Inexpensive, free parking, Balcony access
The rooms are tiny! No air con, the kitchen was grubby. Wouldnt recommend for a longer stay but one night would be fine.
Having catering facilities Having car parking facilities Spacious Comfortable Clean
Car parking was only up to 2 metres high
The breakfast was poor Cleaning of the room was not done properly, there was bad smell inside.
The staff was rude, the hotel though they said was newly renovated looked aged. There was NO air con. in the hotel, no WiFi not even in the tiny lobby, even the wired connection on a laptop didn't work. Although booked it as pay cash, they forced us to pay first night by credit card and refused to take full amount cash instead. (While booking you have to considering additional fees as taxes per person on check in). Room can fit 4 but squeezed, the pictures shown make the room much bigger than it actually is. Not recommended
We really enjoyed the size of the "apartment", there was plenty of room and lots of storage. The children were delighted to have access to two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room. The kitchenette was very useful, it was great to have the option of preparing/cooking your own meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super value for money, especially if travelling with friends (rather than family).
The apartment was a little tired and in need of refurbishment. There was a requirement to bring the bin bags from the apartment down to a disposal area - I found carrying my rubbish around the hotel to be a bit odd. I have a 7-seater car and found it difficult to manoeuvre it in the underground parking area.
Little bit small for 4 person, but for short stay sufficient. Great ratio price/ performance , 400 m far away from metro
Room should be paint. It IS visible that walls are not brigt white
It was hard to sleep for 2 main reasons: There was a bar/restaurant downstairs that was very loud till well past midnight. It was stuffy and hot in the room because it did not have air nor air conditioning~unable to open windows because of the outside noise. There was no reception past 7pm to help address these concerns! There was no wifi. The room and hallway smelled like vomit & smoke! We emailed them about these concerns but the hotel never acknowledged them. I would not recommend staying here if sleep/rest/quiet is what you are seeking.
Room is very small you have to open the bed from a cauch and then there is no place to move, hot no ac, parking quite small.
Close to Metro
Key for out of hours arrival in inaccessable box. Not even staff could retrieve at first attempt Fold down bed in cramped apartment Had to ask for dishcloth and a second towel No ice cube container in freezer
There is a nice garage attached.
There is no staff on duty after 5 or 6pm so it may become difficult for you to check in if you arrive late.
Quiet area and nice view from balcony. The natural light. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Close to Metro
Having to go downstairs for internet connection as no WIFI in room. Very basic and Too small kitchen with very basic utensils, very few crockery/glasses and NO toaster. Dining table was too small too.
One of the staff at the reception was rather rude and breakfasts are not worth 8 euro. otherwise great location 1 station far from Vieux Lyon and a great price for an appartment for 3 people.
The location was great. The appartment was spacious enough for 3 and very fonctionnel. Everything needed was inclusive.
The matress was really hard and caused us some heavy low back pain. Parking around was not easy at all, but luckily we had booked a spot in the Residence Underground Parking. The wifi can be used only on one device.
No Internet access - had issues and staff was not able to resolve. Very old decor. Rooms outdated. Not enough plates, pots, etc..
Care, friendship Clean
200metres from the metro, easy access into town. Apartment was great. Good kitchenette, nice to have a bath. Beds were comfortable.
near underground, easy to get to the city centre by public transport
very basic facilities, and the shower was leaking but the issue wasn't fixed during the stay. Although I informed reception about the problem, they didn't do anything at all, and what is worst they didn't even collect the towels that were left in the bathroom's floor to absorb the water, which caused a terrible smell!
A little kitchenette was convenient; parking garage available but need to make reservations ahead of time.
The website said there was WiFi in all areas of the hotel - that was false, WiFi only worked in the lobby.
Very good appartment, all nessecary items provided, close to 2 main turist attractions. For late arrival easy inprocessing, but reccomended to call in advance in case of läte arrival.
Good for group or families which have 4 or more peoples, a little far from center but no problem because it easy to find and near metro
for a group of 6 it's a little crampy
the proximity to the old part of Lyon was great
The noice from the bar downstairs one one of the nights allthough it was not too late when it got quieter
price, kitchenette, bathroom, cleanliness, location, receptionist's friendliness - she trusted us and gave us a key from our room after check out, because we wanted to leave a luggage for several hours and the reception would be close when we come back.
deployable sofa as a bed, receptionist's hours - they work couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the afternoon.
Breakfast was good . Close to 4th district so we were able to walk there
Site said Wifi and there was none. Site picture showed a double bed. It was a pull out couch. Terrible drain stench in room . Complained to reception and got a shoulder shrug and if i had of told her last night she would have sent someone up.Our sons room had no toilet seat.We asked for no smoking and people were smoking everywhere.
Bright mostly very clean accommodation, good shower, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Liked having fridge with freezer box. Helpful staff on reception. Secure parking with internal access.
-smelly drains -lack of air conditioning -no warning on arrival that most restaurants closed for 16/08
The dirtiest hotel ever! Dust, dirt, hair, not only on the floor, but also on the furniture. The room had a bad smell that the ventilator was bringing from a lower floor. The elevator went out of order in the afternoon and till late next morning all lugage had to be carried 6 floors by foot...Of course nobody was present in the front desk...Just a nightmare!
