Robes and slippers, for every guest. Nice beds. The staff prepared the pull-out beds before we checked in.
No secure parking....it is a little too expensive.
quiet place in Massy. Nice italian restaurant next to the hotel
it was great place to stay: clean rooms, parking space, great sauna +swimming pool -our son enjoyed it, big balcony, close to metro station only 25 min till centrum.
We stayed there for 4 nights with our teenage kids. The hotel was clean with good facilities and the restaurant next door was great. The staff were very helpful, it's a little far from central paris but the train links were very good
1. Friendly staff 2. Bed comfort 3. Indoor swimming pool 4. Parking availability 5. Value for money
1. Bathroom a bit small
Friendly staff and very clean with secure parking also the restaurant was great
Far too expensive for such a poor experience. The reception area gives a false impression. The hallways are dirty and in desperate need of re-decoration; the emergency exit stairwells on our floor were taped up, but with the doors left open - attractive and dangerous for young children. Both sofa beds and one of the lamps in our one bed apartment were broken, and on closing a wardrobe in the living area a metal grill fell out of the wall and hit me on the head and then arm - very narrowly missing my 3 young children - leading to cuts, bruising and concussion. The swimming pool was cold and the obligatory foot bath was absolutely filthy with lots of debris floating in the water, and the jacuzzi was out of order. The self-catering facilities were extremely limited and would not allow any actual catering.
Very close to RER station with good links to centre of Paris only 30-40 minutes away and trains every 10-15 minutes. Excellent restaurant next door - Moulin Bleu. Nice to have option to use swimming pool. Kitchenette quite well equipped although a little cramped. Staff were helpful and we were upgraded to a larger room on arrival. This meant we enjoyed an apartment with a separate bedroom for us and each of the children had there own sofa bed.
We had to wait for a room to made ready on arrival which meant sitting in reception for about 45 minutes - not particularly enjoyable after a long drive with two tired and irritable children. The swimming pool, although nice to have use of, was quite cold. Some building work in the vicinity was at times noisy, but fair to acknowledge that this is beyond the control of the hotel itself and it was not too disruptive.
Good quality accommodation near the station
Would have gone somewhere cheaper if we had known the Hammam was out of order
Good for a restful stopover en route to Calais. Lovely modern apartment big enough for our family of 5. Balcony, nice kitchenette so you could make your own refreshments.
Location good for us as we were en route to the north, but quite a soulless area if you were staying for a visit - lots of offices blocks etc.
Close to Metro, relatively easy to get to by car, able to sleep with the whole family in a little appartment, access to pool, sauna, steam room. Mini-kitchen in the room.
The room was outdated and due for maintenance.
We love how they have a spa and indoor. For weary travellers, it was such a relief to relax in steam bath and jump into the pool afterwards. Great for family with small kids. Also a plus is it's very near the highway. Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't on operation when we stayed there but, otherwise, we had a very relaxing time!
Close by RER & TGV train station with easy links into Paris. Parking available. Indoor pool in hotel.
Area is a bit dull with limited restaurants.
VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF
Convenience to trains + 2-room layout of suite (good for families)
Breakfast is very expensive, especially for children, and there's nothing else around - bring your cereal.
Comfortable, great room facilities, easy into Paris
The beds were very comfortable. The staff was ok... Certainly not friendly by American standards but better then most Parisions working in the service industry.
The WiFi was a nightmare! Only 2 devices could be used at a time and it didn't even reach the bedroom in our room.
SPA was closed
Furnature and swiming pool
Poor service and bad restaurant under the hotel Poor breakfast
Enjoyed pool. Good rooms and good stuff. Excellent value for money.
We stayed with two small children in a suite studio and were very comfortable. The hotel is a good base to visit Paris.
Close to RER. They have a nice pool and a sauna.
A lot of noise due to construction across the street. Very hot in room (end of May), but they don't turn on the AC until June. The only blanket in the bed is a comforter and it was way to hot to use it.
Swimming pool and studio flat
17€ for Continental Breakfast did not make any sense at all.
