I stayed in a family room so it was big.Free wi-fi available in rooms. 10 minutes walking distance from main train station

Breakfast is very poor: some croissants ,cheese, corn flakes. Hotel's one side looking to train rail ways and my room was very noisy. bed is small and not comfortable.It has very simple carpet and design. Price is also expensive for its service and facilities. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Quite good location - 10 minutes walk from Railway station, close to big shopping center. Room was well-equipped by bath and kitchen supply (soap, toilet paper, liquid for washing dishes, etc). Free Wi-Fi is definitely plus. Reception is working 24*7 - that was very important for us because we had late arrival. Best hotel in price-value category.

The only minus of apartment - 3 chair for 4 persons.

The layout of the room was quite good for our purposes, as we like to have a door between ourselves and the children (different bed- times). It's a reasonable walk from the train station, so really a good value in all.

This room was a disgrace : big stains on the carpet, a window with a crack, the noise of the railway track (I had specifically asked for a quiet room). The bed was so ridiculously small that the two of us could hardly fit in. I immediately asked for another room and was told there wasn't one. It was gloomy and uncomfortable and we didn't sleep.

Hotel has a good location; near to main train station and shopping centre. There is also a metro station and bus stops at and in front of the station. Good kitchen facilities in the room.Most of the reception staff were helpful.

It was quite hot in the room and clima was not effective at all. So, we had to keep the window open all night and there was a lot of noise coming from the street because of heavy traffic. One evening when we returned to the room we noticed that there was not enough toilet paper left by the room cleaner. Then, I went to the reception on the ground floor and asked for some toilet paper and he told me that the hotel gives only one roll and we have to buy it when it finishes. I was surprised because there was no note of any kind and anywhere about this matter. He was also the only reception staff we received negative electric all the time.

The view from the room was great. The room was big and spacious.

It was a little far from the train station and as we were just staying overnight en route, this was a little inconvenient but not too much.

Wifi was not free, the towel rack fell off the wall, the shower head was broken, the pillows were way past their use-by date (totally flat and out of shape) and we found a dead bug in our bed. Not the greatest place. Additionally, while it was close to the train station, it was miles from any of the interesting attractions.

I have to tell you the bathroom was just fine. Almost needed a ladder to get into the tub though. The Commode is in a separate room about five feet by five feet. Plenty of room for a large person to move around. Small refrigerator in kitchenette that has an ice maker. Manage that well as there is no ice machine at this hotel. The train station is a brisk 15 minute walk for a couple over 65 so allow a little extra when pulling luggage. We were in room 710 and even numbers are on the train side of the hotel. Air conditioner worked really well and covered a little of the train noise. Noise really not that bad overall

Bare bones but it's like the staff lives in another town as they can offer very little information about where anything is or how to get around Lyon. Amenities,,, none. Very small elevator monopolized by the cleaning staff all afternoon up until about five. Over priced for what you get. Overall I'd probably stay there again because of the location.

Secure parking so we didn't need to fully unload the car. Wireless network optional breakfast

the hotel was good value and comfortable. We were able to book in after 11.30 p.m . It was near the station and we were able to enjoy the old town by getting the bus from the station
