There were no rooms left when I turned up at 10pm. Several people were in the same situation. After over an hour of arguing, they finally gave me a room key but when I went up there was a man in underwear already in the room. They gave me a second key and I found a room with open luggage and valuables so clearly also taken. They wanted to give me a third key but I knew that room was already taken.

Clean & Internet service is Good

New building, nice facilities but very poorly maintained. Lots of broken stuff in the room.

Tedious check-in: after 20 minutes waiting I was giving by mistake the key room of another guest.... Serious concern about security if somebody can get the key or your room where you keep all your staff, specially when the safe of the room was not working either. Additionally... "Alien" hairs inside my bed...

I made reservation for three nights. Upon my arrival I was requested to make the payment for the 3 nights, which I did accordingly and informed the staff during checking that I may stay less than 3 nights. And I checked out after staying 2 nights on time and asked to be reimbursed for the third night I paid. The manager of the hotel refused to reimburse. Unfortunately I was not able to get my mone

the check out time of the hotel was not flexible witha 2 1/2 yr old child i sat at the reception for 21/2 hours this was of inconvenience. i hope this gets changed for the better.

Niks, we zijn meteen weggegaan nadat we ingecheckt waren. Ik snap niet dat jullie dit een 4-sterren hotel durven te noemen. We kwamen binnen en het hotel personeel was onbeleefd en onaardig, en er zat een groot gat in het plafond in de lobby (dat zag er slordig uit). We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen maar toen we binnenkwamen was alleen het tweepersoons bed opgemaakt.
