J'ai séjourné 10 jours dans l'hotel. Le menage n a ete fait qu'une seule fois. J'ai demande a ce que du savon et du shampoing me soit fourni. J'ai fini par en achete car je n ai jamais vu arriver le savon ainsi que le shampoing. Ma chambre donnée sur le bld Hausmann. J ai demande a plusieurs reprises d obtenir une chambre differentes. Aucune reponse positise ne m a ete donnée. |

The rooms were large, clean and modern. The bathroom was beautiful. The location was good.The mini kitchen was practical for keeping drinks, cereal, fruit etc... to cut down on costs. The room was a good size for a family of 4, although the 2 room apartment does not have a door seperating the living room from the bedroom. It is a 3/4 wall and this was not clear in the pictures and reviews. We had a room facing the Blvd Haussman and it was very noisy. Also, the curtains did not shut out the light. Made it difficult to sleep. Everything else was excellent |

The staff was for some of them of short experience but all of them were extremely nice and helpful; more than that, they all were really working hard to please the customer. Bravo! The only thing that was surprising is that the room has not been cleaned during 4 days; apparently this is normal for a studio, but this is not an infornation that can be found on the website. Maybe the hotel direction can insert it on the site, this is absolutely important information for the comfort of the hotel. The room are new and very clean, the bad rooms are simply fantastic. |

The air conditioning in the whole hotel has not been working for some time, but when you bring it up, the staff act as if it is something new, and that it is a problem only in one or two rooms |

cosy room; minikitchen and good location extremely poor service!!! all duration there no hot water, sometimes we have to ask keys from other rooms to take a shower, boiler didn't work and stuff did absolutely noting!!! they didn't change a towels... not convenient. definitely not 4 stars!!! we was very disappointed |

The bathroom is big. The hotel is very well located.Easy access to main places, bus station and metro. The staff is excellent. Nobody clean or change the towels because they do it once a week. |

Good location Even that we booked for 4 persons there was not blankets and covers for all!! Towels were not changed every day!Noone is cleaning the room during our stay! |
