Kitchen well equipped. Everything in there. Washing machine, clean pots and pans ... Very good location: on the slopes. We were 9 in two appartments (2 adults, 7 children ) We loaded the car with bed sheets to find out there that sheets are included for free. Hoped for promotions (one kid free on the ski elevators etc. ) were not valid. You could only obtain them via telephone, however on saturday, you cannot call their phone desk! While a live person is in front of you! They had obtained very good deals for ski rental, but they did not inform you. We discovered it after two days!! When my kids returned the sheets the lady supposedly counted 1 sheet less. Surely it was in there: but no way to change that. All this bad feeling for only 7 euro.

Proximity to slopes This is more like a youth hostel than a hotel. There are no towels provided. You have to collect/return your own sheets. The beds are very small singles and very uncomfortable. The description is "2 room" but really it is one bedroom and one lounge/diner with beds. The hob/oven is very poor. The whole place needs renovating, and whilst fairly clean did feel like it was falling apart.

Fantastic position on the slopes. Typical French self catering apartments. Long check in. Slightly tired throughout.

Ski in - ski out location good. Apartments shabby and dated; living room doubled up to 3 single beds; Not a family friendly establishment. Consider only if on a shoestring budget where you won't be spending much time in the apartments!

No-frills place to crash, right next to the slopes and main hub of Plagne-Bellecote, with lift access to other parts of La Plagne through the evening too, which helps expand your apres-ski options. Apartment allegedly sleeps 'up to 5', so thought we'd have loads of room as we were only 3 lads. Turns out it's one bedroom with two single beds, then the other three are supposed to sleep on a horseshoe sofa in the lounge. Worked out fine for us but wouldn't want to be any more than 3 or 4 friends, and have to know each other pretty well! Great for a quick, cheap trip though.

Good facilitites - all shops, ski rent offices are inside of the buiding. This is real case of value for money. Towels and linen are not served by the hotel. They can be taken by youself near reception after place of deposit (approx 230 EUR), and to be returned on the date of check-out by yourself.

Convenience of the facilities - shops on ground floor, ski locker access, and locality to slopes. Good value and good sized rooms - well laid out. Lift system good with the different floors catered for by different lifts - excellent idea. Pool was good - despite being closed for three different reasons on three evenings of our stay. Noisy - especially around midnight. Walk uphill to first lift - is awkward especially with childrens skis as well. How about a "magic carpet" to the first lift.

The residence is built for mass ski holidays, not for comfort. Very utilitarian. Even so, we found it comfortable and cosy; but definitely avoid this hotel if you want luxury accommodation. The 1 bedroom apartment had a living area, a bedroom, and a kitchenette. Separate WC from bathroom (with no toilet) was a great touch. I also liked the alcove for the dining table, which made it a bit separate from the living room. Plenty of hot water, at good pressure. By booking with booking.com, sheets were included (we had to pick them up at the laundry shop in the complex, and make the beds ourselves). Towels were not included. I believe that they are if you stay less than 7 days. Mattresses and pillows were ok, about what you might expect in a 2 star hotel.

Ligging is uitstekend. Receptiepersoneel werkt zeer traag. Gang is zeer ongezellig. Geen dampkap in de keuken.
