Great Location, lovely room and super helpful and friendly guy.

The Pelican Residence is located close to Louvre Museum, I suggest these studios for the position, the confort and the good quality/price rate. Staff very friendly and available to help you. Daily cleaning!

No free parking

2min walk from the Louvre, clean apartment, very friendly staff, strong WiFi signal, later than usual check out (12:30pm).

Room had character, service was welcoming and very helpful, location could not have been better.

nothing , except a lot of light comes through the sky light at night and it was a little hard to get to sleep for this reason.

i like the design of the room so much all the facility was available for as , staff was very helpful and very clean . even there is a small kitchen with all facility .

Quirky apartment catered to all our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

1. The location - easy walking distance of the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Old Opera, Les Halles, Palais Royal and Notre Dame. 2. The size - easily accommodated five of us (3 adults, 2 children) 3. Everything was clean and in good order - kitchen with dishwasher and washing mashine and all equipment for cooking. 2 TVs.

1. One drawback for some might be the stairs - five floors up. The very willing caretaker will carry your bags, which removes one major problem. But there is no lift, so you need to be able to do five flights of stairs once or twice a day, up and down. But remember that this is how most Parisians live.

I had a little trouble contacting them prior to our stay about our arrival time and luggage storage availability, but a couple of calls to booking.com and we were able to make the connection. They were actually waiting for us when we arrived from the train station and our room was ready for us. Shahib helped us carry our luggage up the 105 stairs, as we were staying in the penthouse apartment. They helped us arrange a taxi for our early departure on New Years Day.

The 105 steps to the penthouse is a little rough after you have been climbing towers in town all day, but all in all, they weren't that bad.

Location was excellent.

Large oak beamed room. Plenty of space and excellent facilities within, such as a fully equiped kitchen which seems to be very unusual for a Paris apartment. Brilliant shower, plenty of water pressure. Excellent location, just a couple minutes walk from the Louvre and Chatelet with it's extensive links. Despite my negative comments, I would probably stay here again but with suitably adjusted expectations.m

Bit of a back alley doorway, that wasn't immediately clear we had found the place. Somewhat off putting when you arrive in the dark. Very narrow staircase without a lift, (not unusual Paris), so don't take a huge, heavy suitcase (like we did). The member of staff who greeted us was very helpful though and helped us carry the case upstairs. Luckily we only had to go to the 1st floor. A lot of effort has clearly gone into fitting out the apartment, but it looked disappointingly unfinished and uncared for.

The atmosphere of staying in an apartament rather than a hotel.

Minor point but annoying -there was no soap anywhere !!!

Very nice manager helpful with everything we needed. Apartment is super central with everything Paris has to offer outside the door. Apartment was very nice and they cleaned it everyday just like in a hotel.

No elevator.

The location is outstanding - convenient for not only the Louvre but within walking distance of Notre Damme also. The staff were extremely helpful and freindly, the apartment lovely.

The 82 steps up to the room, especially when the lights stopped working on the first night so the climb was in the dark! However, when we told the staff about the lights they fixed them imediately.

Excellent location. Great service apartment. Very comfortable.

We liked everything; maybe, the only thing I would suggest is that they provide toothbrush, toothpaste and soup in the bathroom. But this is just an improvement.

The apartment was fantastic and the gentleman who met us on arrival was courteous and extremely helpful and carried our bags both to and from the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble! Very close to the Louvre and also local shops.

Room was OK in terms of quality, reception upon arrival was friendly and good. Location is OK.

When I reserved the apartment one of my main concerns was that the apt. would have an elevator IF located in high floor. This apt. was in the 4th floor without elevator, we had to climb 4 floors with 5 heavy suitcases and then take them down when we left. I have two kids aged 8 and 10 and was absolutely uncomfortable to go out and specially going back after a day walk in the city. That is my main negative opinion about it.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions. Good kitchen facilities so it was easy to prepare meals. Enough room for our family of four to fit comfortably.

No airconditioning and it was hot! As a result it was very noisy during the night as we had to have the window open. Several flights of narrow stairs made transporting of luggage a chore.

Met at arrival and were a little put off by the area and lack of reception although I expected it from other reviews. Room was nice and big and had everything you needed. Location was perfect, close to two metro's and a supermarket, cafes and bakery on your door step. Steps are very steep - just something to be mindful of If you want the space and location and don't need the services of a reception this is perfect.

A hotel with perfect location and very friendly staff!

There are noise at evening sometimes due to Caffee bars in the street.

Great location to the Louvre. Close to shops, cafes and supermarket. Hotel managr was extremely helpful. Being a mother with two older children we felt safe there. Reasonably priced for location. Kitchen so we could eat in if we wanted.Only drawback if you had large luggage it would be hard to get these up the narrow staircase without a strong mans help.

Location, location, location!! Great and close to trains, shops and mojor tourist stops.
