Very good location.

Room very hot. Aircon would be very nice

Personnel trés accueillant aimable et serviable,faisant tout son possible pour nous satisfaire,faisant le maximum pour répondre à nos demandes au plus vite. Situation géographique excellente pour visiter aix , à proximité cours mirabeau commerces,évite d'être obligé de prendre la voiture, Nous venons depuis 7 ans,tous les ans , et y retournerons avec plaisir. Parking trés pratique et trés sécurisant.

Manque un petit peu de matériel ex:bouilloire electrique...

Sa situation dans la ville. Son parking couvert et fermé. Accessible 24h/24h.Chambre assez spacieuse, Réfrigérateur + micro onde pratique. Accueil dévoués.

Manque 1 Sèche cheveux . Rapport qualité prix. Propreté de la salle de bains et du balcon négligée.

Hotellet ligger centralt beläget, det tar bara ett par minuter att gå till Cours Mirabeau och det ar nära till Aix gamla stad och alla fantastiska affärer. Om man vill gå och se på Ballet Prejlocaj så är det alldeles vägg i vägg, praktiskt! Det är gratis wifi så man kan hålla sig uppkopplad hela tiden och rummen har kokplatta och kylskåp så man kan bestämma om man vill äta ute eller gå till ett boucherie/boulangerie eller någon av Aix alla marknader för att handla lokala delikatesser att tillreda själv.

Hotellet har ingen luft konditionering (det finns dock fläkt) så det kan bli varmt i rummet framåt dagen.

Die Lage ist prima. Die Ausstattung erlaubt es, sich begrenzt selbst zu versorgen.

Die Brandschutzmaßnahmen sind sehr lax. Lange Flure, nur eine versteckte Wendeltreppe. Einer von zwei Aufzügen ging nicht. Elektrik in Bad und Zimmer wackelig, Ausguß verstopft. Wenig Geschirr.Der preis wurde ohne Mehrwertsteuer angegeben, dann natürlich noch dazukam.

The only good point is the location

The major problem is that the property was sold as a business traveller hotel, with the price tag to match. In fact it is a student residence that books a few rooms as hotel rooms. Had it been sold as a leisure tourism, low cost option that would have been fine. The room is a tiny studio apartment with a sofa-bed, and there is hardly any space to walk around once it is concerted into a bed. Overall, the room is ok, even though the bathroom is very small with approximate cleanliness of the floor, and damaged cupboard door that could be replaced. But, it is certainly does not deserve to be called "business residence. In a business residence, the least I would expect is to be able to work in the evening and sleep at night. There is no sound proofing, so you hear to noise from the street, and the students chatting loudly on a bench in front of the residence half-way through the night, plus the activity of the student inside the residence. I would expect to get at least an internet point in the hotel, equipped with computer fax and printer. When I pointed this out at the reception, I was told I got wifi in the room. Well, in my view that does not make for a business friendly hotel. No reception after 7:30 or at lunch time, or on Sunday. No lightning above the desk area means it is unusable in the evening.
