The area is very interesting and different to what you expect to see in Paris. However it's a nice, modern and safe neighborhood. The staff of the hotel is excellent. We had a good value for our money, we booked a hotel ahead of time with the special price and paid less than $100 euros per nigh for three people. The room was rather small, but had kitchen with a microwave,a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a big balcony which overlook a small garden.

The maps and advice from the desk for tourist activities was excellent. The laundry facilities are ridiculously expensive and did not work well. The toilet paper, soap, etc, wasn't replenished when needed, I had to ask. (I was there for a week.) The hallway was painted and so our room smelled of paint. The breakfast was obscenely expensive. The room is rated as a 4 star by the booking website, but I would rate the facility more like a 2 star. The shower had terrible water pressure, and the knob to turn the shower from the tub to the shower was not working properly. The towel warmer didn't work.

Good price, nice clean hotel We picked the hotel as it was one of the few 4 star hotels which offered triple rooms. However, the room was far smaller than it looked in the photos. It was totally unsuitable as a triple - we had to move furniture onto the balcony to allow the camp bed to come down. There was no room to sit down or move around the room when all beds were down. Also had problems with pillows, the safe and the air conditioning.

Good location on the metro 1 line, which runs across Paris. The price during the week is very high in comparison to the weekend rate.

The room was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Staff were very very kind and helpful. The location was modern and so beautiful. I really enjoyed walking around. There were some good supermarkets very close to the hotel. The light was not enough in the room. I like more bright spaces. The location was a bit far from city center. But it was close to a very big metro and train station so it was quite easy to go every where.

Hotel did not have enough irons available. If you need to iron your clothes please avoid this hotel as much as you can. They only have a number of irons available (around15) and then after the guests checked them out you cannot do anything. Very bad decision to have 15 guest happy with the irons in the rooms and all the rest very unhappy since all they said is "sorry we cannot force the other guest to return the irons". I had to go for the two day conference with my clothes full of wrinkles.

Parking, modern room & bathroom, shopping & metro nearby, breakfast optional not mandatory. I expressed at the time of booking, the wish for a room facing the park but received one facing the road.

Amenities are good and handy (refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, AC) and room is clean. Parking is 16 euros in hotel garage, but it was relatively easy for me to park the car on the street for free overnight. There is a handy market nearby. When all three beds are pulled down, the room is very small. Big murphy bed for two people and sleep in mono-sofa for the third person.

there many items which I liked during my stay; the location was great which it is 5 min far from metro station, there is a big shopping center nearby, and many modern design building just next to the hotel. the hotel is clean and the rooms are rather big for a hotel in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel speacially for the young people. there is also a supermarket next to the hotel which you can buy everything there. the showers where not working properly and I think it is a general problem in hotel because I met some other guys who had this problem but it is not a big deal. the Internet conection at rooms was so slow.

The Hotel was very good, we were in a studio for three man, a pitty the studio was too small for tree persons. But anyway it was very good,in the kitchen was a cooler and a magnetron and a coffeemachine.Everything was very clean. The receptionist was very, very kind ( the little man with the glasses. ) and he was helpful. The hotel is nearby the metro 5 minutes too walk. When you want go to the Arch the Triomph or Champ D ellyseé you take The M (metro) line 1 yellow and you are there within 10 minutes. This hotel is recommanded for a Citytrip.
