Residhome Paris-Massy (雷斯迪家巴黎马西)  

---1--- The location of the hotel is close to the Massy TGV / RER station (5 minutes), so you can easy access downtown Paris. It is also next to the business area in Massy, in case you need to travel there. ---2--- Internet connection was pretty good, and although they say only one device can access the Internet from a room, it worked well for 4 devices (2 laptops and 2 smartphones). ---3--- It was very cold outside for this period of the year, and the heating system worked perfectly (you could heat up the room in 15 minutes).

---1--- There was a powerful smell of moisture and closed space throughout the hotel and especially in the room. Even if I left t window opened for more than 1 hour each day, the smell still persisted. ---2--- The room was rather small, with too many pieces of furniture put together in that small space. Also, the furniture was pretty old. ---3--- The water in the shower was barely flowing. Also, the soap / shampoo provided by the hotel were really low quality.

modern, nice hotel, staff really friendly and helpful, room ok. Pool is alright, train station only 5 min. walk away. Room has a small kitchen and the amenities were really good

Was satisfy with the hotel, a bit out of paris but very close the the station into Paris. the staff was nice. swimming pool relatively small but had an enjoyable stay overal

Very good modern hotel with a very reasonable price near the RER.

Convenient to RER and many offices in the Massy area. Room facilities such as kitchenette are handy for longer stays. Quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit dissappointing for €16. Pool was out of action for maintenance.

It was terrible. Housekeeping does not do a good job. Still had hairs and stuff on the floor. Two lights did not work at all. Thermostat did not work. Something that was not advertised on the website or anywhere: if you stay for six nights or less, housekeeping comes and cleans everyday. If you stay for seven nights or more, housekeeping only comes one time per week. Since we stayed for seven days, housekeeping would only come once. If housekeeping came more they would have charged us. When we ran out of toilet paper, as more than one person would, using the bathroom for 4 days, they were reluctant to give us more. When housekeeping did come, they only gave us one towel for two people and did not replace the toilet paper, the soaps, shampoos, and the one bar soap we did have by the sink they threw away. This hotel is about a 7minute walk to the train station and about a 20 minute or more train ride to and from Paris. Definitely not worth more than $117 usd per night, which is what they were charging. They advertise "free wifi"...only you have to be in the lobby to get it because it is a regular household router so if your room is too far away, the signal is too weak or you don't even get a signal. Also, when you log on to the wifi, only one person from your room can log on at a time. Also, the pool is closed and will be for quite a while, which was also not advertised. This hotel was really disappointing and we had an uncomfortable stay. Not worth the money. Also, we don't know if they're at fault but this was the only hotel we booked that wasn't a big name chain like Hilton or Best Western and soon after, our credit card number had been stolen and we had to shut to the card down.

Asked to be waked but employee forgot, suggest to use phone based wakeup. Paid parking, but only small cars fit.

Better value for money than hotels in central Paris. The train (and tgv) station is very close to the hotel, which makes travelling into the city uncomplicated and relatively cheap. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable.

Although Paris-Massey has only non-smoking rooms, our room smelled very strongly of stale smoke. We reported this to the reception and they said they would do something about it, but nothing happened as far as we could tell. Also, the jacuzzi and sauna were out of order for all 6 days we were at Paris-Massey. There was a sign on the jacuzzi saying that it will be out of order over the weekend, but on the Wednesday morning it was still not operational yet.

How close it was to train links to paris. Cost. Fridge, cooker, kettle and the pool, steam room and jacuzzi. The reception staff were first class and very very helpful and knowledgeable about transport and supermarket etc. excellent facility.

Didnt like the fact that if you stayed more than 7 days rooms were only cleaned once a week. Think clean towels ans toilet tissue should be given at least every 2-3 days. Think clean sheets on bed especially with the heat is required more than once a week Air conidtioning system is rubbish. it doesnt work.

Location to rer station made travelling into central Paris very easy.

Air conditioning was not working very well and room was not spacious and kept bumping into bed ends whilst walking about the room. There was not much of a choice for eating out and I would not pay 16 euros for a cooked breakfast so we ate breakfat in our room. It would have been better if you could choose to pay for your breakfast as it was definately not worth paying 16 euros even for coffee and croissants. We were also told that we could not just order drinks in the restuarant connected to the hotel. It would have been nice to be able to socialise in a bar or part of the restaurant reserved for this.

The apartment was ideal for us as we were there for a sporting event and required to make our own breakfast due to early starts, and gave us the opportunity to cater for our athletes at night.

It is rather isolated and therefore would only recommend as a base hotel, the restraunt attached to the hotel closed at 2pm and did not open again until 7pm and anyone arriving within these hours in need of a snack struggled as it takes time to orientate yourself with the area due to the amount of roads being closed.

Location was excellent being close to the rail station. Staff could not have been any more friendly and accommodating . We had young people with us and the pool was excellent.

My only criticism was our linen was not changed in 8 days. The hotel was full of baton twirlers who were competing at the World Baton Twirling Championship. We left early and returned late from competition. We really did need more towels, a brush and dustpan in the room, would have allowed us to tidy and sweep the room ourselves. Some cleaning products would have been welcome

we was there with two kids perfect hotel - i dont have other words the staff - very nice' kind, good price have kitchen with all family nead close to the paris very good transportation (car, bus, train) nice pool + jakuzi if you see this hotel - dont even thik - its the best hotel near to paris

Frühstück war gut,jedoch teuer. Pool und Sauna sehr gut.Waren wir jeden Abend. Nähe des S-Bahnhof(RER).

Gewerbegebiet-Nix los,aber ruhig.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.
