Very close to train station, staff were very helpful and always greeted with a smile!
the little kitchenette was handy the staff were v. friendly
the bed wasn't particularly comfy but it was only two nights so fine you could hear the people next door who unluckily for us, didnt go to sleep at the same time as us!
The location makes this a poor hotel.
Convenience to Lyon part dieu.
Generally in good condition by room was showing signs of wear and tear- cracked tiles in bathroom and kitchen, burn mark on counter- not the fault of the hotel as probably caused by guests, but in need of a revamp.
Near railway station nice view from upper floor rooms Lyon is really nice and modern city
wifi codes were given for a day at the time. So during our stay we were asking new codes ones in a while. Connections were working well so not really so negative thing - just a little extra hasttle
Good location, kitchen well equipped and functional.
Big, hard pillows. We found it impossible to sleep on them.
Staff were nice, location is close and easy to get to from train. Bed is comfortable, enough space around it.
Nothing it was a good place.
It was in a good area well comunicated with the center. Room was nice and a small kitchen was included into the room.
The area is more for business trip than for holidays.
coming out of the room the way to the elevator was very dark.
The internet connection need to try again every 30 mins. And the staff is to mean to give more accounts for other devices.
I liked the services and the staff, there was a really nice man at the counter, he was friendly and nice. the Wifi was good, and the hotel was just located near the SNCF station, so the location was good but it wasn't directly near it, so not excellent.
Well the kitchen could be improved, by adding some tools to cook, not just give a frying pan and a hob
Near TGV station. Lots of min-markets, and good value restaurants and cafes. Easy access to Metro and buses. I was able to explore all Lyon's districts on foot. Good Internet connection. All the equipment you need to make your stay affordable. I was able to leave my luggage in safekeeping for 6 hours.
Close to city centre Own parking Good price for service
Some train noise, close to Gare de Lyon
the service was exelent.
location location location!!!! Just 5 minutes to the main train station and near the shopping center. Just for the voyagers with low budget.
The room is noisy during all day because of its location. We can hear the trains passing by especially during the night which is annoying and drives me crasy.
Value for money. Our priority was the proximity to Part Dieu train station (under 10 minutes walk) and easy to find. Bathroom was clean, up to date and bright. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. Coffee maker doubles as a kettle! Overlooked the street, minimal street noise with windows shut & good air conditioning.
Little space to move about, though room measurements did indicate this.
The breakfast was OK and the girl in the breakfast room was not rude like the rest of the staff.
The smell. The room smelled really bad. The late cleaning of the room (around 16:30 h) when we arrived to rest a bit after a long day of sightseeing we had to leave the room and stay out in the street while the cleaning was done. No coffee, no drinks (no water bottles) in the fridge. No filters for the coffeemaker and no kettle if we would have found instant coffee. The WiFi didn't work because too many were on the same line! (Or so they said in the reception.) All in all: I have never been to such a bad hotel.
Good location, near the teain station (Part Dieu) and metro.
Walls are bit thin so we heard everything what happened next door...
Poor kitchen design. Noisy trains.
Spacious room, value for money
Very bad WiFi connection (almost inexistent).
Can Cook in Hotel, Clean, Comfort
Proximity to train station. Great young woman at reception at check in. Breakfast included. Kitchen in room. We were on the street side so there was some traffic noise but we could have requested a quiet room when booking.
Would like a hairdryer.
