Wifi was stable and strong. Speed was down 400k up 200k. Room was clean. And silent, because no nearby construction which you can expect in Monaco. Slept well. Short walk to bus and train station. 10-minute walk to the Port. 5-minute walk to Carrefour super market. Some of the staff are friendly. One laundry machine is in the premises.
If the train service is suspended (which sometimes takes place), airport bus stop is not so close. I used a taxi to the bus stop, which cost me 11 Euro. (of course + 20 Euro for the Bus.)
Staff and apartment
No coffee. Coffee maker, but no filters or beans. Never seen that before.
a bit hard to find. we followed directions given by someone else and got there eventually. better directions are if arriving by train go right to the top of the station- escalator and lift. when come out turn left and go about 100 metres and you will see stairs on your left. next to these there is a lift which takes you up 2 0f the 3 flights of stairs, then climb the 3rd lot, turn left again and the hotel is just around the corner on your right. otherwise you have to go around a big block. handy to the centre but everything is in monaco. you need to be prepared to climb to any accomodation.
the directions given by the hotel were not helpful and it is actually on Rue Bellevue.
Having to make up a fold up bed is unacceptable. We were expecting a normal bed. Also the location was bad with no view. We were told that the apartment was actually in France !
Clean, silent, well-located
Very helpful staff, good rooms, great location for Monaco.
Not easy to find; breakfast disappointing.
Good kitchen area with plenty of utensils . Separate toilet . Overall a lovely apartment .
The steep climb of steps Would of liked advice for different approach . We did find a lift the day before we left .
Cheap compare to other hotels
Too many stairs to reach the hotel. Staff do not clean the room, just change towels
Location and facilities, reception staff were good
Noisy with traffic
The sink and bidee were broken the water didn't ran down, our room was in another building behind not as shown and if you took a second look it was not very clean
No barking no resternt not very clean we booked on one and they change our booking to another one when we travel by road and his no net.no facilite for wheelchair
Location & price
Staff not very helpful
Very poor wifi (almost non-existent)
The hotel is located close to the railway station and the city center. Use the elevators and the escalators to the railway station to get to the hotel. Good beach 20 min walk from the hotel. Clean, quite
good value for pret.
Problems wii-fii.Infernal noise day and night.
Nice and clean and comfy. Close to all sightseening venues.
Paying for parking and seperate breakfast room would be good.
Very poor breakfast No enough help and information from staff in the reception
Very good lokation near to the center
Very nice location in Monaco even though it is actually in France. Around ten minutes walk to the Casino and about tweenty minutes walk to the Main street of Monaco. Very low price concerning its location
quite bad internet connection at least when we were living there for whole three days
Wi fi doesnt work in another building
The staff, especially the duty manager were extremely rude. Wifi and TV were not working. This was the worst hotel I have ever been. So disappointed!
Couldn't connect to the wifi, explained as 180m from the train station, didn't mention that that was vertically up 2 flights of stairs. Not ideal if you have baggage. Staff were not the most helpful when asking to book a taxi for 6 in the morning
Everything was excellent
but ....we didn't have sugar and salt(all the apartments have this),and a cleaner every two days will be perfect
Proximity to centre of Monte Carlo.
Poor parking possibilities.
