The ease of checking in after reservation desk was closed. The room was not fully clean (see above comments) prior to my arrival and the hot water was not working--I arrived on a weekend so the hot water issue could not be addressed until the following Monday. |

La proximité du centre ville et la mise à disposition payante d'un parking en sous-sol. Il n'y avait pas de kit de nettoyage gratuit et de cafetière électrique. |

Hôtel très bien situé, neuf et bien entretenu. Bon rapport qualité/prix. C'était un canapé lit qu'il fallait déplier tous les soirs car où sinon on ne pouvait pas bien circuler dans la chambre qui est assez longue mais pas très large. |

Le lavabo était bouché, je l'ai signalé, personne n'est venu s'en occuper.Par "chance", le bloc du lavabo est tombé pendant le nuit (incroyable mais vrai!) il n'y avait qu'une seule et tres petite charniere de soutien, le plombier est venu remettre le bloc en place, en profitant pour déboucher le lavabo et nous avons changer de chambre. L'équipement "vaisselle" de la chambre était incomplet dans les deux chambres.heureusement le personnel a palié à ces insuffisances dans la mesure de ses possibilités |

At rommet hadde balkong og kjøleskap. Det siste var nødvendig i og med at det ikke var noen frokostservering, i hvert fall ikke i helgene. Resepsjonen var stengt lørdag og søndag. Jeg ankom en lørdag og var først usikker på hvordan jeg skulle komme inn. Prøvde med en kode som var på hotellbekreftelsen, men i samme øyeblikk var en annen beboer på vei ut så jeg vet ikke om koden virket. Det står i bekreftelsen at resepsjonen er oppe på lørdager 1400-1830, men det var ikke tilfellet denne ettermidaggen da jeg ankom ca. kl. 1500. |

La maggior parte dello staff era gentile, disponibile e competente. L'appartamento (temperatura a parte), era pulito e dotato di tutto quello che ci serviva. Sapevo che gli appartamenti non dispongono di aria condizionata, ma nel periodo del nostro soggiorno le camere avevano raggiunto temperature davvero eccessive... è opportuno pensare ad un maggior numero di ventilatori da offrire ai clienti (anche come optional a pagamento). |

Lo unico su ubicacion,esta a dos pasos del casco viejo.Pero el estudio es cutrisimo y el baño esta viejisimo,solo te ponen una toalla de baño para dos personas en 4 dias q estuvimos no nos la han cambiado.valoracion malisima no se lo recomiendo a nadie. todo a excepcion de la ubicacion |
