A visitor to your hotel needs for some services, such as the transfer bags to the rooms or clean rooms all of these services since we didn’t got it In your hotel, we were asking about cleaning our apartment with no Result and even when we ask about the bathroom cleaning paper towel also no one provide us any of these applications As well as when we asked about any assistant to download the bags we did not find any help….. they refused to help us no any help if we need it and no any services that we were ask for...?! |

Nice hotel, friendly staff. They had no airconditioning as stated. It was out of order for the 4 days of our stay. They did not repair it. Paris in summer is very hot!! |

When we arrived on Saturday 13th June the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful - this gave us an excellent firts impression!!Loved the little balcony and view of Eiffel tower - also close proximity to Boulangerie, shops and metro. There was a lot of noise in our room - it was a constant buzzing that continued all day and all night at hourly intervals - it was very disturbing!! |

We (husband & wife)loved the hotel. Had a studio apartment, which was large compared to most European rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Walking distance to the Opera, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Eifell Tower, etc. Quick metro ride to Moulin Rouge or to any place you decided was too far to walk. Metro station around the corner. Although the staff was pleasant and smiling all the time, they were not very helpful - They often gave us either incorrect information or a "sorry, I am not sure". Could not use the hotel computer to get your e-mail if you need Yahoo-USA, but no one knew where the closest internet point was located. |

The hotel/apartment was very clean and organized. Staff was friendly, the small kitchenette worked great. It was reasonable walk to Champs and shopping and easy walk to the Metro Hausmann is a little busy, but did not affect our stay. There was nothing really. It was very nice. |

clean hotel ,nice location in an elegant area but it's not suitable for who shops a lot cause you have to walk to reach the shopping areas (opera or rue elysse).in general it's a very comfortable room and facilities.. you'll find all you need in the room. infact my stay was for six days..the cleaning policy is to clean the room not before four days ...i think 4 days is too long time for a room to be cleaned especially if there are children in the room..fortunatly we were 2 adults so we managed. |

It was well maintained and the location of the hotel was convenient. If the price ws around 25% less it would be good value for money.The lifts were a bitconfusing. Rb and rh both show reception but rb gos a flight down. |

The arrangement of the appartment, the furniture and the choice of colors was really nice. One of the staff members at the reception, the only male I met there, was really unhelpful. I believe he could do better if he chooses to intend to help. |

The location is great...very close to Champs Élysées, close to grocery store (Monoprix), restaurants. Kitchenette is fully equiped. Hotel was renovated in Feb 2008...looks great! |

good location, freindly staff, possibility to cook, very convenient for family wiht children, calm it is very strange that if you stay 3 days you will have every day clearning of your room but if you stay longer you will have no clearning of room at all. This fact caused some unpleasant feeling. |

Very nice hotel but not a 4-stars according to the American standards. Modern facilities but small rooms. Central to many tourist attractions: 15 minutes (walking distance) to the Arc de Triomphe, and less than 5 minutes to the Metro station (Miromesnil). Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived at 8:00 am but had no problems to check in. It would be nice to have the rooms cleaned up and the towels changed at least twice a week. However, we asked for clean towels and got them right away. |

The hot water tank in our room didn't work properly so we were given another room to use its hot water while staying at the original room we checked in. The problem was fixed the next day. There is no supply of soap or shower cap in the bathroom. |
