The apartment was a good size. - Says rooms are soundproofed however the noise from the trains was very audible! -ther was hair in the bath tub and on one of the beds - room smelt like stale cigarette smoke -only one window opened safely the others opened right up so were not safe with small children |

staff was very helpful, very polite and made our stay much easier. The rooms were clean tidy, spaceous and with nice big windows. Location was good for shopping or for visiting Lyon. |

The serivce staff are good. They do not accept travellers cheque. They need to update the facilities, there can be more ammenities. |

Close to bus, train, tram and underground stations, friendly helpful staff. A bit noisy at times as the main train line runs just behind the hotel. |

The front desk staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, professional. The apartment was reasonably spacious and there was a separate toilet and bathroom with a bath/shower. Very minimal cooking facilities. No heating in September even though the nights were quite cool. Repairs and maintenance inadequate. Especially worrying, from a security point of view: the door oppposite our room had been very visibly gemmied open and from the street one window (perhaps the same room?) was broken. |

The bed was hard, and very low to the ground - more of a sofa bed / futon. This, for me, is the most important thing in a hotel room (this and the bathroom, which also wasn't great, btw). So, despite the superb staff, and the really good price, I wouldn't stay in a Residhotel again. |

La chambre était plutôt sympathique avec sa petite cuisine et la salle de bain qui paraissait assez neuve. Je n'ai pas été prévenue qu'il y aurait des taxes à payer sur place ! ce n'est pas écrit sur le site !!!! Et j'en suis fort déçue, être prise au dépourvu n'a pas été une bonne nouvelle .. |
