very dirty carpet, toillet ball brocken, no water boiler in the kitchen. No extra blankets.
No flexibility to change the room even though the payment was done 1month in advance having specific request to be quiet. Additional cost for cleaning the room! The double room had 1 pair of towels instead of 2.
Last year 1-2 years I satyed here. I feel they are good and room it iwas worth to stay.
I booked again for 2 periods for 2 nights of each period for 4 persons 3 months in advance and have been charged on credit card on the day I booked. They do not have rooms for us when arrive and send to cheaper and very far hotel and will not refund the different if we do not ask and lie us about the strike at the airport which we check this is no strike . And also do not send the receipt to us when we ask after we have come back. So Cheating and liar is suit to them

I have a complain I came at 16:00 during check-in and showed the tall lady in the front desk the address if it is the right address, to let the taxi driver leaves, while she were talking in the telephone. She did not reply and even did not look at me, waited for here until she finished from the phone and stood up and started shouting at me in front of my wife and four customers, I felt insulted while I was very tired from the travel. More over during my check out, I requested here to get me a taxi to airport, she brought a small mini bus which costed me 60 euros while only me and my wife during the check in we came in a saloon car. Iam a genius booking.com customer, I have a lot of reservations through several countries and used to respects by all the hotels except your hotel. Please advice your employee to enhance her behavior. This is the last occupation for me and for my friends in yours For any details please send me. Thx.

The location is great near to metro station and very close to champs elysee . .staff very helpful and welcoming..clean appartment with suitable kitchen equipments..free wifi with good speed.
Unfortunately to say that we paid a lot for a place where they don’t have the basic customer service, we waited for 3 days to solve the blocked path tap in our apartment and even they didn’t apologize. They closed the rooms at 11 am leaving our money and passport inside the apartment. I don’t recommend this place at all. You can see the disgusting path tap picture in other sites.
The family room (for 4 adults) Very good for families with kids. Staff very helpful. 3 Minutes walking to the underground line 9 (Miromesnil). 15 minutes walking to Champs-Élysées.
The staff quickly relocated us to a prepared room. Great location with easy access to everything we cared about.
We arrived to rose petals strewn all over the floor and the bed in an unmade state.

1 of the front reception staff had a serious attitude, she was pushing every single discussion to a debate, just ignored her! we were on vacation :-)
First of all it was mentioned on the hotel's page that it is equipped for disabled people. It's not. Right after the entrance door there are stairs, not suitable for people in chairs. Check-in was delayed for one hour because none of two booked rooms were cleaned. And the personnel wasn't friendly. Late check-out (even for 30 minutes) was not possible. Inside our rooms we found old and dirty carpets, bad odor, very used sofa. So I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for disabled people and families with children.

The front desk staff is very helpful.
- The room that was handed over to us was "very" dirty - specially the toilets and the carpet (employees simply said, with a smile, "that's it"). - Employees of Adagio provided us with confusing and misleading information with regards to cleaning the rooms. After receiving a message from Booking.com about the charges for cleaning the room I called the hotel and they confirmed to me on the phone that the rate includes house-keeping and room cleaning for the first 3 nights - at arrival the employees there denied it and refused to provide it. - Adagio has accepted to give 3 nights free room cleaning to another family who did exactly the "same booking" - why was it provided to them and not to us? Unfair! - It is "impossible" to communicate with a senior person in Adagio - the manager is always busy and staff refuse/avoid to connect us to her - - - "send her an e-mail and she will reply when she has time" ... Is this customer service?. - Overall, an unpleasant experience (the staff are smily but cannot do anything - not helpful).

The one bedroom suite was a good size for our family of three. Access to metro was close and convenient and the staff quite helpful.
The carpet, chairs and the couch were dirty and quite disgusting! So much so that we had to get an extra sheet to cover the couch! The sheets and towels were clean however.

the location was fair. The check in process was smooth.
1. There was no Air conditioning working. 2. The TV service was poor. 3. The breakfast was very poor. 4. The daily housekeeping was not there. They will clean your room once weekly !!

We stayed here for 4 days during the month of June 2014. The staff was efficient and friendly. Room is pretty large and well furnished with plenty of luggage and clothing storage space. Very spacious bathroom. Although we did not get service, we were provided with new towels upon request. The room is well air-conditioned during June stay. This is our second visit and would certainly come back.
We had to upgrade (12 euros weekly) to premium wifi (2.0gb) because the free wifi (.5gb) was too slow. The uprgrade price is only for 1 device. The couch and carpet showed stains but it was not major disappointment.
