there was a leak in the bathroom of the room they gave us, all the water from the ceiling was in coming in bathroom

Every thing. Rooms are terrible, v bad heigine, staff are unprofessional and finally too expensive for nothing.

Good location close to Monoprix supermarket and a lot of cofee shops and resturants also close to Miromesnil underground station, only two stations away from champs elysee

almost nothing

We stayed here during the last week of March 2013. The one bedroom is fairly spacious at 535 square feet. The sofa and 2 twin beds are almost queen size and quite comfortable, even for adults. I don’t think the carpet looks as dirty as some reviewers have complained . The picture of the hotel is the view from the rear. Some customers complained about the lack of lighting in the apartment but I think it is because the room has energy efficient light bulbs. We bought a couple of regular light bulbs and made the switch during our stay. Besides Monoprix and Franprix stores, there is a patisserie at the corner with Miromesnil but it closes on weekend. At the corner of Haussman and rue D'argenson, there is also a Raoul Maeder Patisserie that also served coffee and is open on saturdays. MIromesnil metro stop is right around the corner and walking to Champs Elysees through Rue de Berry is at most 30 minutes. From the hotel, you can also walk to Galleries Lafayette and Printemps (30 minutes) and Place de La Madeleine (30 minutes)

: In the evening, the location was too quiet for us as we prefer a more : lively area athough certain older couples would not mind it. Dela at : the reception is very nice but will keep you waiting if she is on the : phone for personal calls. We did not pick the breakfast option : because we know we can get a couple of croissants and a coffee at : nearby cafes for about 5.50 Euros. The wi-fi is not that fast but : better than other places in France. We have also experienced wi-fi : malfunction on one night and it was frustrating if you have to use : the Internet to conduct business.

We liked the location, close proximity to two very good supermarkets (the Monoprix and the Fanprix) and walking distance to many sites. Easy and close Metro access. The staff were very helpful and personable.

The switches for the stove fan and lights were broken off and we had to use a knife to insert a and turn them on. Mentioned ths to reception, but it was not repaired. The dishwasher could not be operated on hot so seemed to rinse on cold. The absent coffee carafe was replaced.

The Suite is spacious, well equipped with a nice kitchenette, bathroom is nice, the hotel is quiet and wifi works well and is free. Bed is very comfortable

They need to change the carpet!!!

Beautiful studio apartment, fantastic location - very close to the Champs Elysee. Cooking facilities were great, we ended up cooked all 3 nights we stayed there because we loved our apartment so much! :)

Location self catering facility

Rubbish from previous visitors not cleared dilapidated state of furniture and furnishings potentially good, but very tired expensive for what you got

They don't provide slippers and dirty rooms and towels with poor reception staff

The highest floor we stay in ve an Efiffel tower view & an open balcony .. Like the simple decor inside too

When booking it was mention there was a sofabed which I thought was good for my son but when we arrived they told us Booking.com give wrong non updated info .. So they recommend us for a one room apartment upgrade where we ve to pay additional about Euro 470 end of the stay where we ve no other choice during check in ..

Annoying all the nights

It location was excellent;

There was greqt inconsistency in the quality of the reception staff. Some went out of their way to provide really good service ; others were unhelpful, even surley in their dealings with clients. One was so inexperienced and rude and unable to assist in the simplest tasks

I got this hotel just a minute before leaving Indonesia. I was worried because for a week i've been looking for hotel but i couldnt find any that is cheaper and comfort yet in good location due to car show in Paris. I bring my Mom and Dad also which made me to have find a good hotel for them. So when i saw this hotel i directly book without checking its facility. And when i got there i was surprised. The hotel is more than i expected. The service was very excellent, the receptionist was very helpful to tell u what metro u sud take when u'd like to go somewhere. The location is good, very near to metro station. The kitchen is perfect. All u need is there. Just like ur own apartment.

Great size room. Good location. Friendly staff. Many facilities in the room and the hotel to help make long stays with families enjoyable.

Perfect for a traveller to eat in and on-site laundry

No food or drink (after breakfast) available in the hotel

French/English speaking staffs are excellent and willing to offer help and services. Room is clean and tidy. Kitchenette is fully equipped with enough utensils to dine for a family of four. Monoprix Supermarket is only 10 minutes walk to shop for fresh food and fruits. It's just feel like home away from home. I'm proud to say that I've made a perfect choice for my family during 4-days stay in Paris, France.

The only thing that I might have to comment on the hair dryer which was not effiecent yet.

The family room was very spacious and the kitchen facility was convenient. We only stayed overnight but this would be extremely handy for a longer stay as it would save money on food.

As its in a business area, it was far from any bakery or restaurants on a weekend.

The staff was really nice. The apartments were clean, well keeped furniture, big and well distributed, ideal for 4 persons. The kitchinette was well equiped. The bed were comfortable. The location was silent and quite good.

Not many restaurants or grosseries close to the hotel, and when it's raining, which was our case, it's not comfortable.

Location, size of the room, reasonable price

Breakfast - continental was good the first 2 days, but on Sunday it was not enough bread/baguettes and yougurt etc,. It seemed that it was not calculated enough and when we asked the lady said that it was Sunday and the stores were closed:( That was not very professional to be an hotel.

The location was perfect.. We walked to monoprix and bought we could cook in the apartment. It was near miromesnil metro. You can walk to champs.. The staff were all nice and speaks goid english. Dela at the reception was extra nice and friendly. She gave us a room with the view of tour eiffel. We will surely come bk!!

It is a pleasant hotel, very neat and well furnished. It was confortable and clean. However, The front desks ladies we met on the first day were both unfriendly. We have asked her to book for us a big taxi that can carry 4 passengers with big lugages to the "airport" and she ordered just a small one and we also asked her to wake us up at 7:30 am and she didn'T. Thank god we had our alarms on or we would have missed our flight.
