cosy room; minikitchen and good location extremely poor service!!! all duration there no hot water, sometimes we have to ask keys from other rooms to take a shower, boiler didn't work and stuff did absolutely noting!!! they didn't change a towels... not convenient. definitely not 4 stars!!! we was very disappointed |

Good location Even that we booked for 4 persons there was not blankets and covers for all!! Towels were not changed every day!Noone is cleaning the room during our stay! |

The size and comfort of the room was excellent, and the decor was superb. Our room was not cleaned, nor did we receive fresh towels for the duration of our stay |

Excellent location. Spacious room and good facilites such as microwave, hob and fridge. The front desk wasn't always manned. We could not get into the hotel because we were not given the access code when we checked in and there was no-one on the desk. When the desk clerk appeared we were told the code as if we should have already known it, which we thought was a bit rude. Also there was no maid each day to replace towels etc. The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable. |

some of the officers are really help especially when you need the information or booking tour/ car The bed and the pillow aren't good, and there is no internet, for this era, I think computer/ internet is very important. |

good breakfast, nice room and calm location My wife and me arrived to the hotel from our wedding party, very late in the night (almost midnight) and instead of paying at the check-out, the man at the reception demand us to pay for the room intermediately at the check-in (my wife was still dressed with her married dress)... |

OK, men også meget dyrt uden at opleve nogen form for luksus! Personalet var dog meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Ja - rengøring hver dag. F.eks. at der var tjekket om der var toiletpapir nok. Informationer om hvor man kan købe mad, morgenbrød, afleverer skrald. Mulighed for køb af vand på |
