Staff were in no way helpful Poor breakfast not worth 9 euro No clean towels Had to ask for toilet tissue Hotel said free wifi but had to pay
I have two lung children and ordered a two bedroom apartment. I did not get this. I complained but the reception staff were rood and refused to sort out the problem
Modern and ok apartments. Very small but nice village.
Random cleaning, we had to ask for t.- paper 2-3 times. Had to ask for clean towels 2 times. The "spa" consists Of 1 pool with cold water
The rooms and ski room
the small cooking area, and slightly too far from the main ski lift
Modern, clean, spacious apartment with a great view. Note, this is a hotel not an apartment so don't expect a bar or restaurant. Just 10min walk (mostly on pavement) from lively bar and restaurants
This is not a negative but it's a fraction too far to walk to the main lift in Morillon carrying your skis
The bed was large and comfortable but it was jammed into a tiny space with about one foot on either side
The sink and cooker were side by side in a space only two feet wide, to use the kettle it had to sit in front of the sink. If you were short you would have to stand on a chair to use the microwave. There were no utensils of any kind, not even a bottle opener or sharp knife. It looks like they have deliberately made it as difficult as possible to do any form of self catering. Not what we expected of a Best Western hotel.
limited english spoken room was dirty bed bugs...bites all over us one towel for two people for 4 days
Location, having indoor pool & balcony.
Room: - hygiene poor - cobwebs hanging from bathroom ceiling. Top of wardrobe completely full of dust - I was showered with it, when removing my bag which I placed up there. Bath very flimsy when standing up for shower, flexing to the point of making it hard to balance. (I am not that heavy) Kitchenette area - poorly equipped, no corkscrew / sharp knife. Swimming pool area - Dirty / wet changing room, pre pool "foot bath" full of visibly dirt / hair. No dry space to change into. Car park - set in the mountains, you expect snow, and need to deal with it for your business to continue to run. On arrival, half the car park unusable due to poorly cleared snow. Couldn't even walk to the front entrance without slipping over icy patches. Ski room - poorly laid out, with lockers that didn't work (all of them in use were open / unclocked suggesting it wasn't just me. Breakfast - poor quality. Fruit clearly old (eg: apples wrinkled skin). Overpriced for what was on offer. WiFi - Charging residents of the hotel for wifi is an outdated policy. An overnight room only rate I paid, would get wifi for free. Inability to purchase beer / wine at the hotel (serving skiing guests) was a surprise.
Good, clean accommodation. Had a problem with the bathroom tiles coming loose but we were given another room by friendly staff. So all good!
1 bed comfy 2 shower ok 3 local to piste
1. Paid wifi a no no now all top hoteliers incl in cost. 2. Paid extra for parking 9e a day... 3. Hidden city tax hit with it on my last last day. Seemed a con to me. 4. Breakfast was cereal and crossaint not good value for €9 per person. €36 for a family of 4.
Location good, but has gone down-hill since being Best Western.
House-keeping was sporadic - ran out of towels, loo-paper and soap. One day beds made, next day not...
Great value, flexible accommodation
Didn't have the room we booked. Friends had to drop their room to help us
Out of seven days there they failed to clean our room on three days or replace the towels.
Everything was comfortable and very easy.
Free WiFi - don't bother, just pay. Also I had no phone signal of any other kind.
Quite Location Clean
No free wifi Limited car park space
Liked the location, 5-10 min walk with pram to ski lift. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was good, though a little cool for young children.
We had the smallest room in the place, but we booked pretty late so not that put out, we had enough space.
Room was great as were staff
Nothing to complain about
Quiet, nice room, 10min walk to ski lift.
Over 5 nights the rooms was not made up or towels changed. The rubbish bins were cleaned on day 4. No english Tv channels Pool was not very warm and changing area poor and grubby.
Large room, quiet
No bar, but that's good if you want quiet,
That there was nobody to clean our room for the whole of our stay (5nights) :(
All staff were kind, helpful and extremely accommodating. The common spaces were nice and comfy.
Room facilities were ok at most. Bed not very comfortable and the use of space not well done either (e.g. no table night at all but an empty space next to the bed; the full body mirror facing the bed, etc.). Breakfast was a bit limited too, not enough bread for everyone for example.
Room a decent size. Good location.
Although in a decent location, the hotel is in real need of investment. The lobby facilities need an upgrade or the table football and 1980's arcade machine just removed. The hotel appears to be understaffed as our room had not been prepared when we tried to check in at 5pm, nor towels changed the next day. The pool does not appear to be heated or water pump on continually so is cold and does not look clean.
Comfortable room, clean and tidy, small for 2 people but ok. Nice balcony to relax on.Car parking in garage very good.Staff friendly with fair English.
Kitchen facilities not very good for 1 never mind 2 and a struggle to wash up, no space. Not much storage space either if booked for 2 people.
Good for budget travelling
Friendly, helpful staff who did their best in difficult circumstances
Little or no effort made to clear snow and ice in the car parks. House-keeping pretty much nonexistent - we were there 5 nights during which towels were changed once, bins were emptied once and t-rols were replaced once. That was it! The new owners now refer to the Palladior as a 'Residence' - whatever this means, it was not 3 star standard. (Come back Best Western all is forgiven.)
