Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Helped us through the phone when we could not locate the hotel at first. Special thanks to Ms Sultane.

Internet wifi very slow, and not working on the room.

As there were two prices for studios (one larger and more expensive and one smaller and less expensive) I had chosen the larger studio to accommodate a couple. On arrival I was told that there was no distinction on the booking made and was forced to upgrade to a 2 -room appartment at the going rate of the day, practicaly almost the double of the initial price at the time of the reservation.

Positive points of this hotel: cleanliness, quiet room at night (we stayed in room 603), ironing & cooking facilities available, nearby Met and bus station, walking distance to Champs Elysees, also not very far the shopping malls and boutiques, friendly & helpful Engligh speaking staff (esp Yaya and Gayton). On the whole, we are quite satisfied with this apartment hotel and would consider to stay here again if we visit Paris in future.

Negative points about this hotel: the Internet connection in our room was not working at all. Perhaps the management could improve on this matter to help the travellers receive or send emails to families back home and also it would be great to google at night before retiring to bed to learn more about Paris and places of interest in this awesome city! Towels should be changed for free at least once, especially when the stay is as long as a week.

Great location! Nice neighborhood! It was great to be able to make breakfast and small meals on our own.

We did not like the carpet on the floor, it is so hard to keep clean - and it was really dirty. They should have been hardwood floors. The aircondition did not work in any of our 4 apartments, and we had 26 degrees Celsius outside.......

The hotel itself is excellent, the cleanliness and the staff are so helpful.

We arrive at the hotel at almost midnight and we were looking for place to eat or fast food restaurant or even pizza delivery but everyting is close and the hotel has no food but we manage to survive our hunger until the next day.LOL...

some days the breakfast was different , some rooms were a little cold

they dont clean the apartment even you stay one week u must tar more than one week ! only they changes the towles and the recpction was too small

Great value for money and excellent for group travel. Rooms an excellent size and very centrally located.

The rooms was arrange it very well and the location for the hotel berfect.

I can not make housekeeping for the rooms with out charges and I thought it is free like other hotels. The hotel not prvide caryying servicses for the laugge and this is bad point.

Hotel has easy access to the underground. The fascilities were of an excellent standard. Our room was spacious, clean with a good size bathroom and lots of room for storage.

Wifi access was out of service for half our stay, there was a strange smell in the room.

Excellent location, large and comfortable rooms...

No room cleaning, very noisy ( so close to the boulevard )...
