Malgrado avessi fatto la prenotazione, quando sono arrivato la mia prenotazione non c'era e ho dovuto chiamare l'help desk. Ho rischiato di rimanere fuori, poichè dopo le 21:00 in reception non c'è nessuno. Per fortuna dopo abbiamo risolto Non è la prima volta che capita con Booking di arrivare e non avere la camera...

Bed was very bad...this was a two person folding bed with very weak and noisy springs...you could not get a good night sleep with this.

Our family really enjoyed staying 1 night in this place. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room facilities, poximity to downtown and big supermarket...also, it was easy to find a parking space!

The apartment was well located to the city centre with only 10 minutes walk, with 2 minutes walk to a tram stop. A supermarket is also only a minutes walk. The apartment was well appointed, with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Double bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a little flat.

No instructions on how to use the phone in the room- advice is to contact reception, but reception isn't manned 24 hours a day. Popping a short note on how to use the phone in the info booklet would be really helpful to foreign guests without mobile phone access. Very poor sound proofing to the rooms.

Didn't like much about the Hotel. It's overrated, drab and has no Wi-Fi. This is 2012, Wi-Fi should not be rocket science! The hotel decsiption said Wi-Fi available but forgot to mention, that it's available in the reception area only!

The place is old looking and feeling, reminded me of my old college dorm and has that white neon lights -hospital like- ambience!

Good value for money. Located close to the city center (15min walk to the very center). Tramway station 2 minutes away. Located in a very nice suburb. Room well equipped (incl. microwave oven). Clean.

Bathroom not very well designed and quite small. My room was a bit cold and I didn't manage to turn on the heater. Very basic bed (but still OK). Room could be refurbished.

Kitchenette was well-equipped; sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Proximity to city center was also a plus, as was grocery store very close by, and several shops (patisserie, cafe, etc). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Studio was a bit small--next trip, we would select next size up. Even though you don't spend much time in the room, it is nice to be comfortable while you are there.

The apartment was modern designed, light and clean. It was a little bit small but good enough for a few nights. It even had a small balcony. The bathroom was quite luxeous. The small kitchen was well equiped. The bed was excellent. There is paid parkingplace under the hotel. The centre of Nancy is on walkingdistance.

The room was located at the streetside and quite noisy during the night because of the traffic. A room at the backside would be better. Despite the severe securitymeasures like special keys for the garage, heavy locks on the entrancedoors, etc, people have tried to break into our car. So don't leave any luggage in the car.

Walking distance from central station (~10-15 min), located in a quiet district, good price, free Internet (cable in room, wifi in lobby), even a balcony. Reception is not open 24h but the times of absence are well planned and you have all the necessary information. Staff is very friendly and let us check in early. Room is quite good for the price, has own little kitchen with everything from microwave to dishes.

Room is a little crowded, you walk in and you are immediately in the kitchen with nowhere to put your coat or shoes, but for a short stay it's not a big deal.

there is no wifi in the room. you must stay in the lobby to get the wifi.

Comfortable apartment. Good place for an independent stay. Staff accommodating.

Car parking proved to be insecure.

The room, although a bit small, was very well equipped, with fridge, small cooker and microwave, with kettle and utensils, so could have been used as a basic self catering facility. Although in a business district, it was a short walk to Stanislas square and all the sights and restaurants. I managed to park right outside the hotel, although I believe it does have its own.

The bed converted into a sofa, so was not terribly comfortable. Reception not 24 hours, so if there is any problems out of hours, youre on your own!

the bed in the 2 person studio was a bed settee and not very comfortable and the access at the foot of the bed was narrow [when the bed was set up for the night], suggest they are removed and an ordinary bed supplied.

The location is not really good - it is somewhere in a residenial area. My general impression of Nancy was not good - the city looks run down. Not a great place for a holiday.

Not far from city center, quiet part of town, clean, kitchen equipped with hot plate, kettle and a microwave, nice balcony facing the garden.

The reception only works till 14.00 though check-in begins at 15.00. We had to call to get the code for a safe box with the keys. The shower was very strange - no curtain but a mop to replace it.

The room was very modern and clean. We didn't spend a lot of time there, just to sleep, and luckily the bed was very comfortable. We were happy that it was a proper double bed and not two singles pushed together.

The floor of the balcony was very dirty

Etablissement offrant exactement ce que je désire.

De ne pas être informé qu'il fallait arriver avant 21h00. A quelques minutes près, je n'aurais pas pu prendre possession de ma chambre et aurais dû trouver un autre hôtel pour la première nuit.
