put-you-bed,but it was adequate. |

It was in a good area, next to the station and a very short walk from the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. we asked for a cot for a baby, but we didnt get one when we got there, the reception was closed for the whole time we were there, so we had no one to contact for this, so one of us had to sleep in a double bed with the baby... |

Liberté d'aller et venue, bien situé , calme L'appartement pour 2 personnes empestait le tabac froid, vraiment très désagréable pour des nons fumeurs et je ne pense pas que l'on nous ait posé la question au préalable.le lit est une banquette lit pas vraiment confortable .. |
