OK, men også meget dyrt uden at opleve nogen form for luksus! Personalet var dog meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Ja - rengøring hver dag. F.eks. at der var tjekket om der var toiletpapir nok. Informationer om hvor man kan købe mad, morgenbrød, afleverer skrald. Mulighed for køb af vand på hotel. |

Very nice hotel but not a 4-stars according to the American standards. Modern facilities but small rooms. Central to many tourist attractions: 15 minutes (walking distance) to the Arc de Triomphe, and less than 5 minutes to the Metro station (Miromesnil). Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived at 8:00 am but had no problems to check in. It would be nice to have the rooms cleaned up and the towels changed at least twice a week. However, we asked for clean towels and got them right away. |

The hot water tank in our room didn't work properly so we were given another room to use its hot water while staying at the original room we checked in. The problem was fixed the next day. There is no supply of soap or shower cap in the bathroom. |

Friendly , helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. In the heart of the city, close to all the sights and good local amenities/ shops. No complaints at all. |

The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent service with a smile;). We were upgraded from a 2 Studio apartment to a 4 person apartment which was more comfortable. The rooms are modern and stylish and most of all clean. Looked like refurbished or new. Kitchen equipped with everything. The place was very private and peacefully atmosphere. Staff very fluent in English which I made our stay easyer |

the concept of a apartament in paris was achived. The kitchen was complete and the materials used were new. Is very near to metro and as a bus stop in front. In a excelent zone to stay in paris. |

Very good location, the room well equipped and clean. Can be too noisy. I was not satisfied by the prices of booking.com. There were much more expensive that the prices proposed by the hotel itself. In future is better to make the reservation directly. |

Location very good and overall security. Friendly personnel. Upon arrival no soap in bathroom and none available. We provided our own. Coffee machine was good but should include filters which are usually provided in comparable facilities. Change of sheets and towels should be more than one in 7 days. Kitchen utensils too big for small space, some things should be smaller (frying pan, water heater, saucepan) |

Being close to the Miromesnil Metro station is a great plus, and also the existance of a Monoprix within 5 minutes' distance is useful. |

Location is close to Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe (15 min. Walk). Friendly staff. Close to Metro station (5 min walk). Room was a little small for 4 people. Other guests on our floor were noisy. Rates were quite high but you pay for the location. |

Rooms quite modern compared to others we have stayed in Paris. Also; we would like to give a big thankyou to a young Canadian front counter Manager. Her professionalism & friendliness went well over what we were expecting. Please pass-on our sincere thankyou & congratulations for helping us book a Palace Of Versailles trip during our stay. We would stay at your hotel again purely because of her! We arrived late in afternoon & therefore had to use your breakfast facilities the following morning. This was very disappointing & excessively expensive for what amounted to 2 slices of toast & a cup of tea/coffee. Also, we had to wait from about 2.00pm to about 3.30pm for our room to be ready upon arrival. |

Cleanliness, in the middle of the city, very acceptable room rates, and well-furnished. Car Parking not available, or the nearst car park is expensive and the hotel do not hotel doesn't have a deal with this nearst car park (VINCI) |
