Check in saatinin 15.00 olması çok geçtir.Ayrıca akşam 21.00 den sonra resepsiyon hizmet vermediğinden geç geleceklerin otelle önceden irtibata geçerek giriş kapısının şifresini alması gerekmektedir.

The accomodation is very efficient. The staff is friendly.

There is no charm, just a place to sleep.

Very friendly personal, great location.

It's proximity to the Zenith, which was the venue of the Yugi-Oh game which my eldest son attended.

Breakfast was lousy - no warm food, not enough utensils, not enough food items. Staff in charge was not exactly cooperative.

Position in city and the room's view over Lille

My room was not cleaned during 4 days

The location near the city town. Bars and shops were nearby and everything was in our walking reach.

At the first night in Sejours one of our rooms wasn't cleaned by the hotel so we had to sleep in a uncleaned room. This was very disapointing and when we asked the roomcleaner the another day she said that it wasn't here job to clean that part of the hotel so she couldn't help us. At the reception they weren't very helpfull aswell

Value for money and right in the centre. Ideally for walking tour of Lille which is a highly recommended break from major cities.Typically gorgeous french city. Do visit and stay at these premesis

Staff - nice,proper attitude but not all smily. Mayby all french people are sad ?Fitness room on the 2nd floor was nice surpriced however was extremly ugly ( bike and 2 other machines ) not impresive but bike was ok. Poor soundprood in the rooms.Using elevator demands from you an angel patien-you wait, you wait or other people wait and wait and you can hear them waiting for lift under your door.Suma sumarum it is not a sofite L.voilabut for 60 euros which I paid is was fine for 1 night.Good normal keys to the rooms you can feel safe ( no cards)

Well speaking franckly hotel is basic but good maintained ( I had imresion some floors after renovation)but I would nt say with interior designer help( pictures on the walls definatelly too big) ( hanged to high on the wall). Hotel for those who have fragile sleeep might be too noise - trains,speaker voice on the platforms easily can be heared- dificult to relax.

Walking distance to everything

Only one device able to use internet in room.

My reservation did not take into account by ebooking or by the hotel staff. We needed to go in another hotel for the first night because the hotel was full. We had this problem despite a double check before the trip.

Clean, spacious, good cooking facilities, everything!

Nice studio, all furnished (in the kitchen and the bathroom), there was a tv and wifi connection working perfectly. It's very close to the two train stations and the big shop center "Euralille". It's also close to the main place and and the old town. The personal was nice and helpfull.

Noise on the last (12e) floor due to the wind traversing grids on the roof. For that reason I changed studio. The cleaning was not done on the floor on the first studio I got on the 12th floor, but it was clean on the second studio on the 9th floor.

The kitchen hardware is unclean and the fridge is almost out of function.

Lack of parking facilities

The room were spacious, although the layout could have been improved. It was clean, warm, modern, there was a fridge and minimal cooking facilities (we didn't use it but it was great for making a coffee when you fancied), proper bath and pleny of hot water, comfortable bed with a duvet. Doors had proper locks, we felt secure. Right next to the EuroLille shopping centre, 3 minutes from the Eurostar station, close to all the shops and restaurants in central Lille. There were no bars or communal seating areas, but that was not important to us, Lille has a thriving bar culture so who would sit in an hotel? So, after you've read our minus points, would we stay here again. The answer is yes, but we would make it clear on reservation that we will not be "bounced" into substandard accomodation.

We arrived in good time and were told by reception they had a prpblem with two of the floors which was being attended to (some security (safety?) concern) and we would have to stay in another hotel for the first night. They sent us to a fleapit with rooms without private facilities. We telephoned the reception of the hotel we booked with and said we were not willing to stop in the replacement hotel - she sounded very harrassed and said we needed to speak to the manager, but he was not available and would ring us back. We walked out of the fleapit and back to the Sejours & Affaires. After a few minutes we got in to see the manager who tried to tell us there was nothing else he could do. We were offered inducements to stay at the other hotel, he tried to get us in to other hotels, but everywhere was booked up. Eventually we we offerred a room which theu hold for regular business customers.

Miserable staff member who worked in the restaurant. The bathroom door was missing!

Handy for metro and main line stations, also hyper market next door.

nobody at the reception desk after 9.30 pm, so one of my colleague could not get his key..

Next to Carrefour and close to city centre

It was filthy, I thought I'd had a nose bleed in the night but no just dirty bed linen! Also thought some of my fake tan had come off in shower but again no it was just really dirty! There was no hair dryer and when I went to ask at reception they said they'd been booked out when on the Website they advertise every room having one, the receptionist was quite rude about it too, I went to Carrefour and brought one. The breakfast was appalling, clearly all brought from the supermarket next door. The dining area was unwelcoming and crammed, & the breakfast was 7€ for a croissant that was undercooked. We got to the hotel in the early hours so waited up especially to eat and was greeted with some croissants, bread rolls and a couple of bits of ham, so the next day we walked to town and had a fab breakfast for 3 people for 9€! The parking wasn't explained to us, no one told us any info about where we were! We had to clean our room and empty the bins on leaving or be fined 80€, the whole thing was just a disgrace! I've stayed at many hotels but this was by far the worst I've ever been to!
