Résidence Maeva Bellecôte  

Its location was perfect in the paradiski.com area. The nearest slopes and ski lifts were less than 100 meters away which was very convenient when you are with kids - no driving is needed as everything is in the same place. The resort gives you and access to many ski lifts there and by choosing one of them you get opportunity to take one of several paths from the top. In fact there are so many ski paths that during 4 days staying it was not possible to see all of them. Looking at precious reviews before going there I was afraid of the noise reported by so many but it was not a slightest problem for us. We were located at the side of the street.. So, we were very happy.

Not much place to park your car, especially when there is lots of snow there. You have a parking in front of the hotel to un/pack which is free of charge for 1 hour (than you pay something like 1 euro per 2 hours) but is very often taken by the other cars which are left there for longer. The free parking is not far away from the hotel but is always convenient to leave the luggage in front of the hotel and then go to the parking - it was not easy but finally we got a place a bit further. The parking which was gratis during our staying was not covered so it took us more than an hour to get our car clear off the snow. In fact, we had to wait to clean the alley from the snow. Not a big problem but .. to be aware of.

The residence has 3 chairlifts and one gondola just outside. It also has supermarket on the ground floor. A huge fireworks display and party were laid on just outside, for New Years Eve.

All the beds were of foam on solid wood base and so very uncomfortable. The noise of people leaving the 'Nightly' disco at 4am Woke us all up even though we were on the 8th floor. For some reason all the fire-doors had been removed from corridors and lift areas, though were still shown on the Fire Plan drawing of each floor. There was also a large gap round our apartment door on to the corridor and no door stops or closer, so not exactly a fire-door. There were also no smoke alarms within the apartment. I presume the apartments passed local standards, but certainly would not have passed in the UK. When you're 8 floors up you tend to wonder how you would escape if there was a fire!

Situation

Bâtiment totalement désuet et laid. On dirait que rien n'y a été fait depuis sa construction. Les appartements sont mal agencés et de la même veine que les communs. Malgré cela, la propreté reste de mise...

Station pied des pistes

Vacarme la nuit suite sortie de nightclub club .les navettes attendent les gens sous les fenetres . bagarre insultes klaxon ne nous ont pas permis de fermer l'oeil une seule nuit.impossible de faire dormir des enfants de 3 ans!!! Revoir insonorisation des appartements ou fermer la discotheque !!pour resume valable pour couple de jeunes sans enfants aimant le ski la journee et faire la fete la nuit.

un appartement pour 5 personnes ca ma parait impossible dans le sejour vous avez 3 banquettes qui se touches donc vous avez les pieds de votre voisin au niveau du visage, une petite chambre a 2 lits pas sur des sommiers mais sur des planches.... salle de bain de bonne grandeur mais tres vétuste un rapport qualité prix tres juste c'est décevant de la part de Maeva de plus la résidence est tres bruiante meme la nuit

Toplocatie waarbij je in een bijzonder apparatementencomplex alles super bereikbaar is zoals o.a. supermarkt, bakker, souvenirswinkeltjes en pizzeria. Alles op je slippertjes! Als het ware een minidorpje onder één dak met ook nog een leuk (gratis)verwarmd buitenzwembad tegenover het complex. Op loopafstand van de skiliften, je skiet zo de lift in aan het einde van de dag!

Stel niet al te hoge eisen aan het appartement. De lift was wel eens buiten dienst. De skilockers zijn veel te klein. Maar de negatieve kanten wegen nog steeds niet op tegen alle positieve!

шумные номера, сауна за дополнительную плату несмотря на то, что при бронировке в описании гостиницы сауна бесплатная. старые номера, сантехника, мебель. чтоб попасть в бассейн нужно принести фотографии.

Voor Franse begrippen een zeer ruim appartement, oip een prima locatie qua skivoorzieningen. Allerlei winkels ed zo bij de hand.

De schoonheid van het appartement, maken alleen de huurders schoon of doen jullie daar ook wat aan?? Zelf hebben we de filter van de afwasmachine schoongemaakt, hij werkte niet meer goed( 1e of 2e week van het seizoen, worden de appartementen niet nagekeken aan het begin van het seizoen?) 1 tl-buis kapot. Tip; er staat in de papieren: inchekken vanaf 17.00 uur, we waren er om 14.30 en konden in alle rust al inchekken. Graag dit wat duidelijker maken.

Zeer goed compleet aanbod voor ski vakantie, alles facaliteiten aanwezig veel mooie lokale producten te koop

Totale uitstraling kamers gedateerd te weinig kook facaliteiten ( geen oven ) prijs supermarkt aan de hoge kant

Sa situation idéale au coeur de la station de la plagne, l'accessibilité aux commerces.

Il n'y a que des lits simples, pour les couples, c'est gênant....
